It was a complete scam trying to take advantage of me as a woman and rushing with a baby who was starting to get fussy, knowing I'm going on a trip Monday so I would need it done asap and obviously want my child safe. Shady business there. And it was honestly so obvious. He wasn't even good at lying. Took my keys and left. I suggest going to Costco. They have better deals and offer the same warranties. Discount has gone downhill, every time I go in they are wanting to sell me on something. Dishonesty is not the way to keep customers.

My tire sensor kept going off so I stopped by their shop. They filled up my tires with air and the…read moresensor stopped going off but came back on two days later so I went back and they said tire pressure was ok so something must be wrong with the sensor. They looked at my tires and one of them had wires sticking out. I was visiting from California and in a hurry to get home so they put on two used tires. Halfway home I realized the tires were in poor condition and when I got back to California, my tire shop tested the tread and both tires were only at 3. I called them back and they said they only sell tires that are 5 3/4 tread, which is not true. They have a seven day warranty, but I was not going to drive back from California to Arizona to get them replaced. Although I appreciate them finding my tire that was in poor shape, I wished I had looked at the used tires more carefully before they put them on my car. I'm disappointed that they sold me tires that already need to be replaced. I told them not to do this to customers in the future. Below are pictures using the Lincoln Penny method. If the Penny barely touches the hair, it's in the red zone and needs to be replaced immediately. If the tire is in the yellow zone, it needs to be replaced soon. One was in red and one in yellow.

Apparently I wasn't the only one with that idea because the line was wrapped around the parking lot with at least 15 cars! Even with how busy they were, I was really impressed with the service. Derrick and another young man were outside working the tire fill station in the heat, trying to get everyone taken care of before closing. Derrick explained that since all four of my tires were low, it was most likely due to the storm and temperature change rather than an issue with one particular tire, which definitely gave me some peace of mind. What really stood out, though, was how incredibly kind, polite, and personable they both were. Derrick had apparently been out there doing this all day, and you honestly never would have known it from his attitude. They were hustling to keep that long line moving, but I never felt rushed or like I was just another car they needed to get through. Huge shoutout to Derrick and his coworker! Working outside in the Phoenix heat, filling tire after tire with a line that never seemed to end, and still treating customers with that much patience and kindness deserves some recognition.
