We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

During the oil change I was handed a reminder sticker stating that I needed another oil change after only 3,000 miles. How are you performing oil changes but aren't an expert? At the end of the oil change I was asked if I knew how to reset the oil change reminder in my car. The owner came out, calmly took a look, reached inside, and adjusted the panel--the problem was gone in seconds. I also showed him the paint scratches on my car, and he gently wiped them off with thinner. Just like that, my car looked clean and blue again. When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said, "I didn't do anything--no charge." I was honestly taken aback.
