So I haven't actually taken my car to get repaired here or get new tires. But I felt that this generous act of service deserves to be recognized. I am a Jimmy John's delivery driver that had an order to Two Gringos Tires. I had 4 deliveries and I was the only driver and I arrived almost a half hour after this guy placed his order. (In case you didn't know, Jimmy Johns delivery service is known for being "freaky fast", so a half hour after the order is placed is along time.) Kash, the guy who placed the order, pointed out to my that one of my headlights was out. I told him i was aware kinda in.. a bummed tone. After he signed his receipt slip and I was getting ready to leave, he asked me if i would like him to replace my burnt out headlight. He took time out of his own working time to help me, free of charge. And to top it off, gave me his own headlight. What a nice guy! What great service and I didn't even go in to have anything fixed on my car. If he was willing to do that for me, for free, taking time out of his night, after being 20 minutes late and still gave me a nice tip, I can only imagine the kind of care he puts into the work he's getting paid for. I came here on a whim bc the place I normally go to was super busy. After reading reviews I gave this place a try. I pulled up and no long lines. Score! When you go inside there's a ringer to push to notify the guys in the back that your there. The guy came up right away. I asked if he had time to chk my tire. I had ran over a pice of metal. He took my keys and returned half hour latter saying I'm all done he's just got to ring me up. I wasn't clear what he had done so I asked if he just patched it up or if I needed a replacement. Turns out he patched up and it only cost $10. I'd say the only thing that needs improvement is communication. I will def be coming here again. read more

Told me over the phone they had two matching tires in my size for $40 ea. Drove all the way out there (40 miand they were the wrong size. Ended up getting two crappy different brand tires for the same price cause they knew I needed them bad. No apology, no deal. Skip this place. read more

Honestly this was probably the best tire buying experience of my life. In the past I've wandered around a store looking at nearly every tire until I found the right ones for my car. Here I walk in and 30 seconds later a friendly staff member was showing me several options. I didn't even have to tell him what size I was looking for. I told him what I was driving and he knew what size and showed me several different options. That's right options. I'm used to places only having one type of tire for my small car. I had a headlight light that I had been meaning to get changed. The staff noticed I had the new light sitting on my passenger seat and when I explained that I didn't have the tools to do it he offered to change it for me. This really went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Honestly I have to say it was a great choice to go here instead of one of the chain stores I've been to in the past. I will definitely recommend them to friends who need new tires. read more

Rolled up with a hole in my tire .. 1) got immediate service 2)immediate evaluation & price quote 3)given complimentary bottle of water 4)didnt get jacked or screwed around. Gave me every option available . 5)got an "almost" new tire, balanced all tires, checked all tires for air pressure accuracy 6)was in and out for less than my monthly gym membership. i will DEF recommend to anyone and everyone with tire issues. read more

I came here earlier today for 2 much needed tires and I was very pleased with my experience! I was helped immediately when I came in and the guy helping me out checked my tires and told me the price. I was in and out within 15 mins no joke!! The prices are great and I was even offered a beverage about 3 different times! (Huge kudos for that. I love simple gestures like that). Awesome customer service will be back... But hopefully not soon. :) read more

Angel and his staff are without a doubt the best local business that I've ever seen. They took care of my needs so cheaply and even went above and beyond where I know no other tire place would have done. When I had one tire replaced they checked the others and made sure to take care of my safety concerns at the most reasonable price anyone could possibly ever imagine. It was borderline charity. I will continue to go back to this place and have with punctures and they have fix them for free even on tires that I didn't buy from them. Always in and out within 10 or 15 minutes with small issues and when I had the two tires replaced I was in and out within 45 minutes no hidden fees nothing but true local business attitude and concern for their customers. read more

These are some great guys. As someone who knows cars, I usually get great deals. Here was no different. I left this tire shop happy to give them my money, even offered them lunch, that is how happy of a customer I am. Theres a reason a lot of people come here. Two Gringos Tires - Great service... I will be a regular for life they set the bar and standard very high.... - Tires Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Definitely the best place I have been to, and that's why I have returned! I purchased 2 used tires from Two Gringos about a month ago, and that experience was super amazing. Great customer service over the phone and when I arrived. They answered all of my questions and changed my tires super fast. I happened to run over a nail driving through the many construction zones in my neighborhood and had a medium leak in one of the tires I recently purchased. I called ahead to the tire shop, so they were expecting me . I was expecting to pay a few bucks to repair the tire, however the nail had other plans! It was lodged in sideways, making it impossible to save the tire. Staff showed me a new tire, but, it was way out of my price range for the time.. First of the month. I never shared this information with them, in fact, I asked if I could leave my car here for a few days and I would return with more money. Not sure what sorcery the staff did, but they came back saying they found a used tire, just my cars size, installed it, and gave it to me for FREE! I could not believe it! All they asked is for me to come back when I needed too! So I decided to tell people about my fantastic experience!! The folks working there are friendly, and helpful! The service is really affordable ( when I did make a purchase), and super fast!! read more

I live in San Diego but I came down to Mesa to visit my family. I hit a curb and it took a bite out of my 205/55R17 run flat tires for my Mini Countryman 2012. I took it there because I saw it had good ratings and it was nearby. When I got there I talked to Corey and also talked to him before I got there on the phone. He found a used tire and it was in excellent condition. He went out and took a look at my tire to make sure that I needed it changed and he said it doesn't have to if I was in town but if I'm headed back to San Diego then it would be best if I did. We waiting about 40 minutes and the one thing that would be good for the waiting room would be a better AC becaus it was baking in there. But that's tire shop anyways bit it would be nice. The wait was a little long so maybe an appointment would have been better. Overall they have free soda and water and are very nice. I would come back here again, I came out with a $46 for installation and one tire...I would come back here if I lived closer... read more

I love this place. They aren't trying to screw you over or rob you. I came in to get a flat patched up and the guy that helped me patched my tire, made sure all all my other tires were good and had proper air in them as well as checked/filled my spare AND he put my new tire on. All of that for only $10. Very friendly. I will be coming back and I would recommend to anyone. read more

I've been using Two Gringos for a whole lot of remounts, rebalances, and the occasional used tire. They are absolutely, positively the best tire shop in the area, and I'm including the big guys. I'm a stickler for things being done right, and these guys do it right, including knowing how to properly jack up a vehicle, and they tighten the lug nuts/bolts with a torque wrench in a star pattern. If you understand this, you know it's unusual, but very important. Just now I took in some wheels that they had installed some tires I sourced elsewhere (they didn't have what I needed in stock). The wheels are aftermarket chromed wheels, and already had a good number of "stick-on" weights. Well, after a month some of them fell off so my Acura got a little front end shake going. Since these were NOT the weights that TG installed, I took the car in asking them to remove all the old weights and install all new ones. 15 minutes later, the wheels are balanced perfectly (drives smooth as butter) and they refused any payment, even though I was insisting it wasn't their fault at all (and it wasn't). Hard to find really great customer service, but these guys provide it in bucketloads. I'd recommend using them for anything relating to tires on your vehicle - and I'm a cynical old coot who can find fault with almost anything! ;-) read more

Was in and out in 15 minutes and they gave me a great deal on a used tire. Totally recommend and will go back for all my future tire probs.

I came in with a shredded donut spare tire. I have purchased tires from Two Gringos quite a few times in the past. They not only had one to put on my car but did it immediately. I have had some financial difficulties and they not only got the spare on for me but did it for about nothing. I was so incredibly grateful and will definitely continue to buy my tires from Two Gringos Tires. read more

These guys have been awesome, I have been here 5 times total. I've bought new tires, had one plugged a couple of used tires and again today for another set of new tires.
