She's fast, sharp, and somehow running the entire place like she owns the franchise, the building, and possibly the sun. There could be a line, a broken pump, and a guy debating beef jerky like it's a life decision, and Betty still keeps everything moving like clockwork. She's awesome in that rare way where you leave a gas station in a better mood than when you walked in, which is not something I thought was scientifically possible... If Circle K is smart, they've already locked her into a lifetime contract.

I don't think I've ever found lower prices anywhere else. The lines are usually pretty long but the left lines are always so much longer than the right lines as most cars have the tank on the driver's side. Costco's fuel pump hoses are very long and will reach either side of the car. Since the right lines are much shorter, I always pull up to the shortest right line, pull the hose to left tank and fill up. They even have a sign that says: long hose fuel either side! To this day, I still don't understand why people just continue to wait and wait in the left lines. Good quality gas, cheap prices that cannot be beat, and 5% cash back up to $7,000 combined spending per year is a no-brainer for me.

The manager offers that I can pour them into the large cups, which is what I do needing 2 cups for each that's what I used not adding anymore to the large cups. I take it to the cash register where they attempt to charge me for four large drinks when all I had was two extra large drinks because I got 4 cups. It is not the customer's fault that you do not have the supplies. So if you offer them to use large cups instead of extra large cups, you should be honoring that it is 1 drink

Horrible customer service, rude employees, and complete lack of follow through from management…read more(Rene). This store allows corporate entities such as Temco and American Home Furniture to monopolize the entirety of the location. It is nearly impossible every morning for any average customer to efficiently get in and out of the store or potentially get gas because the large delivery trucks are perpetually blocking driveways, gas pumps, and parking spaces. It is not unheard of to be stuck in the driveways of this location for well over ten minutes because the delivery trucks will not move! Despite the fact that these issues are known by the leadership team, they still allow the Temco and American Home Furniture employees to take over the store at the expense of ALL the regular customers. One cannot simply get in and out, so there really is no "quick trip." Even when you bring these issues to the attention of staff and management, they write you off as the problem rather than addressing the companies and people who have made this location impossible to utilize for the average customer. This is the definition of failed management and leadership!

I went in on Friday to make a…read morepurchase and my card was declined two times right in front of the cashier I moved money after showing her that two charges hit my account for two different amounts that I did not purchase there. She told me to come back that day I was unable to but the charges went from pending to permanent and the money is gone from my account. Management says I have to wait 30 days to bring them a physical bank statement to prove that these charges occurred. I told her I would provide her screenshots from my app but that was not good enough the fact that they take money out of your account at random and then deny it is ridiculous. I have physical proof of the charges yet that was not good enough for them. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Arizona.

They saw me and challenged me to call a health inspector. I wish i was making this up but im not. The pumps are always broken and if they do work it takes so long to fill up. Ive had so many issues with this gas station i try to avoid coming here, but i work near here so sometimes its impossible. Just avoid and dont buy food or drinks here.
