After our insurance company really dropped the ball (sending a tow company from Surprise to find out that they weren't coming at all) we frantically called around and landed on Hamilton Towing who gave us a reasonable price for what we were asking to load our crippled car on a flatbed and take it to Buckeye for a tire repair. Keegan, our driver, was excellent, fit all four of us in the cab of the truck, took us to Discount and made sure they could take care of us before leaving. While I hope we (or anyone else) is never in the position we were stuck in, we'd recommend Hamilton Towing to anyone in the West Valley who needs reliable service. So I ended up stranded, alone, in a not so great area and couldn't get ahold of anyone at such a late hour for a ride. When Jon showed up not more than 20 minutes later; his demeanor was reassuring and his courteous manner put me at ease.
