You can see tow truck cannot access from front or back. TWO MJ Tow men arrived with a tow truck with a huge platform, like a multiple car trailer. As soon as they saw my little 18 ft RV parked on my parking pad next to the alley they said "No we can't move that, it's too heavy", so they didn't even try and there were TWO men, "We can't pull it out". The second tow truck arrived just with one person from company called Woodies Towing. He took hold of my steering wheel and turned it and pushed with his body so the truck DID move it backwards, rather easily. And then he turned the steering wheel again and pushed with his own body yes, just his one person and moved it forward. And then he did the same thing, turned the steering wheel more, again and push with his body and was able to move the truck backwards. He did this back and forth by himself about six times back and forth, until he was able to roll the truck off of the parking pad and pushed it out of the alley. Then he was able to connect his tow truck to the wheels and loaded onto the tow truck. Here is my five star review of Woodies Towing company. I told these details to Safeco Towing dispatch and they wrote down all the detail how TWO MJ Tow didn't even attempt to push the truck and move it and then this one man working for Woodies Towing did it all by himself by patiently pushing the truck back and forth and each time turning the steering wheel more and more, until he was able to roll the truck off the parking pad into the alley and push it into the street, where he loaded it up on his tow bed. Tow truck driver moved very quickly and never mentioned anything about possible issues with towing backwards. While under tow the tonto cover ripped off flew over the front, and damaged the hood, windshield, and front right quarter panel. Upon completion of repair I noticed issues right away. I have a picture of the truck hooked up to the tow truck with no damage and sent pictures to Major league showing damage. I called and spoke to the owner. He said anything that flys off is my fault, and they have no liability. Obviously I have never driven the truck 45mph backwards, and never even considered the tonto cover may be ripped off during tow. Driver never mentioned or even gave me a second to make sure the cover was secured, however it was locked as and closed shown by the damaged locking mechanism left behind. The owner has ignored my emails and calls not addressing the issue. 3 days earlier I had the truck towed from north to phoenix to Gilbert (57 miles) with no issues from a company out of north phoenix. If you want any accountability or safe towing I do not recommend this company. I have given them more than a month to do the right thing before leaving this review. I have since submitted a claim to my insurance and they feel the towing company is liable and will address legally.

My car was removed from on front of my own home on private property. In my journey to locate my car I spoke to an employee and simply asked who requested the tow so I'd know who to contact for disputing this, and based on his hyper defensive response it was immediately clear who was responsible.. I tried to communicate that there is no signage mentioning towing because I'd actually went and looked specifically for that just hours before, knowing my son would have to park on the street due to our moving boxes arriving earlier that day and filling the garage. He was rude and aggressive and tells me "ma'am you broke the rules and got caught, now you need to pay the price" ! No sir, that is incorrect. See, you do not get to force consequences onto me that I did not willingly expose myself to. I did my due diligence assessing my risk, and in the absence of tow away signage I made a decision to violate my HOA policy knowing all too well that at worst would lead to a warning or small citation at which point the issue would be resolved as our garage would be cleared out .. My husband informed you that the signage is nonexistent but you chose to charge him $275 anyway, and had the audacity to say it was "probably" me who removed your stickers . So I've gathered my evidence, including the clearly visible rain and sun rot residue where stickers once were, videos/photos of the post where there's SUPPOSED to be a tow enforcement sign at the entrance of our community, and I'm also putting flyers on every door in our community to see who else was affected by your predatory and unlawful towing on private property and we will be meeting again in court. I submitted a formal complaint with ADOT last night and quite frankly I'm hell bent on making it crystal clear who needs a lesson in accountability here. I told you repeatedly I didn't want to fight with you on the phone but you continued to overpower, insult, and steal not just our property but our money as well. Two people in my home use that car for door dash and uber as their sole income so you will be covering lost wages.and the TV that was in the back seat exposed to the summer heat for two days will not turn on now, and had you made yourself available to retrieve our vehicle as you're obligated to do, we could have had the ability to protect our property from the elements.
