COMPLETE LIFESAVERS!!!! we came here for a bachelorette party from California , our car started acting up and we didn't feel safe driving home the next day (Sunday). While many others turned us away (cough Kia Motors) they took us in and helped us. While many company's may take advantage of you, they did not. They ran the diagnostic, looked under the hood, and ensured we would be safe getting back home. Thank you Alltown for giving us peace of mind and allowing us to continue to enjoy our bachelorette party! Also thank you for making it a fun memory for usb read more

Alltown Auto - COMPLETE LIFESAVERS! - Auto Repair Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

I needed an oil change & maintenance and Alltown delivered at a reasonable price! They were able to get me in same day and did a fantastic job! They provided me with their findings and sent me on my way and didn't try to sell me any other services that I didn't need. Appreciate them getting me in on the same day and the quick service! read more

This was supposed to be done a long time ago. But I'm glad I finally got to it. The service Manager, Matt is extremely professional. After a minor mishap happened with my vehicle, he did the repairs for free AND compensated me for what was really just a minor accident. These guys did QUALITY work and had the best attitudes about it. Check this out, yo. I'm unsure of where else to find this level of competency, professionalism AND integrity at a vehicle repair shop, but I definitely found it here! Straight up! So I'd highly recommend this shop to everyone who wants quality work done with above mentioned attributes. Thanks a lot guys and keep on keeping it real! PERIOD! And by this way, this is Colin leaving this review. I bring our company trucks for service to this location when we need things done on them. read more

Not all heroes wear capes. My girlfriend and I were on our way to a hike on Saturday when my Jeep Cherokee started hemorrhaging oil. I grabbed an exit and pulled into a shopping center. Under the hood, it looked like someone had used a garden hose to spray everything with oil! The dipstick said it had lost 2 of its 6 quarts of oil. I recalled seeing "auto" on the sign in front of the building next to the shopping center and decided to walk in that direction. Soon I ran into Peter G. from ATA. He asked what was going on. I explained the situation and he told me to drive the Jeep over. Peter pulled a tech off of a job and had him hose down my engine bay with degreaser. It was clear that the amateur mechanic (aka ME!) who had last installed the cap over the oil filter, put the gasket in incorrectly and it had blown out from the pressure. They quickly grabbed a new oil filter, gasket, 3 quarts of synthetic oil, and another can of degreaser for good measure. 30 minutes later and a we were ready to get back on the road. I asked for the bill and was shocked when Peter basically said, "Don't worry about it." What??? An oil filter. 3 quarts of synthetic oil. 2 cans of degreaser. Half an hour of tech time? I gave the tech a tip for his time and we were on our way to our hike. It's hard to put into words how much I appreciate the assistance, kindness and generosity of the folks at ATA. The gesture was amazing, but beyond that, I have truly been feeling a bit of a high all week knowing that not every repair shop is out to take advantage of someone else's bad luck. Before limping into the parking lot next door, I had never heard of ATA, but after this experience and based on the other reviews, I know I've found my new shop for all future repairs. read more

My motorhome quit on me in the middle of the road on my way to a rv repair place on main street. Delta towing ended up towing it and suggested he tow it to Alltownauto instead of where I was taking it. They had a really small yard and he didn't think the place looked like an rv repair place. So I took his advice and boy I am sure glad I did. Matt at Alltownauto was great to work with and they had my motorhome back on the road in 48 hr. Thank you every one for outstanding work. read more

Five star service all the way. Brought my car in worrying about a very high bill based on the issue I was having. Not the case - my bill was FAR less than I was worried about after they diagnosed the actual issue. As you can imagine, that's not the treatment one can expect at most mechanics. Honest and very excellent service. Worked with me very quickly on managing to my stress level (haha), and I have absolutely found my new home for a mechanic. That you to the entire crew there! read more

These guys are phenomenal-helpful, honest, and fair. It's a huge relief (particularly with minimal car savvy) to know you can trust the folks you're dealing with when car issues arise. My whole family has been going to them for years and I can't say enough good things-in a field where that's certainly not the norm. read more

Took one of our cars in to get repaired but unfortunately did not have the budget to fix it, leading us to finding a place to sell it for parts. Service was exceptional and our serviceman gave us advice on what to do with our car! read more

I needed to take my son's car to get a little work done, you know oil change, brake pads, tire pressure light was on... but the most daunting task to get out of work, find a worthy place that is open, with friendly, honest and patient. (lets face I know nothing about the under the hood, and I am fine with that) They gave me an honest quote, did only the work I could afford and addressed. I am also happy with the detail job they did, as my son's car was horrific to say the least, worth every dollar as I was not happy about having to do that myself... My most sincere THANK YOU to Peter and John and your team. read more

Where to even start. The team at AllTown is beyond wonderful. After getting lost, twice, and winding up in the wrong place they took my Fiat in for a last minute oil change without an appointment as a waiter. Maybe out of pity for my inability to navigate but none the less they were patient and kind and understanding of a tired mom with a teething 9 month old that had finally fallen asleep. Thank you wouldn't be nearly enough two days before Christmas. read more

Had power steering fluid leak. Took it to Alltown to look at. The good news is that they did a thorough look at the leaking and a whole lot more, but not just to jack up the price. They gave me an easy to understand list of "must do," "should do," and "should at least be aware of" items. The bad news is that the overall problem was more extensive than I'd hoped. The cost for just the "must do" items was more than I had in pocket that day. I ended up speaking to the dealership I'd bought the car from and they directed me to a mechanic who they have a relationship with, and helped me with costs (since I've bought three cars from them in the last two years!). Otherwise, I would have definitely had Alltown do the work, once I had the funds for it. But the point of this post is that Alltown was professional, friendly, honest and helpful. If you're looking for reliable advice and work on your vehicles, I highly recommend them. I'll go back to them for sure. read more

Chop shop, If I have ever seen one. Scammed my mother out of 2 grand and now she can't buy a car or anything for a month....both times she left car was worse...this time she drove home and the car stalled twice. She was almost hit. You let her leave with a dangerous car. That couldn't go over 35mph. I went in and spoke with the owner he gave us a $500 refund for labor and told me he was doing me a favor. Ken Marcy your business used to be good until it turned into a chop shop. I gave you the chance to fix what you did and instead you chased an 22 year old man out the store while cussing. You endangered my mother when you let her leave your crooked shop read more

The people, Debbie, and the owner, are fantastic, nice honest folks!

Great Service family owned business. I recommend any one in need of auto repair and maintenance services! They serviced my brakes for my 07 Altima an they suggested some maintenance items to have in mind. We ended up potentially having some expensive repairs in the future by taking care of minor details today. Keep up the good work! read more

Starting using them when I ran into a misdiagnosis with a previous mechanic- they found the root of the not so straightforward problem in no time! Very through and knowledgeable. Always give me an estimate and are right on the exact amount of the estimate. Willing to tell me which repairs are option, which can wait, and which need done soon, and don't suggest unnecessary "fluid flushes" or other services. Prices are lower than or within $20 of anyone else i've ever called or estimates. read more

I don't write many reviews but I felt this business particularly deserved it. Year after year I continue to bring my Jeep back to Alltown auto because they always take care of us. They do great work, always seem to get me in when I need the work done and go above and beyond. These guys are all about the customer and it really shows. Ken the owner is the nicest, most relaxed guy and has such a friendly demeanor, you would think he was family. I recently moved a half hour away but I still make the drive because of the great service. read more

All Town Auto was recommended to us by friends who've gone to them since they opened (and couldn't say enough nice things about them). We brought them a PT Cruiser with an overheating problem that another repair shop had twice "fixed" and failed. These people were even able to tell me over the phone what the problem probably involved - and they were right. It was fixed for good, and for a great price. Since then we've gone to them at least six times for three cars. Today they saved me when one of my cars got a flat tire an hour before my other car had its battery die. They even sent out a tow truck because AAA service had busy circuits for more than an hour. They put the spare tire on the first car so I could drive it to their shop, and then jumped my Prius and towed it for its own repair. Everything was completed by 6pm - amazing! I'm telling everyone to use this excellent, personable service - that just celebrated 10 years in business. (They also work on commercial fleet vehicles, so you know they meet high standards.) read more
