I rarely write reviews; however, when I do it's because of something exceptional that took place. I was visiting my sister who resides in Arizona and blew a tire on the highway. Not only was I really low on battery, I did not have my portable charger and had to act fast!! I did a quick google search and came across the first business and called the number provided.
I spoke to Nick from Xpress Towing and he assured me to remain calm and that his driver will find me. Well, my phone died and I was increasingly getting more worried by the minute.
Within 5 minutes (Or what felt like an hour!) I see blinking lights pulling up on the side of the road behind me and the gentleman was sent by Nick just like he promised he would.
Long story short, "They helped tow the vehicle over to my sister's residence and the next morning I took it to a shop to get it serviced." The evening could've gone completely sideways; however, when someone gives me their word and delivers on it (TO ME, that's quite rare these days).
Not only did they show up and resolve my issues ... He referred me to his buddy who was the owner of the shop that took care of me and for the services rendered they were content with just being of service.
It's moments like these that make me realize there remain many good people in this world and that this particular company at least deserves my wholesome review.
I recommend Xpress Towing to anyone who wants to be treated right, proper, and not gouged for simple services. "Nick, thank you very much!"
