He efficiently and safely loaded up my vehicle on his flatbed truck and gave a ride over to the mechanic (with plenty of friendly banter along the way, making what could have been a difficult day a little bit more enjoyable). The driver was good but close to 2hours late. Our Insurance Company pays the first 15 miles and claimed that this company would charge $6 for each additional mile. The distance from our home to the shop was 29 miles. The Towing company claimed it was 39 miles. They charged us over $60 dollars more. What a SCAM! Don't use this company unless you want to get ripped off. I called them and they were adding more charges like for gas etc. This should have been inclusive with our plan. How the shop went from 29 miles to 39 is a mystery to me. Don't use this company. We are honest hard working people and even gave the driver a tip because he had nothing to do with the charges. I contacted Tesla Roadside repair to replace a flat tire. Tesla dispatched two companies to replace the flat tire: Professional Towing and another company. Professional Towing arrived early. Their dispatcher called me. Then 5 minutes later, their driver called to tell he was on his way. He followed that up with a text telling me he was 5 minutes away. During these calls, the driver was polite and professional. Hadi, the driver, was nothing but professional in both his manners and appearance. He was friendly and not condescending. If you own a Tesla, you can attest to less than professional tow truck companies arriving on the scene. The other company arrived 2 hours after Professional Towing replaced the flat. They did not call me or provide advanced notice they were arriving. They just appeared. I could distinguish between the level of service from the two companies. I was very impressed with Professional Towing's level of service I saved their number and will contact them before I call Tesla Roadside so that this company is dispatched to help me. read more

When know you are going to be late for a pickup you should call your client. You don't wait for them to call. When they call you, you should not lie to them about when you are going pick them up. Saying 5-7 minutes away doesn't mean you then wait for your potential customer to call you back half an hour later asking where you are. When you have a call on a major accident on the freeway you should let your customers who will be impacted know about the issue. When you get a service call to pick up an all wheel vehicle. I called this towing company on 6/25/21 at 9:00 pm for a friend who needed her BMW towed out of her son's driveway. The young gal on the phone told me the wait would be a minimum of two hours but I was looking at three to four hours before a driver would arrive. I was okay with that and so I scheduled the tow. She took all my information and a debit card number to secure the tow for $19. I waited two and a half hours- nothing. Called the young woman back. Her reply was "oh the driver got stuck on a police transfer but should be to you for sure in the next 15-20 minutes. I replied "okay thank you" then hung up. That was at 10:40 pm. I waited in the car until 11:15 and called back got the same young woman on the phone. At this point I was beginning to feel as if this company did not care to provide any service to myself or my friend at all! I explained that we were waiting in a hot car and were running out of water. She then proceeded to put me on hold to contact the driver. When she came back on the line she stated he was down on Curry Rd and was dropping off a vehicle. Then he was on his way to assist us. I asked the young woman " how long before the driver arrives now"? She stated he will be there quickly in the next 10 minutes tops. Fast forward to 12:30 pm...still no tow truck driver and no courtesy call to advice me that he got rerouted to another call. At 12:30 pm I made another call the same young woman answered I stated " Look we are at 3.5 hours you told me initially it would be 3.5-4 hours maximum for the wait time but you have been deceptive every single time I have contacted you." She apologizes only to ask me if I would like her to cancel the tow! WTH! Unreal!!! I told her no I am going to wait 4 hours and 15 minutes if you do not show then I will call and cancel. Well, another 30 minutes pasted and nothing. I wait just an additional 15 minutes to see if the guy maybe would come- nothing! I then called at 1:15 am and cancelled the tow. I also requested to speak to a manager only to be told there was currently no manager there at the moment. I advised the young woman that I would never recommend this company to ANYONE! I was sent on a goose chase in trying to track down if and when a tow truck driver would arrive to tow a BMW a whole two miles! Poor customer service and they treated me like I was just a number! Broke down today on the side of the 101. It was by chance the company I called was actually the same as the tow truck in front of me picking up someone else's car. Then- right in front of both of us- a car lost it's rear wheel and almost crashed into the median wall. The tow truck driver stopped traffic to get the wheel out of the street and helped out the people in that car just to help- a different tow truck came and got their vehicle. He then let me sit in his cab while I waited for my husband to come. The driver was so kind, and you just don't see that so much anymore. As a concerned neighbor my husband and I were out helping a neighbor try to start his car as it wouldn't turn over. My gracious husband never mentioned he was an ASE certified technician, but still wanted to help. The neighbor had already called a towing company, and once this towing company rolled up the tow truck driver immediately rushed out of his vehicle scolding very harshly that he was going to fry the battery. A Chevy spark being charged by a Volkswagen Beetle.. customer service is terrible and the boastfulness of your technicians are appalling. I will never use your service and we will be notifying all shops we are affiliated with to encourage them to never use your service. (25+ shops) Your drivers might be triple master certified but they need training in customer service. There is a difference between teaching and scolding a grown ass man.
