Speedy's Towing was beyond kind and helpful!!!! My tire popped. I called Speedy's, per recommendation of my mechanic, Red Mountain Tire and Auto. Speedy's estimated about an hour to get to me. In the meantime, my husband came and was able to get the popped tire to hold air, enough to get to the mechanic. About 15 minutes before Speedy's was to arrive, I canceled. Yikes!!!! I explained the scenario and the gentleman on the phone was so incredibly kind!!!!!! Honestly, I expected frustration and disappointment. Quite the opposite!!!! He wished me safe travels and, if by chance I had additional trouble in route to the mechanic, that he would be happy to come and help. Outstanding customer service!!!!! These guys will rip you off. I gave them my credit card number over the phone so they would come and tow my car. Unbeknownst to me, they charged it. When the driver showed up he asked for my card and charged it again (a different amount). When I told them they charged me twice, they said they would fix it, but they never did. When I complained to the credit card company, Speedy Towing disputed it, and my terrible credit card company sided with them. Do not use these guys. read more

Avoid. I called for a tow, thinking that the dealership who gave me the number was paying for it. I had pleasant, professional service on the phone, and scheduled an appt for the next day. The driver was punctual and updated me on plan. Immediately after the tow,the driver contacted me to pay them. I was under the impression that the dealership was paying and said so,and that I needed to check what was going on. At this point the driver mentally decided that I would not pay them and began to harass me. I was texted two invoices (8:22 am and 8:29 am) followed by three phone calls (8:39, 8:41, 8:46) to tell me, "we completed the tow, we need to be paid, NOW" as well as a call to my mother at the hospital regarding payment. I told him (with an unkind curse word) that I was on the phone with the insurer to see if they were going to cover the tow and that I would pay immediately afterward. I sent a copy of the paid receipt at 8:47 am, while still on the phone with my insurer. If this situation would have made your bad day worse, avoid this company. read more

This company is amazing staff in office were so helpful. I was quoted a time frame of two hours to pick it up but the driver was there in about a half hour . The driver was super sweet and friendly and very warm and comforting to my situation. ZERO STARS - had a flat with Avis Car. They quoted 45 minutes. They did not show nor call. We had multiple people by the car in 105 degree heat and several witnesses they did not call. They requested payment from Avis saying they showed and the customer was not there and did not answer calls. I did not receive any calls from them and picked up immediately when Avis called. I called Speedy directly. Not even an apology. SCAM!!!! read more

Everyone I've dealt with from the company is super nice and goes out of their way to help you, and in my case they even actively helped me stay safe when they found out there was a very aggressive and angry customer screaming and cursing at them over the phone and demanding I come "talk" to him in the quiet back area of the parking lot (to be assaulted, no doubt) and they helped deal with all the aspects after that as well. They absolutely did not have to and they went way past just "the extra mile", and again they are always full of positivity and seem to enjoy their jobs even if they don't love the aspect of having to take violators cars (because of course it feels bad, even if it's totally warranted) but still do it with an understanding smile anyway. I've only been a customer of theirs for dealing with "spot stealers" abusing my reserved space in a condo complex. I assume due to it being nothing super important, like if I was broken down or something, they can take a pretty long time but it's understandably a lower priority problem and I am completely fine waiting awhile so that they can help people who are in more upsetting situations. The first times I called I may have thought otherwise as they never showed up in time, sometimes taking upwards of 2+ hours, but the more I've interacted with them on the phone and with the drivers you can tell these are good people who want to help, be it if your car needs a tow or you need to have someone else's taken away - and it's just that they're doing exactly that so they need time to get to you. In my case I have to call multiple times a week as for some reason the residents of my complex SPECIFICALLY abuse only my reserved parking spot and none of the others, and Speedy Towing has done their best to help mitigate the problem and at least send a message to stop doing it now that they've finally been able to tow a few. It isn't really fun to have someone's car taken away but that's my property, I even own my unit and the parking spot is part of my mortgage - it's mine. I gave people chances for almost a full entire year, leaving notes and never towing, and it did not stop even from the same cars (some even tore the note up and threw it all over the ground). I'd prefer if people just had some respect and didn't do crap like this but if you're gonna be a bad person you're gonna pay for it - in this case with literal cash to get your car back - and I'm glad to know a company with good values and top customer service are the ones I can go to for help with making that happen and keeping me aware of any possible threats against me or my vehicle for having someone else's taken. read more

If I could give this company 12 I would!!! I phoned them at 0530 and they arrived at 0900. Eddy was fantastic. Took the car to my mechanic then phoned me for payment. WOW. How many times does that happen. If you need to tow, feel comfortable about calling them. If you follow me thread you know I purchased this car 4 months ago from Larry H. Miller They were not prepared to help. I have taken time off work to get this car fixed, at my expense, and in 40 years of owning a toyota I have NEVER towed any of my cars!!!! Thanks Larry H. FANTASTIC SERVICE! I was given his phone number at about 445pm yesterday in RUSH hour traffic at 111 degrees as my Custom Bronco Dies in Traffic. I am dying in the heat! I call the service station that just fixed my Bronco and it's 5pm now. Everything is closed and I am about to collapse. Since this Covid-19 started in March I have been very strict about leaving my house unless it's completely NECESSARY. So I honestly haven't been in ANY weather above 74 degrees for the past 4 months. Anyway....The last contact with the service station is a text for this Speedy Towing company talk to Eddy. So I was able to get the truck off the street and in a safe place to be towed and call Eddy. Extremely busy service day and I am in my own emergency by the side of the road. On the second ring, "Hello, This is Eddy, How may I help you?". This phone call is my lifeline to getting this truck towed back to the service station and me back inside!!!!! I explain my situation and that I have a lift kit and oversized tires so a flat bed is needed. Eddy explains to me that the flat bed is in route to finish a drop and he will be with me asap. Okay. What else can I say...I had just gone thru the drivethru so I had food and a cold drink BUT no AC and I am lost in the heat. I take two bites of my sandwich and a sip and a large black towing vehicle appears behind my truck. Literally, 3 to 4 minutes after the call with Eddy. So I get out and the truck says "Speedy Towing" now I am really impressed. Sure enough it's Eddy and he has this custom transformer type of rig and before you know it from the cab of the truck with some sort of magic wand my truck is hitched and we are off. As I cool off in the cab I remember that I have now no car or ride home. As we pull up to drop my truck I ask Eddy "What's the chance you could drop me at my place about 5 miles form here?" Eddy says "No Worries, I will take you directly home". The entire breakdown, tow and ride home was less than 20 mins.
