My mother and I experienced a tire blow out late in the evening on the highway. We were a bit concerned being alone late at night on a busy highway , especially when AAA said it would be at least 45 minutes before we could get assistance. Much to our gratitude, Zach arrived within 15 minutes to assist us. His expertise when dealing with a challenge towing our unique vehicle showed his extreme level of knowledge. If it were not for his professionalism and level of knowledge we would have been on the side of the for the road for hours. I do not recommend this towing services company. I requested a special service to tow an end dump trailer, with specific instructions for no lifting, as the budget could increase with lifting time. With pull towing, it would not exceed 2 hours. However, they ultimately charged me double the agreed-upon price because their driver insisted on lifting, and they didn't inform me. They forced me to pay or threatened to drop the trailer off at the auction when they didn't follow the instructions. read more

I am currently suing this company for their bill for towing $5800. I believe i have a good case and should recover lost money. August 2024 they sent 2 semi trucks to pick up my toyhauler just below Black Cyn City. I had hit the rail with the toyhauler and blew out both tires/bent the front axle. I called this towing services for a price. Upon finding out the car was 20 years old I'm sure he assumed a large repair. Was told 85$ to take 3 miles to my mechanic Or, 50$ to take to his shop. They bait you into using them with the bait and switch line of, $85 for the tow, but we waive it if we do the work, then they charge you $200 for the tow on your bill! I was hung up on, I was handed a box of "broken" parts after they repaired the car. Those parts were not even for a honda! My Freightliner broke down, called a few places to get quotes. One place even told me I was stupid for shopping around, that I should take the first tow truck I can get. My car was towed to Valley Express on 6/26/21 and stayed there until it was sent to Copart. Somewhere between my car being towed and when I went to Copart on 7/2/21, someone stole my Garmin GPS that has a dash cam built into it. I needed the sim card for proof that it was not my fault. If the their wants the GOS they can have it, JUST GIVE ME THE SIM CARD!!! When I called Valley Express the man who answered the phone got pissy with me. Very disappointed with this dishonest company. I was told by my insurance company that I had to go down to Valley express towing to give them permission in writing to let another company pick up the wrecked vehicle for valuation. When I got there they said the car had already left. I did not give anyone permission to take it out of the yard. My insurance company then called Valley express and Valley Express said the owner gave them permission for this other company To come pick it up. Which is a total lie. As always needing to have your vehicle towed is a terrible feeling. When I called Valley Express the person answering was very upfront with the time they would be out. We needed a flat bed truck so that took extra time. The driver, Dakota, was amazing. So nice and informed us of what he was going to do. Having a BMW pulled up on a flatbed can be scary. I have been hung up on, treated poorly....have yet to speak to this so called manager. Wasn't told the following day that I could have removed my truck. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the Hook up charge was considerably less than the competition and 'per mile' charge was also significantly less. I've never given a review before but I can't hold my tongue on this one. The driver must have been inexperienced because he damaged the front fender and bumper while loading my truck. Now the door won't open. I wasn't able to be there in person while they loaded the truck but the driver must have been in a hurry to get to the next vehicle (since they get paid by the vehicle) and didn't take the time or care necessary to prevent damage to the body of the vehicle while loading it. The fender, the door and the front bumper all have damage to them that was not there before they towed it. Then when I asked the manager Tim about it, he just said that I'll have to file an insurance claim and see how that plays out. It just seems wrong to me that they would not take responsibility for damage that their driver clearly caused. I have the before and after pictures to prove it but it seems that they would rather take their chances with insurance causing me to have to pay $1000 deductible than to do the right thing. Very frustrating. I got a quote from a body shop for $2487 to fix the damages. Now what do I do?? If I file a claim there's no guarantee that their insurance will agree to pay for it so my insurance rates most likely go up. So as it sits right now it seems that Valley Express will have zero financial liability. I run a business and when my employees break stuff I pay for it. That's how it should be. Although they answered the phone, gave a decent price and the driver was basically there on time, it doesn't excuse the unprofessional and irresponsible treatment. Driver showed up a tad later than scheduled. But that was about all that lacked when it came to this company. Francisco was very personable and made me feel comfortable. He even went above and beyond and checked under the hood of my car himself to see if he could help without me having to spend extra money at the shop. Unfortunately, my car needed to go to the shop. However, Francisco's willingness to do a little bit more than what his job title entailed was a reassurance to me that a more than capable individual was towing my car to the shop for me! Needed a tow on a Saturday around 4pm. Called Valley Express after calling a few others, the receptionist at Valley Express was courteous, although you could tell she was very busy. The price was great and the tow truck was there within 30 minutes. We had had our car battery checked 3 days prior and was told it was still good. We had also tried to jump start our car on our own before calling. The gentleman who arrived from Valley Express had a gut feeling the reason my car would not start was because of the battery. His persistence was amazing.....When I gave up and thought, that was a good college try, he kept trying....And sure enough...he got my car started. Unfortunately I cant read his name on the receipt, but thank you to that guy! Great company, honest service.....There is hope in this world.... :) read more
