If I could rank Desert Eagle Towing six stars, I would. After waiting for 2.5 hours on a 115-degree day for Ford's Roadside Assistance preferred vendor to (not) arrive to assist me in Tempe with a dead 4WD Ford Explorer I figured I'd take matters into my own hands. A quick search of local towing companies revealed Desert Eagle so I called. My call was answered on the second ring and was told "I can be there in 15 minutes". 15 minutes later the flatbed arrived and the tow operator was a woman who was AWESOME and an expert (I feel really bad that I cannot remember her name) knowing that the 4WD system has an interlock in the transmission that needed to get into Neutral before it could be moved. We figured it out, got my Explorer loaded up and my friend that came to pick me up followed the flatbed to the dealer. Driving was professional and safe. My Explorer was delivered to the dealer and placed exactly where they wanted it, and the price was very reasonable. I'm rarely impressed these days by much but Desert Eagle Towing exceeded my expectations in every way from timeliness, professionalism, knowledge of my vehicle, safety, and price. This company actually made a lousy situation (broken vehicle) much, much better, and 1000% better treatment than I was getting from Ford's preferred towing vendor in the valley. I was in an accident where a car hit my Harley damaging my forward control rendering my Motorcycle un-operable. After spending a couple hours calling every tow truck company I could get a number for, I finally came across and called Desert Eagle Towing. The wonderful Woman who answered the phone was curteous, effcient and professional. I explained to her that I was on a Harley, on the freeway and asked for a quote. I was surprized that they would tow me at all as most all of the other companies could not or would not because it was a Harley I needed towed. I was then very pleasently surprised to be quoted a price that was about 1/3 of the price of the only 2 other companies that would even talk to me. I was equally pleasently surprised when the tow truck arrived. I am a woman and I was alone, on the freeway and they got to me very fast. My Motorcycle was then professionally loaded with care - which meant a great deal to me, and then safely towed to its destination and un-loaded just as carefully. I highly recommend Desert Eagle Towing! In fact, they are the only tow truck company in the valley I will ever recommend to anyone. They are simply "The Best"!!! I've had cars towed a few times, and Desert Eagle is the best I've ever used. I have a classic car that was in a garage at my old house, and I needed it towed to the back yard of my new house. Wendy was incredibly patient as I screwed around getting the other cars out of the way, and even inflated the empty tires herself. She was very careful about the angles to make sure she didn't scrape the bumper or hit the garage door at all. At the new house my Buick broke a house on her poor truck. Her boss and another guy came out to fix it and cleaned up all the oil, which took them hours. They didn't complain once as they cleaned it all up for me and we had some good conversation. When they were done it was like nothing had happened, it was as clean as the day the concrete was poured. They were all very laid back and friendly, and did everything the right way. And after all that, they charged me what they originally quoted, which was less than I had expected anyway. They definitely lost money on the whole thing, but were incredibly professional, courteous, and upstanding. They know to do the right thing and they will do it without hesitation or complaint. I don't usually write many reviews, but after using this tow company twice now, I had to jump on here to give them the 5 stars they deserve. Being a young female it can be scary when dealing with car issues as people tend to take advantage of the lack of knowledge many females like myself have when it comes to cars in general. I received the same professional and efficient service the second time around and keep a card in my wallet for future emergencies. I have used tow companies before, and found myself waiting in the AZ sun for over an hour then stressing out the whole time they load my car like they don't care.. Desert Eagle was fast at arriving (which is why I agree with an earlier post from a person saying "they seem as though they drop everything and show up"), but they also loaded my car like they did care and I was able to stay relaxed knowing it was in good hands and loaded fast but safely. They are courteous and helpful, also providing information on where I could get if fixed for a fair price. My truck broke down today loaded with my tools. I called a few companies looking for the best deal and found Desert Eagle Towing to be the best price. I got a quote and had them come tow my truck. Wendy was polite and courteous on the phone and made me feel like I was more than just another tow. I couldn't fit all my tools in the car that came to pick me up. The hookup didn't go as planned and wasn't up to their standards so they offered to bring the rest of my tools to my house after dropping the truck off at the shop!! I couldn't believe it! A towing company who cares about the quality of their service. They really care about what they do and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. here the Fact. on the 101 north bound at 5pm. Have a major blow out. I have a handicapped Son. I can not change the tire myself. I call one truck company I get Iam not working today. Another one was honest an said he back up for 3 hrs. Yet he give the phone number to Wendy. I give her a call think that ok maybe 2 hrs right. Nope I was at Ray Rd exit and she was about to the 60 going to Aj. She turn around fought that south bound 5pm back up. Got to me in no time . relaxes my son. Change my tire which was in bad shape an you guess it the spare was out of air. she even got that up to. Cost was only 60 dollars way to cheap. One other thing it was 110 + out side too. I had a blowout on the 202, my tire was shredded. I called Desert Eagle Towing at about 5:30 P.M. They were there within 40 minutes. I could not believe how quickly they arrived. They got my car loaded onto a flat bed, during heavy traffic no less in a very short time. Drove me back to my home, unloaded the car into my driveway. Not only were Henry and Wendy extremely professional, they were friendly and so careful with my car. I about fell over at how low the price was for the tow. They are AMAZING! I absolutely had a great experience with Desert Eagle towing. Everyone there are professionals, knowledgeable and just down to earth nice people. They took great care of my car! The tow prices were the best ive ever had and with the service that comes along with it made that much better of a deal. I had to have my car towed because it was submerged in water after the most rainfall that Arizona has ever had in 24hrs. They got here quickly and were very friendly. They went above and beyond to help me get my car hooked up to the cables to move it. They even got themselves soaked in the water to get the cables hooked up under the car and were very nice about having to do so. They are very affordable and had the cheapest rates of the 5 places that I called, $45 to tow and $2.75 per mile. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and plan on calling them if I ever need my car towed again. read more

Thank you Desert Eagle! My husbands car broke it's timing belt in the middle of rush hour. They had the car loaded and on it's way to the mechanic's in about 45 minutes from the time of the call. My husband said they were both very friendly and they let him ride in the tow truck so I could meet him after the car was dropped off. I can't remember exactly what we paid but I felt like it was a good deal for ~10 mile distance. I think it was around $80. I would definitely recommend them if you need a tow. read more

I called Desert Eagle because I asked my phone for towing companies and Desert Eagle was listed with five stars. They answered the phone right away and took my information quickly. It was 110 degrees outside and I had my puppy with me. She told me to get to a cool location and if I wanted to leave the car unlocked, she would change it and then call me. What I really loved was how fast they came, it seemed like they dropped what they were doing to come right away. I had a flat tire. I was desperate for help. I had an appointment that I had to get to. I was on time , because of DESERT EAGLES TOWING, I called and got a hold of Wendy and she came and rescued me. She charged me a very reasonable price. I will call again, I heard she also does come if lock your keys in the car, and if car won't start she will jump the battery and if you happen to run out of gas, she will bring you gas. This is the second time we've used Desert Eagle Towing (my husband's Jeep is a "project") They've been fast and courteous. The second time they towed the car to our home and were extremely pleasant and professional.
