I bring my vehicle to you, entrusting that you, the professional will fix and repair my vehicle so that I and the others around me are safe. You did not do that today. And yet I gave you 4,400 dollars of my money that I work for to survive and you could've killed me. What part of this do you think is ok?? Not only did you royally not inspect or review your work..you also never have in the past either. I was there a few weeks ago for an oil change you didnt even tighten the oil filter!!
