I have been a customer of Rent-A-Wheel in the past with multiple fleet cars taken care of by them when Shanii was the manager many years ago. Today I went in to get a set of tires and they could not even find the price of the tires. I filled out the info online and payed my $20- to start the process and when I finally got the information on the price the tires were $160.00 more then other tire shops. The $20- does nothing, they ask a minimum of $100- deposit for tires or $200- for wheels and tires to start. Don't be miss lead from there online lies. Even the counter workers admit that the website is misleading. To add insult to injury when I mentioned what the price was on Amazon for the same tires the collections guy Miguel said I should order them from Amazon and got upset. The quote for four tires installed by them was $2,200.00 Stay away and save your money, buy your tires somewhere where they care about customer service and your hard earned money. Also I just got a quote for all four tires same brand installed for $1,200.00 out the door. This place has gone down hill over the years and all new people except for Miguel because his the collections guy for this place. RAW has lost my business for ever. And I'm calling corporate to get my $20- back because the guys there don't know what to do with a refund for that. read more

I decided not to use the rent a tire program and paid in cash for my full set, they were nice and gave me a decent deal. I wanted to keep my old tires that were still decent and they wrapped them up for me. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I placed an order online, then received a text telling me to call the store and verify. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about and told me they'd figure it out and call me back. That was Monday. I called again on Wednesday and the same person told me the same thing, they'd figure it out and call me in the morning. They didn't. Again. Friday I called the corporate number, and after some back and forth, they told me they no longer carry the tire I ordered and canceled my order! Gave this place a try. I did the 90 day same as cash. Never again! I learned my lesson. They charged so many hidden fees! And the amount I was told upfront changed when I paid them off. And I paid them off before the 90 days! Also, my tire light was on and i called and complained and they told my to unplug my battery. That didn't sound right so I took my car in and turns out they didn't switch out the sensors from my old tires. So If I would not have bought my car back in and complained the issue would have never been fixed. Plus they tried to charge me a $50 fee to do what they should have from the beginning. And I had to buy my own sensors for a additional $42. Lesson learned. read more

This is one of the only places that I'm willing to go to for tires and big wheels. I usually change the wheels once a year and they have a decent selection. One great thing between purchases is that they won't scratch the wheels when putting the rubber bands on my wheels. Recently got a set and rims and tires from here never used the alignment coupon for pep boys. Once it was found tried to use it. Pep boys said rent a tire would not pay for it anymore due to me not having a active account because I paid it off to early. But the coupon or the paper does not explain that any where. Tried to call and speak too manager and the lady was very rude and continued to say we can't do anything. Everyone at this location was pretty awesome. I went to see if I can get some rims for my 350Z and they were all very helpful. One of the Managers even went out of his way to go to another shop to pick up some rims that I was interested in. Most places will just send you to the location to pick them up yourself. They were all very friendly and even helped me out even though I was in default with a similar company before. Within an hour I was ready to go with my new set of rims.
