I used to bring all of my vehicles here and lately. We've had nothing but issues with this company. I paid them to mount and balance tires recently on one of our vehicle vehicles and we ended up having to bring it back because they didn't balance it. Then they charged me to balance them again, even though this was their fault. I recently just had them put another set of tires on one of our company vehicles and two out of four of the valve stems went bad and of course they wanted to charge an additional $15 for their mistake. This location's quality has went way down and we're having issues. We should not have. I would not recommend doing business with this company. read more

I came to Super Llantera Mexico because my Yukon desperately needed new tires, the ones it came with (we bought it used) were completely bald. Genaro, the owner, was there and super friendly. He set me up with 4 used tires in excellent condition for just a little more than what one new tire would've cost! I was honestly shocked, in the best way. I make the drive to Mesa to get my tires serviced bc this place really saved me one day when I happened to be in Mesa and stumbled upon this place luckily. I know nothing about cars and my tire pressure light was on and I needed to drive out to north Phoenix but wasn't going to be able to if it hadn't been for the staff here. I rolled up and even thought the place was busy, they looked at my tires and leveled out the psi's. I'm used to this kind of neighborhood speedy, personalized service in Chicago but not in AZ. They wouldn't let mw pay them anything and then helped escort me out of the smaller, packed service lot to pull onto the busy street. 10/10 to say the least. read more

would give zero stars if I could but regrettably I'm forced to give at least one. While they are fast and reasonably priced the old mantra is true, you get what you pay for. Saving a few dollars was not worth all the damage they caused to my SUV by placing their jacks in the wrong location, damaging my quarter panel and my door. Dealing with them afterwards was no more pleasant and trying to reach them by phone since now has been extremely difficult. This place is absolutely ideal. I was leaving to for work when I noticed I had a flat tire, so I tossed on the donut and took a ride over here. My tires are getting up there in mileage so I was pretty prepared just to buy a new set, but the service tech checked them out and said "Your tires are in great shape, I can sell you a set if you want but you've got plenty of time left on these - let me see if I can fix the tire." This place have saved me few times while working at night in Chandler, Tempe, and Mesa. The guys are always really friendly, so women don't be leery. They are so professional and get you right in and out quickly! The prices are right on average for a used tire. I paid $35 and they had me in and out in 10 minutes. Whenever I'm working on the east side, without fail, a couple times a year, I always get flat tires out here. I won't go anyplace else on the east side. Good guys here. Came up to see if they had any tires that might fit my Jeep as they advertise that they sell both new and used tires. First guy that came up to me didn't speak any English, which isn't a problem even though he quickly rushes me over to another worker. Now the other guy that comes up that does speak English literally within seconds (barely letting me get my question out) straight up tells me to go to Walmart because they only have new tires starting out at $115. To be honest, I feel racially profiled and will not be coming back here. Got 2 brand new tires from Big O Tires $80 a pop 55k mile warranty out the door. These gentlemen were PROFESIONAL, QUICK, and GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO plain and simple, then the PRICE was just another bonus on top. I had called the big name companies in the area and thought they were joking at the price I was quoted, even with have fleet accounts with 2 of them. My tire had popped and I needed a new one. We luckily had a donut and we were looking for a place that was opened and not too far away. Not many places were open or close by. I called this place and they quickly answered and answered my questions about a tire Change and a price. When we got there it was slightly busy but we pulled in and we were greeted. I was actually at another tire shop first and they told me I'd have to wait over an hour to have them installed. Instead, I drove to Super Tire Shop to get the front tires installed.
