Got a flat running my kid to a baseball Game. It's Christmas time so money is tight. Rolled in here and they took care of me. I know many are afraid or worried about stopping at a non big chain place for these things but I am glad I did. No waiting room. No free coffee. No big deal! Good, no very good people. And they took care of my flat super fast. And it was very cost effective. Glad I stopped. Don't. Know the guys name who helped me but he was working for a living and I really appreciate that. I

Mil Amores was recommended to me by a friend of mine. The place was right around the corner from where my aunt lives and am familiar with the area. The men that were working there were really friendly and quick to greet me when I arrived. I had a nail punctured my front left tire. One of the guys who helped me patch up my tire within 10 minutes! I tipped the man for the service and was on my way!

Michael and Alex just worked on my locksmith van AGAIN and the experience was on a completely different level than the average mechanic shop. They replaced my motor mounts, did all of the brakes, and had everything finished exceptionally fast. No delays. No runaround. No inflated invoice. Now here's the part that really matters. They tested and charged my AC and found a loose hose. Most shops would have told me I needed parts. Most shops would have padded the bill. They didn't. They fixed the loose hose properly and did not charge me for something that didn't need replacing. That kind of honesty is rare. And when you run a business with fleet vehicles like I do, honesty is everything. Their pricing was far below what most shops in the area would have charged, and the quality of work was top tier. Clean, efficient, and done right the first time. From this point forward, every one of my fleet vehicles and my personal vehicles are going to Innovative Automotive. They earned that loyalty. If you value speed, real integrity, and pricing that doesn't feel like a punch to the wallet, stop shopping around. Call them. Book the work. You are wasting money anywhere else. Innovative Automotive is the real deal.

Mike answered the phone and made my 2 pm appointment. First off, you should know that this place is a HOME. Dude runs the business from his home, and I'm sure he's certified, licensed and all that, but it was pretty awkward pulling up to a neighborhood. Once I parked on the driveway, I rang the doorbell on the front door and Mike came around the garage. I explained what the issues were and he said he would call me to let me know what needed to be done if anything. I do appreciate the fact that they thoroughly assess your vehicle and call to give you an estimate before performing any work. I was desperate to get it done because B.B. is my only ride. I don't have the luxury of switching vehicles like some people do (maybe one day again.. lol). I ended up walking home since it was literally a few blocks away and they didn't have any kind of lobby or waiting area. Mike called within a half hour to tell me he didn't hear the brakes squeaking and that they were fine. I also mentioned the oil change and when he gave me the estimate, my jaw kind of dropped to the floor. He quoted me over $200 for the oil change, air filter and cabin filters changes. I'm not auto expert, but that seemed pretty damn high. I get that I drive a V8 but daaaamn!! At that point, I didn't gaf because I had to walk in the slight rain to get it back. I wanted it done so I approved it and he got to work. He and his associate completed the work in about 45 minutes so they are quite efficient! I was satisfied with the work, but I won't be returning. I know I can do the filters myself but like I said, I was just wanting it all done in one stop. Also, to note, they are moving out to I believe East Mesa I think it was. I overheard him telling another customer as he was leaving. I'm not sure if he has overhead costs but even with the military discount I asked about, I still paid $240!!! Smh. If $120 for labor is standard for having my vehicle for under an hour, then I guess there's value in what I paid?! Oh well, it is what it is and the work was done well. Lesson learned. Damsel in distress will do research and plan accordingly for my next automotive needs.

Oh my goodness - I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received from APA total Car Care,…read morestarting from the moment Drew answered my call. When the dreaded red triangle of death appeared on my hybrid, I first called the dealer. The receptionist was clueless and wouldn't even let me speak to a service advisor at the Gilbert & Pecos location. I was told my only option was a a $98 diagnostic fee. Then I called APA and spoke with Drew. He explained that their diagnostic fee was similar, but more importantly, walked me through a few things they would try before even going that route. The diagnostic would be a last resort. That alone made a huge difference. When I dropped the car off, he offered me a ride home. I declined and stayed nearby, but the gesture stood out. When I checked back in later, they told me the issue was something super minor - and they fixed it for under $60. Had I gone with that Toyota dealer, I would have paid the diagnostic fee, and who knows what they would have charged for the remedy. Always always read reviews...The Toyota Dealer off Gilbert Road, has reviews showing concerns about repair practices & pricing. The sales side received great reviews, the repair side faces challenges. Bottom line: Drew and APA earned my trust. If I have any future car problems, I know exactly where I'm going. Can you imagine how comforting that is? In fact, within 24 hours I've already referred them to friends & family. Thanks Drew!

Dishonest Diagnosis, Disrespectful Response -- Avoid This Shop…read more APA Total Car Care has a "D-" rating with the BBB as of this review. Do you really want them working on your car? I brought my Tundra into APA Total Care Care (yes, it's misspelled on their invoices, diagnostics, media) for an A/C refrigerant leak diagnosis--something already confirmed by the Toyota dealer, who had added UV dye to help in the detection. I have no idea what they charged me for. It wasn't UV dye leak detection that's for sure. Instead of checking for dye or leaks, APA tried upselling me the exact same service (evacuate/recharge with dye) for 50% more--claiming the dye wasn't there. I later filmed the dye clearly visible under UV light myself. They also managed to cause damage while poking around. See the video. Their "inspection report" was just an automated upsell list, with no mention of the A/C issue I brought it in for (as shown on their own invoice). When I pressed the service manager for answers, he became aggressive. The owner's public reply on Google doubled down with personal attacks, called my wife and me "immature," and never addressed the video proof I shared. That response says more about their professionalism than I ever could. I challenged the owner to prove my wife and I were screaming and yelling, but you guessed it, there is no such evidence even though they have video cameras all over their lobby. I've posted video and photo evidence. If you value honesty, keep looking.

As a business owner myself, I genuinely dislike leaving negative reviews. I understand that…read morerestoration projects can run long and old cars can present unexpected challenges. But after nearly 4.5 years dealing with Bromley's Corvettes and Doug Bromley, I feel obligated to warn other Corvette owners about my experience. Doug had my 1981 Corvette for a body-off resto-mod project using components from my totaled 1979 Corvette starting in January of 2022. The car was first returned after roughly 3.5 years, and it immediately had major issues. I towed it to my detailer for a full protective film treatment and during his inspection he pointed out an obvious rock chip in the passenger door paint that had been covered up with cheap touch up paint. I spent $1000 out of pocket to have my detailers quality body shop re-paint the door. About 2 weeks later I drove the car home from my detailer. As soon as I parked the car in my garage I noticed a significant transmission fluid leak and the car had to get towed back to the shop, ultimately for another 10 months. When I finally picked it up again in March/April 2026, I smelled gasoline on the drive home. I stopped to inspect the car and found fuel actively spraying from the main fuel line. This was a serious safety hazard that could have easily resulted in an engine fire. The car had to be towed back again. What made the experience even more frustrating was the constant stream of excuses rather than accountability or solutions. Nearly every leaking hose, failed component, or malfunction was blamed on "cheap Chinese parts since COVID." I never asked Doug to use cheap parts. My response was simple: if the parts are known to be unreliable, why are they being used in customer builds in the first place? None of my other cars have these issues after repairs. The same thing happened with the Dakota Digital gauges that Doug specifically recommended I purchase. The speedometer was never calibrated correctly and currently reads approximately 15-20 MPH fast, meaning I cannot accurately determine my speed without GPS. When I raised the concern, the explanation became that "Dakota Digital gauges don't work well." Yet many respected resto-mod shops continue to use them successfully every day. At some point, repeated excuses stop being believable. The most frustrating part is that Doug already had a detailed list of unresolved items when the car was first returned. During the additional 9-10 months he had the vehicle, almost none of those issues were corrected. The car was ultimately returned to me with numerous basic functions still broken or incomplete, including: Headlights turn on but do not open Emergency brake does not work Horn does not work Wiper blades do not work Passenger window electronics do not work Passenger window hits the roof when closing unless partially rolled down Dome light missing bulb and cover Mirror controls do not work Antenna does not work Clock does not light up Subwoofer does not work T-top trim falling off Oil leak still present Dakota Digital gauges still not calibrated properly After bringing the car home, I immediately notified Doug that the speedometer issue still existed. I received no response. After spending additional time inspecting the vehicle, I sent another detailed list of unresolved issues over a week ago. That message was also ignored. What makes this especially disappointing is that I treated Doug with complete honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. At one point he accidentally under-billed me by $10,000. I voluntarily corrected the mistake and paid the additional amount owed. Unfortunately, that integrity was not reciprocated in workmanship, accountability, urgency, communication, or customer service. The issue was never simply that the project took too long. The issue was poor quality control, repeated safety-related failures, unfinished work, excuse-making, and ultimately a complete lack of follow-through after years of delays. I am now eating the expense of taking the car elsewhere to have the work corrected properly. If you value your Corvette, your time, your money, or your safety, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I sincerely hoped this project would end differently, but after nearly 4.5 years, multiple safety-related failures, unfinished work, non-stop excuses and complete lack of follow-through, I cannot recommend Bromley's Corvettes.
