Very disappointed in how my daughter and I were treated at the chandler location. When we arrived to get my daughter's belongings out of her car, the older lady working at the Chandler location was outside smoking. We waited for her to come inside, and as soon as we let her know we needed to access the vehicle, she told us we only had 10 minutes because she "had to go to lunch." The car was sandwiched between other vehicles, and it was impossible to even open the door fully--much less get anything meaningful done in 10 minutes. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and it created an unnecessary and stressful experience during an already difficult situation. Phoenix management really needs to address this employee and her lack of customer service skills. read more

This is one of the absolute WORST Tow Truck companies you could possibly call in the entire Maricopa County. I have a BMW ALPINA B6 which is a $120,000 vehicle brand new & when I had a sensor issue I called the nearest "reputable" tow truck company which was Priority Towing. The driver that showed up was literally DRUNK rambling on slurring his words about the most random stuff. I was on an important phone call so he offered to let me into the Air Conditioned Cab since it was mid summer in AZ. I then hear extremely crazy noises and jump out the truck to see their driver DRAGGING my vehicle while it's still IN-GEAR and they ended up "twisting" my entire transmission // drive train to the point my own Extended-Warranty wouldn't even cover it. Their owner Conor is a two-faced little boy who will do whatever he can to make shit up, and luckily my attorney caught him in multiple lies so this will be an easy case to sue them over. I would HIGHLY suggest you avoid this tow company even if your closeby as they hire super unprofessional drivers, have horrible customer service, and in the event there IS an issue with your vehicle, their owner will back-peddle through whatever loopholes he can think of to NOT pay your damage even if that ends up costing him 4x more in court. Overall this company is a joke and definitely needs the BBB + State of ARIZONA to look into their business practices. I would even suggest YELP look into their amount of complaints as they continue to do horrible business time after time after time. read more

Picked up my car today Brian was on his lunch and they made him grab my car but he was mad at me for it he yelled at me screamed at me cussed at me called me names and talked bad about me on the phone right in front of me. He was very rude and disrespectful. He was slamming doors and throwing a fit. Honestly if he just asked if he could finish his lunch i woulda been more then happy too let him and wait 30 mins it wasn't my fault that his boss had him grab my car. If you ever have your car towed by priority towing they will screw you royally at least in my experience I was in the hospital, my roommate needed my car to meet her mother for dinner but the car broke down on the freeway she couldn't have it towed until the next day. However when she went back the next morning to get my car it was already gone picked up by priority towing. Instead of the $12 impound fee they charge me $35 in pound fee make a long story short when I got out of the hospital of course it wasn't working so I couldn't afford the fees my friend roommate couldn't either so what did I have to do after my total was $983 I can definitely not afford that fee I had asked them what I could do to waive the fees because I was in the hospital in fact and I do have proof. They said the best thing for me to do would to be sign that the title over to them to take ownership of my car and while doing that I would also get a DOT so wave the 500 abandoned vehicle fee that they slapped on me it was my only option so I did it! I couldn't find the original title so I ordered one online from the MVD it came I took it to priority towing signed it in front of the the nice young lady that work there I cried I've only had the car one year and yes everyone says it was my roommates responsibility but she has it is but when you're trying to survive in life right now a toll fee is not something you can have at it on your plate and be able to pay for it. Well long story is they registered the car in priority towing or whoever's name they took ownership of my car but a DOT won't take off the $500 because they said that my title was not the most recent one? Now how in the world could priority towing take ownership of a car that that title was no good and that doesn't make sense so now I cannot register a car or get a 3-day pass for emissions to try to get on a borrowed car they just screwed me over royally and they don't care either so I would watch them they are just not what I thought they would be they actually didn't even help me one bit but took my car possession and I still have the fee with ADOT so good luck with them I I check out other places before even having them tow read more

I called on 11/06/24 @ 2:42 pm to inquire a tow; the reviews looked great! While on the phone with the receptionist, she was short and rude. I was as clear and kind as I could be about questions of my own and answers to her questions, and her tone indicated as if I was bothering her to do her job while she was actively at her job. 0 stars. Price gouged and issue unresolved. I was charged $200.00 cash by their tow truck driver for a 30-minute service to pull/winch my car out of a small construction ditch. The representative never quoted me prior to service. When I called after to complain about price gouging, she stated their cost is $100/hr. My entire service request and completion was less than 60-minutes. I would have used another company or a friend's truck to lift it out before using Priority Towing. Randomly noticed the air in my tire pouring out, so I scrambled to find a 24/7 repair service. Called priority towing and the answering service took all of my information and said a driver would be to me within 30-45 min. Got a call back a few minutes later and was told the driver would be arriving within 15 minutes! Driver was super friendly. He explained everything to me and replaced my tire with my spare. He made nice conversation while changing the flat and had my car back to "normal" within no time! The only annoying thing is that whoever answered the phone to begin with told the driver that I refused to pay over the phone.....when in reality he said I can wait until the tow truck arrives and pay then. Had them given to me by a state trooper from an accident i was involved IN, i was asking the driver if i could have my car towed to my house and what it would cost his response was rude with "idk you need to call the number on the side of the truck" while we are driving on the highway lol i did get the tow service to drop off to my house, i paid in cash and called for an invoice and they gave me a run around for two days that there was no proof of this transaction(most likely cause i paid cash and they tried to pocket the money with no tracks of that transaction.) They didn't do what i requested until i gave them exact locations, whereabouts i was with the driver and i told them there tow company was on the police report. I had to ask them to check the GPS and the Camera in the Tow truck Cab. Great service! My car broke down at around 8pm in the middle of traffic and they were there to tow my car within 20 minutes. They're a 24hr tow service which is awesome if you're driving overnight. The woman on the phone when I first called was very personable and quickly got everything taken care of. Jason (driver #13) was the tow truck driver and he was really nice and friendly. We had a good chat on the way to the auto shop. He was very professional but personable. He even gave me a ride home which was really nice especially after a stressful night. So I had my Dodge 1500 towed by Dps due to a blow out. The truck was all fully intact. When I went to go retrieve my truck the back tail light was busted out the bumper pad was off the rear bumper the bumper had a small dent the worst of it all my catalytic converter was cut off of the truck. Now what give them the right to take my catalytic converter off my truck. My truck was running just fine no problems with my truck once so ever. I got to start it it won't start either. Now the charge me for the tow the charge me for my truck being there over night not even 24 hours. Then I had to have the truck towed back to my house. This tow company or thieves their ratchet and should not be operating. I will be taking further action in this matter. . I advise anyone to use a different tow company other than this one. My car was towed from my apartment complex by them despite it having a displayed permit. When I called their phone number to see where my car was the person who answered was rude and short (because being on the phone with me meant she couldn't complete her other work). Them incorrectly taking my car meant I couldn't drive to work, and it meant my husband was also late due to needing to wait for them to open for him to be able to drive me to get my car. Overall, the actual tow experience was good enough - the lady I talked to on the phone was very nice, and the tow guy did his job okay, it was a fair price compared to other quotes, and they showed up when they said they would. But... I had to knock a star off for the tow guy's "conversation." Extremely pissed off and disappointed with this shady company. So on the evening of September 1st my boyfriend and I were pulled over in Gilbert. I was driving on a suspended license and my boyfriend license is also suspended so they had to impound my car. Before the tow truck was even called the detective searched my car (even though I didn't give my consent but that's a whole other story). While he's searching my car I'm in the backseat of his in handcuffs watching so I know what was in my car prior to Priority Towing taking it in to their possession. The detective and I had to sit in his car and wait until the tow truck came so we could witness it being towed away and get the impound paperwork. The car I was driving that night is a 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo SS that my sister sold me so the title and registration is still in her name until I finish paying her for it. My sister lives in Chino Valley and works all the time so I wasn't able to get my car out until 3 weeks later because she was slacking on getting me all the paperwork I needed from her to authorize me picking it up. I honestly was really thinking about just saying screw it and buying another car BUT the main reason I needed and wanted to get it out is because I had over a $1,000 worth of tools for working on the car in the trunk. Some of which I had just gotten and hadn't even gotten to use yet. Along with some audio accessories/tools, a emergency roadside assistance kit with replacement flares i just bought, car parts, and unopened supplies to repair and paint some sore spots on the body of the car. FINALLY able to go pick up my car and I'm super excited. $830 later im getting ready to driver it off the lot when I open the trunk and see that all my tools are gone and the storage bin that had all the other stuff in it is no where in site. Waiting on the police department to reply to my request for the body cam footage so there's evidence that everything was in the trunk of my car when Priority Towing took it. Not only did I have to spend fucking $840 bucks to get the car out, which is an absurd amount of money to begin with but on top of that my items being stolen from my vehicle!! I originally called to get my car jumped after it wouldn't start in my apartment parking garage. Priority Towing was the only place out of 6 I called to answer late Sunday afternoon. The driver, Manny, was done with his shift and on his way home, but got to me within 20 minutes anyway. After trying to jump my car for 20 minutes, we realized that there was more wrong with my car than a dead battery. Manny went out of his way to try to jump/fix what was going on with my car before we determined it had to go to a dealership the next morning (this morning). The dispatcher called me first thing in the morning to make sure I still needed Manny to come back and then Manny was there early, got my car hooked up and we were off within 5 minutes. Getting your car towed is obviously not fun, but I felt no stress and completely calm because Manny was so great. He even stuck around after we got to dealership to make sure I was okay.
