I was visiting family in town and ran into an issue while traveling on the 101 in Peoria. I spoke with T&S dispatch about the issue, requested a tow, and my vehicle was picked up within the hour. I rode with the driver to where the vehicle was to be dropped - the driver was respectful, efficient and treated the vehicle with care. The value for the service was very fair. read more

I live in Peoria. My car quit four miles from home at the Grocery store. T&S tells me forty minutes. Four hours later i'm told 18 minutes. This time, i'm talking to the driver and l'm not happy! He apoligises and said the owner is a dickhead and only told him about me an hour ago! Their radio system is awful, l could only hear about every third word. It turned out that the battery was bad and they charged me $100 to jump it! Be advised: T&S is FUBAR! read more

Tracie (spelling?) was great. I felt very confident in how he handled my truck and he is a good communicator. I tried going through USAA and it was a nightmare. The dealership I needed to get my vehicle to recommend T and S and I'm very glad they did. Lady who initially took the call was solid too. Only issue was no mention of a credit card processing fee up front. Helpful if you have the opportunity to get cash in advance. I would definitely call again if needed. read more

Wow! After other companies wouldn't come, T&S did! Quick, professional, integrity. That's how to run a business! Well done.

I called T&S Towing based on a referral from Larry H Miller Dodge/Ram in Peoria. The lady answering the phone was nice, friendly and very responsive. She dispatched a driver named Tracy. He was ON-TIME (which is very rare) and also nice, friendly and patient. He took the time to explain how everything would go... I'd HIGHLY recommend T&S Towing and HIGHLY recommend asking for Tracy (he has a GA 404 cell #)... read more

I wanted to take a moment before the night concluded and give a big shout out to Tracey who really made my day better. He knows how to take care of business and I highly recommend T & S Towing. My car wasn't thrown on the bed but really well done. I'm pleased and they were up front and honest about the pricing. I can't honestly say enough about these folks. They even offered a return trip as well. I'm very thankful for these folks! A+++++ read more

It really stinks to have your car break down but with T&S Towing my experience was much less painful. From the moment the dispatcher( Jessica) picked up until Tracy(Tow Operator) dropped off it was a pleasant experience. Tracy was over the top professional and courteous. I knew my car was in good hands. And to add to that the price quoted over the phone was the price I paid which I felt was a very good deal! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND T&S towing!!! read more

Tracy was outstanding. We have a 1970 Chevelle and need our classic towed home. He was so protective of it. He walked the car and reviewed the hook ups before we towed home. This young man from Georgia has a lot of class. The best tow we've ever had and with 5 classic cars it's a lot w AAA. THANKS Tracy we got ur card for future help. Go Bulldogs read more

Let me start by saying THANK GOD FOR TRACY!! We got a flat on our boat trailer on the way to the lake (we didn't have a spare). We had left the boat on the side of the road to go get a tire iron and when we got back he was parked behind us just to make sure no one messed with it knowing someone should be back soon. He helped get the tire off and he then followed us to Firestone a couple of miles away to make sure the other tire didn't go flat while bearing all the weight. He is truly a kind person who was concerned about our safety. Top notch guy! read more

The guy made me feel better about everything due to how friendly he was! Great service, easy, and great price (2.50$/mile) I called on a saturday expecting a long wait or just them not being available but the guy arrived real quickly. Took a weight off my shoulder after getting into an accident. read more

I had to tow my car to a nearby mechanic a few weeks back, and chose T&S based on the reviews. When I called, I was told that the wait would be 2-3 hours, but the tow didn't show up for about 5 hours. It wasn't a big deal because I was home all day, just something to note. The man who towed my car was helpful. I would go with them again if I ever run into trouble! read more

Responsive, friendly, professional, easy(!) and really reasonably priced. Will absolutely use again if (unfortunately) necessary ;)

Very nice people. Incredibly, they showed up on time -- I have never seen that before. They also kept me updated during the whole process. I am for sure keeping their number in my cell phone. Great experience! Thank you Hanna & Tracey for your help. Thank you T & S Towing! read more

I scheduled a same-day late afternoon pick-up with Tommy for my girlfriend's old car to be towed 28 miles from Peoria to North Scottsdale for a trade-in. Arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was real friendly and professional at the same time. When I informed him of a mix-up of receipt at the Scottsdale car dealership, Tommy provided great details of whom he spoke with at the dealership and the specific location where the car was dropped off. After the issue was resolved, I didn't call Tommy back; but what makes this 5-stars is that Tommy called me back to ensure the towed car was taken care of at the dealership. EXCELLENT customer service. Price (specifically, cost per mile) was better than two other companies I searched. read more

Tommy is amazing! I called last minute to have my car towed to a shop and he was to my house in record time. My car is heavily modified and extremely low to the ground. The attention and care Tommy provided my car blew me away. I've had other tow companies break things on my car while loading and unloading it. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Definitely call Tommy if you're ever in need of a tow!! read more

Tommy really came through for our business on a last minute call. He showed up on time and gave us a great hourly rate. We are redoing the parking area at our storage facility and he handled each move as if it were his own boat, car, RV. We will be using T&S Towing again when we're ready to do the other half and added them to our "preferred vendor" list. I highly recommend you give him a call if you need a tow! read more

I have used this company many times, in fact they are the only company that I use. Fast, reliable and dependable service. It is unfortunate when you need a service of this type, but Tommy makes it a much more pleasurable experience! 100% across the board! Definitely recommend anyone needing a tow to call them! read more

Tom was super punctual and professional! I will recommend this company to family and friends.

Great tow company. Very friendly, fast and reasonable prices. They'll be my first call if I need another tow.

so i call aaa the other day i waited over 2hrs then these people show up i wasnt disgusted by the drivers skill professional on that part but your truck the white 650 smells like rotten ass and has two. different names on it lol then i call aaa again and and different driver comes out in a gray 650 very clean and professional. the reason for the one star is your driver in the white truck needs to be clean and filed complaint directly to aaa read more

I usually don't take the time to write a review but I was truly impressed by T & S Towing. I had waited over an hour for the previous company I had called and when I called to check on my service I got a bunch of excuses and further delays. I then called T & S for a quote and they were very reasonably priced. I explained to them how long I had been waiting and they assured me their driver would be there very promptly. 20 minutes later their driver arrived. He handed me a cold bottle of water which was much appreciated. He was extremely polite and took great care when loading my truck. I wish I would have called them to begin with. I will continue to use T & S Towing for all my towing and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Do yourself a favor and call T & S. They really know how to treat their customers right. read more

We were on vacation in Wickenburg, yesterday, when our car died. It was a Saturday. The problem was specific to this Mercedes and we had to have it towed to a dealership three hours away. Triple A recommended T and S Towing - an hour from Wickenburg, but there were no closer options where we were, late on a weekend. Our vacation came to an early, abrupt end, but at least there was a bright spot - TRACY was our driver and we couldn't have asked for a more professional, competent, reassuring, kind man. It wound up being nearly a 4 hour tow, mostly in the dark, mostly through largely uninhabited countryside. Even though the hour was late, he made us feel very safe. Not only was Tracy an excellent driver, but he was utterly responsible with our SUV. He went out of his way to insure that not only was our car safe at the other end - but we were as well. Thank you, Tracy. You were a lifesaver. We hope it wasn't too late by the time you made it home! read more

This is the ONLY tow service I will use. My son (in his F150) and I (in my FJ cruiser) were both stuck in the mud on the Northeast shore of Lake Pleasant. Called T&S and less than 1/2 hour later Tommy. (The T in T&S) shows up with his Blazer and in no time had us both out and on dry land, so to speak. Great service. Upbeat positive attitude. What more can you ask for? read more

Tommy, shows up to tow my truck (based on shop recommendation) and leads with his desire to NOT be there in the first place; making some asinine statement about having other things to do. Strike 1 - I gave him an out in our phone call about an hour earlier he said he could make it and wanted to come - btw isn't this your job? He then wants to push my truck into oncoming traffic and became irate (raising his voice and all) when I did not allow it (stopped it by stepping on the brake). Strike 2 - I'm not about to make an unsafe maneuver in a truck that is not powered on into oncoming traffic so you can shed a few minutes off your day.He then decides to tell me he is "doing me a favor" by even towing my truck (like he's not being paid for this) and decides he doesn't want to tow it and leaves. Will never use this tow company under any circumstances and advise others to do the same. read more
