Ripped my dad off and then cussed him off on the phone. I was there when my dad spoke to him on the phone. When my mom's car stalled a couple weeks ago, my dad found this company and called to get a quote. He was told that it was $75 and he agreed because it was the cheapest quote. My dad was charged over the phone via a credit card. My dad got his bank statement today and saw that he was charged $175. He called them to get his money back and whoever he spoke to cussed him out and threatened to call his lawyer. My dad was upset and demanded that he get his $100 and threatened to call the Better Business Bureau. That's when he was cussed out and told that a lawyer would be called, as well as some other things I won't post on here. What kind of business runs like this? read more

Absolutely the worst. First of all, drove right by us to pick another guy up and was fifteen minutes later than the dispatcher quoted. Couldn't follow simple directions of where we wanted it towed to, evidently no GPS. We thought we were getting jacked. They didn't even have the common courtesy to say something like 'Goodbye' or 'Good luck'. Nothing. I do not know how they haven't been reported to some better business bureau. I called what I thought was a local towing company and somehow got them. $520 for a 14 mile tow. They contract out and I am sure the the actual tow truck operator only got a fraction of that money. It was late, dark and pouring rain and we were not at home. I called two other places that were closed so I felt I needed to go with them. NEVER AGAIN. I stored the actual tow truck operator phone number just in case I needed them again as we travel to Charlotte, NC quite often. BTW the exchange was in California which if its a cell usually doesn't mean anything but the invoice timestamp was 3 hours behind my time zone. read more

The men that work here have no common sense and just because you are female they think they can just say whatever the guy said it's a family owned business now that makes sense on to why it's okay to flirt and over charge for a closer tow. If your car is newer car it's not worth it they towed my 2024 Kia for $240 less then 6miles and then I ask for a receipt the guy says I can meet in person or send a picture and he never sends a picture in very unprofessional so I have to call in just to find out the guy who answered is the same guy that met the tow guy at my car to over charged me and said nobody was flirting when he is a "supervisor" is beyond me was just me and my friend in are scrubs and they kept asking how old we were if we had boyfriends these men were complete creeps read more

They quoted a low price over the phone, but at the time of payment, they demanded $100 more. When I said there must be a mistake, they started yelling at me, threatening with lawyers, and using other unacceptable rhetoric. I regret not recording the conversation. Called Quick Towing at 10:20pm on a Friday night after AAA left my 21 year old daughter waiting by the side of the freeway. John from Quick Towing answered immediately and got to us within 30 minutes. Prices were reasonable and service was fast and friendly. We paid $135 for a 14 mile tow. I would definitely use them again should the need arise, although I hope it doesn't. read more

I called Quick Tow because they are located in my same zip code and figured it would be less expensive because of this fact. I literally only needed a 2 mile tow from my house to Discount Tire for a flat tire and I was quoted a minimum charge of $150!!! Seriously?!?!? I am in your same zip code and only need to go 2 miles! I understand our recent issues with high gas prices and inflation but, this is robery! The most reliable tow in the area!! My window was busted in and all four of my tires were stolen from the second floor of my apartment parking garage. I had 3 tows out say no from the start, and 5 on the way call me and then decline after i reiterated the fact that I have no wheels and am located on the second floor. My rims are special order so I was considering buying used tires to put on just to allow for a tow. As a last resort my boyfriend called Quick Towing, and after some well expected apprehension, they accepted the job. Harun was very accommodating of my situation and was very careful with my vehicle. My car broke down on Easter night :/. I called several places either no one answered, the wait time was 3 hrs, or they were rude. Though once I called here they were helpful kind and a huge help to my boyfriend and I. I had left my purse at home but there understanding. They were quick especially on Easter .
