I live in Peoria. My car quit four miles from home at the Grocery store. T&S tells me forty minutes. Four hours later i'm told 18 minutes. This time, i'm talking to the driver and l'm not happy! He apoligises and said the owner is a dickhead and only told him about me an hour ago! Their radio system is awful, l could only hear about every third word. I will use this company always. On 2-22-25 at 2:00PM, my Mustang broke down on the way to the car show. I called T&S towing. The young lady I spoke to was very professional and knowledgeable. Let me start by saying THANK GOD FOR TRACY!! We got a flat on our boat trailer on the way to the lake (we didn't have a spare). We had left the boat on the side of the road to go get a tire iron and when we got back he was parked behind us just to make sure no one messed with it knowing someone should be back soon. He helped get the tire off and he then followed us to Firestone a couple of miles away to make sure the other tire didn't go flat while bearing all the weight. I had waited over an hour for the previous company I had called and when I called to check on my service I got a bunch of excuses and further delays. I then called T & S for a quote and they were very reasonably priced. I explained to them how long I had been waiting and they assured me their driver would be there very promptly. 20 minutes later their driver arrived. He handed me a cold bottle of water which was much appreciated. He was extremely polite and took great care when loading my truck. I wish I would have called them to begin with. We were on vacation in Wickenburg, yesterday, when our car died. It was a Saturday. The problem was specific to this Mercedes and we had to have it towed to a dealership three hours away. Triple A recommended T and S Towing - an hour from Wickenburg, but there were no closer options where we were, late on a weekend. Our vacation came to an early, abrupt end, but at least there was a bright spot - TRACY was our driver and we couldn't have asked for a more professional, competent, reassuring, kind man. It wound up being nearly a 4 hour tow, mostly in the dark, mostly through largely uninhabited countryside. Even though the hour was late, he made us feel very safe. Not only was Tracy an excellent driver, but he was utterly responsible with our SUV. He went out of his way to insure that not only was our car safe at the other end - but we were as well. This is the ONLY tow service I will use. My son (in his F150) and I (in my FJ cruiser) were both stuck in the mud on the Northeast shore of Lake Pleasant. Tommy, shows up to tow my truck (based on shop recommendation) and leads with his desire to NOT be there in the first place; making some asinine statement about having other things to do. Strike 1 - I gave him an out in our phone call about an hour earlier he said he could make it and wanted to come - btw isn't this your job? He then wants to push my truck into oncoming traffic and became irate (raising his voice and all) when I did not allow it (stopped it by stepping on the brake). Strike 2 - I'm not about to make an unsafe maneuver in a truck that is not powered on into oncoming traffic so you can shed a few minutes off your day.He then decides to tell me he is "doing me a favor" by even towing my truck (like he's not being paid for this) and decides he doesn't want to tow it and leaves.Will never use this tow company under any circumstances and advise others to do the same. read more
