Unbelievable experience!!! My classic 1947 Chevy was to be towed through my insurance coverage to a local shop for muffler work. The driver took my car 10 miles outside of where the location was supposed to be. I reached out as I noticed they were going another route. The driverr assured it was going where it needed to go but had to follow the route provided by the dispatch. I show up to the destination where I was to meet at drop off ,but driver never showed. 30 minutes of waiting and I reached out to driver again and he says he was at the location. I assured him he was not as I was there waiting. Apparently he was at an address where it was similar but not the address. I asked to have brought back to the actual address he was to deliver to ,but he refuses stating the insurance has to request a new dispatch. He stopped answering my calls and I had to drive out to this other address assuming he would have left it there for me to retrieve since he stated he could not go anywhere else with it without an order. I show up to address and my car is no where to be found. I drove up and down the road a few blocks to see if it was nearby, but nothing. I go into the office of the facility he said was the correct address and they guys in office confirmed the driver did show up to drop off but they corrected him on the right location and told him was at wrong address and directed him to the shop I was waiting at. They saw him take off with my car on back. After continue effort to locate my vehicle, the driver messaged me coordinates. I am an elder man and use technology that much and unfamiliar how to use this information or what it means. I had to ask my wife to leave work to help me locate my car. She arrived as i was on phone with my insurance company to get more information on this town company. They stated they had tried contacting this person and company, but no response. They had suggested we start police report and they would reach out to public safety to see if anything had been retrieved. Still nothing. At about 4pm my wife had finally found where the coordinates put my car at, and it was no where close!!! It was 20 mins NW abandoned in a parking lot !!!! When arrived it was relieving to know we found it, but really pissed to see the damages left on our car. My back fender around the wheel was bent and cracked my paint. A front headlight popped out. A unique and scarce metal back chrome badge was missing!!!! Thought that was the most damage done until finally another driver from another company was dispatched to finalize our tow. He brought to our attention that one of our shocks was busted and hanging. Still no response or accountability for this poor service. There will be an official police report for the mishandling and damages to my property. read more

This is a horrible excuse for a company. This guy towed my vehicle from a handicap spot when it had a handicap placard. When his tow truck driver towed my car they broke my mirror. I was refunded my money because the The vehicle towed was illegally towed but have yet to pay for the mirror. The property manager was able to look at Photos and verify that the tow truck company did indeed break my mirror when they towed my vehicle. have emails from the owner said he was going to fix my mirror but he would not use the body shop I wanted to use. I was instructed to use his body shop in which I called and emailed a number of times with no response. Also, no response from the owner ow PTS. Rude doesn't even begin to describe the owner of this company. Do yourself a favour and please read all the other 1 star reviews. He is extremely hostile. Scheduled for vehicle to be towed at 5 pm. Was told they would be over no later than 11 pm. At 9 pm I get a call saying they can't make it, and get told to call the next day to schedule again. Called the next day and had the misfortune of getting the owner again. Told him I had a towing scheduled and was told to call again to reschedule since they couldn't make it. They don't seem to be very organized since the owner got confused why the other guy told me that. Was all downhill from there (again). The owner just continued to get increasingly unhinged. I ended up having to hang up because he was practically yelling at me at that point. I'd like to point out that every employee I talked to was extremely pleasant and respectful. Horrible service and people who clearly do not know how to do their jobs. I spoke to someone over the phone and clearly no communication skills whatsoever. They were placing stickers on people cars citing the wrong information of infractions and apparently didn't not do their research. My car was fully registered and inspected waiting and she put a sticker on my window saying it was "abandoned" which clearly it's not and also on other people's cars staying wrong infractions. Obviously, you need to be educated on infractions and the law. 110% do not recommend using this tow company as they're just a bad business to work with. Last week one of my fleet vehicles was stolen and recovered by Phoenix PD. I had very little time to get the vehicle towed on my own before it went into impound by Phoenix PD. Called in today at 5:15pm to schedule a tow for a car to be picked up in Scottsdale. Dispatch guy on the phone told me it would be about an hour. No problem, drive over to the apartment complex and my fiancé and I are sitting waiting for them. 6:38pm rolls around and I decide to call back just to figure out what's going on and I was told by another Guy that he had just walked in 30 minutes ago and he would call me back to give me an update. 7:03pm I am not beyond pissed. I called back and I ask what is going on and why haven't I received a call back on what's taking so long! The previous guy I spoke to before says he needs to go talk to the other guy and he put me on hold. The first guy I talked to tells me that after I called in they got a call for the police department and that they unfortunately take priority over other callers. this is understandable but, I asked why no one called me to tell me this. He just kept apologizing telling me that it was his fault and he should've called me and told me that he only has 2 drivers and one was all the way in apache junction and the driver he sent this request to was helping with the police department. Said it shouldn't be too much longer though. 7:21pm The driver finally calls me and tells me he's about 30 minutes away but that he is on his way. The total time I've been waiting for this damn tow truck has been almost 3 hours!!! I understand it can take approximately 2 hours but why the hell did no one call to tell me that it was going to take longer and why are they a Phoenix based company with only 2 drivers!!!!???? Absolutely ridiculous! I can't wait to see what they're going to charge us to have the vehicle towed back from Scottsdale to Phoenix after waiting forever... don't use this place unless you have 3+ hours to wait. UPDATE:: 8:41pm finally have the car towed to the house. The drives name was Matt and he was super nice and apologized for the wait. Had my car towed to the dealership not too long ago. Did a search and found these guys on Yelp. They had a deal that if you mentioned the Yelp ad you'd receive a 15% discount...not a bad deal considering how expensive towing can be. Pros: Quick service, great customer service, took care of all the details when leaving the car at the dealership, super nice guys all around. Con: I'm not sure my neighbors were too thrilled about the crazy loud music blaring from the tow truck at 9:15 at night...just sayin'. I'm a fan. I'll recommend and use again. read more

After 3 failed attempts of my insurance company dispatching a towing service for my flat tire on the side of the road, I researched and came across Phoenix Towing Service. The woman who answered the phone was understanding, polite, and apologetic (even though it wasn't her fault I had a flat or my insurance company failed me). The driver was dispatched and showed up WAY before the insurance's company was even notified. The driver was polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. We were "rear ended" in heavy rush hour traffic and waited an hour for the police. After that the truck wouldn't start and we were stranded and blocking traffic. Not great right before Christmas!!! The insurance company was no help so we called Phoenix towing. They arrived in 15 minutes and came to the rescue. Very "on top of it" and professional. I know nothing about vehicles so this guy could have easily said I was going to need a tow but he was kind enough to check a few things and gave me a jump and my truck started. He did not have to stop and see if I needed help and could have easily got me to get my truck towed home. Would not recommend this company Dispatcher gave the driver the wrong address and they drove 33 miles in the opposite direction of the address I needed them to tow the car to. The Driver has horrible customer service skills. The driver "Will" refused to explain the price breakdown. They tried charging me more money even though they went to the wrong address, which was their mistake. Will proceeded to yell at me and said that the price was non negotiable. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused to give me the contact information. I asked him again for the breakdown and he said "we're not some Mexicans on the side of the road. We don't tow that cheap". He then continued to yell at me and said that he needed to get to another call from the police department and if he didn't go then the company would be charged. Despite having other calls, current business needs to be handled first. Its not the customer's job to worry about their next call. Overall, horrible service. The driver is racist and unprofessional. My experience could not have been better. On a Friday night, after we were all loaded up in the car to go for a nighttime ice cream run, the car wouldn't start. I suspected it could be the battery but it wasn't the same as any other car I've ever had, so I headed to Yelp and started looking for a mechanic and a towing company. I called just after 8am on Saturday, and was given an estimated time via text a few minutes later. Thinking I had lots of time, I set out making breakfast. Before I even had a chance to crack the eggs, I heard the truck reversing in front of my house! The driver jumped my car which did the trick. A less honest company could have gone straight for the tow and charged me an arm and a leg. I hope I won't have to use them again for a long time, but I know that if I ever need a tow or roadside help, they'll be my first call. read more

I spent 4 hours waiting for two lousy, unreliable companies that were hired by my insurance company to come and they never did. After seeing the reviews here on Yelp!, i decided to give Phoenix Towing Service a try and they didn't disappoint. Got to me earlier than estimated, updated their GPS tracking system, and got my car exactly where it needed to go in a timely manner. I will use this company again if the unfortunate event occurs.
