I'm really not the type to leave too many reviews (the last one I left was back in 2012) but the service I received from Oscar with Tow4u deserves to be shared . Recently I had to have my SUV towed just over a mile to my home and every other tow company I contacted was either too busy towing cars that were parked in the wrong place or had a minimum distance that they were willing to even show up for with a few never answering their phones and one even taking all of my info then simply not showing up. After starting my search at about 1:00 in the afternoon with the results I just mentioned I was finally put in touch with a company named Tow4u. After calling them at about 5:00 pm I was given an ETA of 45 minutes. About 40 minutes later Oscar rolled up in his modern tow truck then after exchanging some info regarding where the truck was to be dropped off he went to work securing one set of wheels on tow dollies (since my truck is 4-wheel drive) and the other to his truck. The space that I wanted my truck to be placed in at my house was a VERY tight fit but rather then just dropping it where there was plenty of space and and where it would have been much easier for him he took all of the extra time needed to surgically position my truck exactly were I asked for it to be. Oscar was by far one if the most humble and professional tow truck driver. He assisted me with my car in a timely manner. If I would have known of his services earlier I believe my car would be up and running now. Life took a toll on me one day and he really out me at ease with a quick look at my engine. I would have used him earlier but the shop is close by so once I get my car fixed and I relocate back to Phoenix he sure did get a new client. Tow 4 u was fast reliable and very professional I was stranded on the side of the rode with appeared to have been what I thought was just my battery Oscar the tow4u driver was very knowledgeable with the particular I was driving he suggested a checking a few things after dropping me off at my destination he was very professional thorough and gentle with my vehicle I highly recommend tow4u I have used him more then once and every time it has not been nothing short of great service I will recommend him to anyone read more
