My daughter got into an accident, at the worst time of the year with temps at 110 degrees in sweltering heat for over 2 hours, and told us that they would need 2 hours more. This company left us on the side of the road. Avoid this company!!! I had to call AAA vs them telling me to go back through Geico. This is the worse tow truck company. read more

BEWARE!! SKETCHY BUSINESS, BTW the tow company cannot legally withhold your vehicle for not paying their fees! They have to release your vehicle to you, and provide you with a breakdown of their fees. They can choose to take you to civil court at a later time to collect those fees, but they must release your vehicle to you! It's Arizona Law. The dispatcher is an absolute idiot as well. There was clearly no signage posted, yet you still towed because you have a contract with the owner where he gets paid as well. Yet you still wanted to argue with me when I was standing right there. Absolute dip ass. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS BUSINESS. RUDE, UNGRATEFUL, DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT WHATS IN YOUR POCKET. SHITTY ETHICS. Dont even bother asking for a call, I don't care. Kiss my ass. read more

Got the tow organized through my provider with the company then stating they needed my keys. Ended up, they didn't. They towed my car without a phone call even though I was at the location. Ended up scratching my rims, since I had called them regarding cut tires. I don't know who decided to just tow without notice but this is absolutely horrendous and would not recommend to anyone who wants to make sure their car doesn't end up in worse condition than it might already be in read more

First of all this guy Keiyana R was towing my car from my shop to a performance shop and when he was hooking up the car, he was complaining the whole time on how low the car was and he hated towing corvettes because of how low they are, wishing he can light the car on fire. This was unprofessional and poor attitude do better!!! read more

Yesterday, driver Joe from Professional Towing & Recovery picked up my 2016 Honda Fit with the goal of transporting it to a Honda dealershipin South Tempe, approx 10 miles. He is a real pro - on-time, friendly, efficient, & skilled. He also recommended an alternate service provider. Today, after a very bad dealership experience, I went to that new mechanic w/ an excellent outcome. I recommend PTR & especially Joe. Thanks! read more

The response time was within an hour, the cost of was reasonable; and the driver called me when he was close. he took great care loading my truck and we also enjoyed a great conversation on the way to the shop. Helped to make a rough day a little better. my complements and I would definitely consider using them again (respectfully I hope my vehicles don't require it! :) read more

Let's face it: nobody likes needing to get their vehicle towed, but if you ever find yourself in a situation where you find yourself stranded and in need of a tow to the mechanic, give the team at Professional Towing & Recovery a call. The Dispatcher - Marci - answered the phone quickly and was both friendly and professional, providing me with an fair & accurate quote to tow my car from Point A to Point B. The driver - Anthony - showed up sooner than Marci originally quoted - hooray! - calling when he was almost to my location. He efficiently and safely loaded up my vehicle on his flatbed truck and gave a ride over to the mechanic (with plenty of friendly banter along the way, making what could have been a difficult day a little bit more enjoyable). All in all, I cannot recommend the team at Professional Towing & Recovery enough. Things aren't always going to go according to plan, but it's nice to know that I have friends like Marci & Anthony to help me along the way. :) read more

Thanks so much to Steve H. He was so helpful and informative today and truly went above and beyond to look out for me and my car. It was my first time having a flat and being towed and he advised me on how to choose an appropriate mechanic and service. Chatting with him turned a very annoying event into a highlight of my day. Professional Towing & Recovery Responded to my flat tire in Scottsdale via Tesla roadside a few months ago. Wolf was a God send. He was super knowledgeable about his trade and very knowledgeable about Teslas too. Thank you for your help, Wolf!! read more

The driver was good but close to 2hours late. Our Insurance Company pays the first 15 miles and claimed that this company would charge $6 for each additional mile. The distance from our home to the shop was 29 miles. The Towing company claimed it was 39 miles. They charged us over $60 dollars more. What a SCAM! Don't use this company unless you want to get ripped off. I called them and they were adding more charges like for gas etc. This should have been inclusive with our plan. How the shop went from 29 miles to 39 is a mystery to me. Don't use this company. We are honest hard working people and even gave the driver a tip because he had nothing to do with the charges. Our Insurance Geico was informed of this and we're going to file a report! Unfortunately $60 dollars. Thankfully the Truck got our vehicle to its destination! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! read more

Needed my car towed from South PHX to north Scottsdale. They were on the way within minutes, very professional, and communicated when they were nearby and called to let me know when they dropped my car off. Highly recommend! read more

Tim is the BEST! Recommended! Fast, friendly service. Tim was so great and very helpful. He was very supportive when I was upset and made sure I got my car to the right mechanic. I thought it was the battery but because of his experience, he could tell it was probably NOT, it was most likely the alternator. And he was exactly right. He gave me a lift to the shop and the truck cab was clean and smelled nice, not like in the movies! LOL Thanks to Professional Towing and Tim read more

I contacted Tesla Roadside repair to replace a flat tire. Tesla dispatched two companies to replace the flat tire: Professional Towing and another company. Professional Towing arrived early. Their dispatcher called me. Then 5 minutes later, their driver called to tell he was on his way. He followed that up with a text telling me he was 5 minutes away. During these calls, the driver was polite and professional. Hadi, the driver, was nothing but professional in both his manners and appearance. He was friendly and not condescending. If you own a Tesla, you can attest to less than professional tow truck companies arriving on the scene. The other company arrived 2 hours after Professional Towing replaced the flat. They did not call me or provide advanced notice they were arriving. They just appeared. I could distinguish between the level of service from the two companies. I was very impressed with Professional Towing's level of service I saved their number and will contact them before I call Tesla Roadside so that this company is dispatched to help me. read more

Today was one of those days. The car that the teenagers are driving breaks down far away from home. It's a hot day in the valley. No shade near where they broke down. Just finished all their water. Had to call Dad to tell him the bad news. So you're probably wondering, where is the silver lining in all of this? Professional Towing and Recovery. They arrived 20 minutes early! The driver Evan was courteous and speedy hooking up our car on the trailer. He seemed to really care about the children's safety. He was super professional too! When he pulled up to our house, he unloaded and parked our car in under a minute. Thanks Evan at Professional Towing and Recovery for helping us in our time of need! Five stars for Karam, he is awesome and a professional driver! If he picks up your tow, you're in good hands.

Pasquale was an amazing professional throughout the entirety of the process. My car broke down on a very busy commercial business street (48th in Phoenix) he was calm, reassuring, and superior professional to handle the situation. My driver side half shaft fell out, there was no budging it. Pasquale took his time, came with the solution and assured me the entire time and was concerned for overall safety as well while drivers nearby were upset. Thank you very much Pasquale! Harrison did a great job! He got my car (which was missing a wheel) onto the tow truck without a scratch in the 115 degree weather! He was on time and moved very fast. Great dude. Was not impressed. Just needed a simple tire change. Didn't seem professional at all. Amer came over and he didn't understand cross streets or directions to get to the place. He didn't check the tire pressure of the spare before or after putting it on the car he just told me yeah yeah it's good. He then put the damaged dirty Tire on top of the carpet in the trunk instead of putting it underneath the carpet like where it should go. read more

Obviously these clowns don't know the meaning of 'Professional'. Here are some tips and a heads-up for any of there competitors... When know you are going to be late for a pickup you should call your client. You don't wait for them to call. When they call you, you should not lie to them about when you are going pick them up. Saying 5-7 minutes away doesn't mean you then wait for your potential customer to call you back half an hour later asking where you are. When you have a call on a major accident on the freeway you should let your customers who will be impacted know about the issue. When you get a service call to pick up an all wheel vehicle. Make sure you have a truck with a flatbed and don't propose a drag behind. Professional towing... this is an epic failure on your part. I was more than inconvenienced. You made me miss getting a rental that night and dropping my vehicle at a service center which cost me a day of missing work. To top it off you gave no solutions not even an apology. read more

I had been involved in a crash on I-10 and needed my truck and fifth wheel towed. After over 10 hours of trying to get a tow company out to respond, my insurance finally contacted these guys. My car broke down and I called roadside, the first company they contacted couldn't come out until the next day, but Professional Towing and Recovery was there in less than 40 min and this was during rush hour in Queen Creek! The tow driver Kevin was amazing! I was really upset and he was very kind and made me laugh. He took good care of my car and even offered to wait with me until my ride came. He turned a really sucky situation into a mere inconvenience and a miniature comedy show. I would 100% recommend these guys if you ever find yourself in need of a tow. read more

I scheduled this company a day in advance to tow our truck, the tow was scheduled for 8:00 am. We gave all the necessary information including address and phone number, even put up a credit card . Do not trust this company. They state on their website that they specialize in sports cars, yet when they came to tow mine, it scraped the front bumper on the way up. I have video of it scraping and yet the company refuses to do anything about it. Very disappointing. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I was in a really bad accident, the police left me on the side of a busy highway shortly after the report was made. He dropped my poor car and myself off and was absolutely wonderful! Thankful to have someone like him working for you guys! Keep up the great work and thank you again! read more

I called this towing company on 6/25/21 at 9:00 pm for a friend who needed her BMW towed out of her son's driveway. The young gal on the phone told me the wait would be a minimum of two hours but I was looking at three to four hours before a driver would arrive. I was okay with that and so I scheduled the tow. She took all my information and a debit card number to secure the tow for $19. I waited two and a half hours- nothing. Called the young woman back. Her reply was "oh the driver got stuck on a police transfer but should be to you for sure in the next 15-20 minutes. I replied "okay thank you" then hung up. That was at 10:40 pm. I waited in the car until 11:15 and called back got the same young woman on the phone. At this point I was beginning to feel as if this company did not care to provide any service to myself or my friend at all! I explained that we were waiting in a hot car and were running out of water. She then proceeded to put me on hold to contact the driver. When she came back on the line she stated he was down on Curry Rd and was dropping off a vehicle. Then he was on his way to assist us. I asked the young woman " how long before the driver arrives now"? She stated he will be there quickly in the next 10 minutes tops. Fast forward to 12:30 pm...still no tow truck driver and no courtesy call to advice me that he got rerouted to another call. At 12:30 pm I made another call the same young woman answered I stated " Look we are at 3.5 hours you told me initially it would be 3.5-4 hours maximum for the wait time but you have been deceptive every single time I have contacted you." She apologizes only to ask me if I would like her to cancel the tow! WTH! Unreal!!! I told her no I am going to wait 4 hours and 15 minutes if you do not show then I will call and cancel. Well, another 30 minutes pasted and nothing. I wait just an additional 15 minutes to see if the guy maybe would come- nothing! I then called at 1:15 am and cancelled the tow. I also requested to speak to a manager only to be told there was currently no manager there at the moment. I advised the young woman that I would never recommend this company to ANYONE! I was sent on a goose chase in trying to track down if and when a tow truck driver would arrive to tow a BMW a whole two miles! Poor customer service and they treated me like I was just a number! Please do not use this company- save yourself the misery and heartache! read more

My BMW broke down in 115 degrees on the side of the road and the tow truck arrived super quick, within 1 hour. I didn't have to wait nearly as long as any other tow truck company which I was thrilled. To top it off I had to be at the airport in 3 hours for a trip so I was in a time crunch. Harrison my tow truck driver was awesome, quick, efficient, cost effective, and friendly. Got my car to the dealer and my crisis was averted. Thanks Harrison and professional towing company. read more

Broke down today on the side of the 101. It was by chance the company I called was actually the same as the tow truck in front of me picking up someone else's car. Then- right in front of both of us- a car lost it's rear wheel and almost crashed into the median wall. The tow truck driver stopped traffic to get the wheel out of the street and helped out the people in that car just to help- a different tow truck came and got their vehicle. He then let me sit in his cab while I waited for my husband to come. The driver was so kind, and you just don't see that so much anymore. Very thankful, Professional Towing is lucky to have him. read more

As a concerned neighbor my husband and I were out helping a neighbor try to start his car as it wouldn't turn over. My gracious husband never mentioned he was an ASE certified technician, but still wanted to help. The neighbor had already called a towing company, and once this towing company rolled up the tow truck driver immediately rushed out of his vehicle scolding very harshly that he was going to fry the battery. A Chevy spark being charged by a Volkswagen Beetle.. customer service is terrible and the boastfulness of your technicians are appalling. I will never use your service and we will be notifying all shops we are affiliated with to encourage them to never use your service. (25+ shops) Your drivers might be triple master certified but they need training in customer service. There is a difference between teaching and scolding a grown ass man. It's 110 and we are all trying to help. If you're already discouraged because your having vehicle issues don't call these rude people to assist you in a time of need. read more
