So far, I see everyone is really nice and even the person (Brandon) who was getting a bottle of water in front of me offered me Water as well and I'm sitting right here near their mini-refrigerator, SO THOUGHTFUL!!!! They were just really nice, seems like everyone is in good spirits. There's really not much of a waiting room, but they are highly organized and seem to take care of everyone very quickly. I had a massive chunk of my tire's sidewall ripped off from a pothole on the freeway. I stopped by here shortly after opening at 8:30 AM on a Friday and I was driving away with a new tire around 9:50 AM! And they were busy, not slammed, but I was 1 of at least 5-7 customers. Went this morning to go get my tire repaired and ended up having to buy two new tires at discount tires. When I arrived there wasn't a long wait and Clay was an outstanding discount employee. He helped me quickly. He was very transparent with everything that was going on and what was to be expected. I was quoted a wait time of 2.5 hours for my complete repair, it ended up being almost 3 hours, but having such great Customer Service there made a huge difference. Clay is a an exceptional employee for discount tires so if you're gonna go get a tire repair, get your tires checked or even just get the air checked I highly recommend this location of discount tires because they are top-notch. I had a terrible experience at Discount Tire. During a simple service visit, they snapped one of my tire bolts, and instead of taking responsibility or offering any real help, they left me to deal with the problem on my own. There was no solution, no apology, and no attempt to fix the issue they caused. Now I'm stuck with a $250 repair that shouldn't even be my problem in the first place. This is extremely unprofessional and extremely dissatisfying after just spending $1,000 for new tires. This is my second shady experience at this location and I will not be returning. Now I have to drive back to California with a broken tire bolt, which they were aware of. After owner response: "I tried to respond to the link provided by the owner but the link does not work, takes you to a fleet services login site and does not allow you to create an account. Overall, another easy experience with Discount Tire. It was that time of year and my tires needed to be replaced, along with my TPMS sensors. I was able to schedule online and get in about a week or so out and scheduled for a early afternoon drop off to pick up at the end of the day. They were quite busy, but I was assisted quickly and left my car with them to return later. Oddly, I did not get any texts, emails or calls that my car was ready, but it was getting close to their closing hours, so when my husband got home we decided to just go in. Turns out my car was ready! They didn't really have a reason on to why I didn't get any communications, but alas It was what it was. Once I got my keys and hoped in, I noticed by TPMS sensors warning light was still on, so I popped back in to make sure and confirm if it would turn off on it's own after a bit. It took another 15-20 minutes for them to reset the reading and verify, then after numerous tests they let me know it was part of the sensors and they have to be driven x amount to be recalibrated. Lo and behold they did turn off after I met the requirements for them, but between the extra time and lack of communications it was less smooth than previous experiences. That being said, still my go-to for tire needs and staff is always friendly. I will definitely be back! read more

Huge shoutout to Aaron and Tom for their quick and caring response regarding my daughter's tire, which kept leaking air and had become a real safety concern. I brought her car in this morning (6/25/25), and they diagnosed the problem right away. Turns out it just needed a patch/plug and within an hour, I was back on the road, free of charge! They cost me 208.00 dollars. Had tire rotation and balance appointment at 3232 e catus. While waiting manger came and told me 1 lug nut was cross treaded but they could get it off. If it was cross threaded, you guys did it last time. You are the only ones who do my tires, bought my fuel rims on the truck from you as well. Or did your guy bust it. Mistakes happen. After all, not certified mechanics. Been coming for over 10 years. Instead of trying to help he passed the buck. They could not fix it. Hello all, I've waited over two months to write this review so as to allow Discount Tire to make things right with me...Before Halloween I took my '01 Porsche in bc of a rear passenger flat. They kept it overnight bc I took it in at the end of the day when I discovered the problem. While in their care someone took my car for a drive I was later told. I wouldn't have been too upset except for the center cap on the tire was missing I realized when I stopped down the street at the store after picking it up. I went right back and reported the problem. They looked for the cap, told me about the ride someone took and said they would order a new cap...I went home and waited. Sometime in Nov. after a few times in to check on the progress, I was given a cap that did not fit. and told it would be reordered. Sometime after Thanksgiving I went in to check on the progress and found that the manager who had been helping me was no longer there and noone had taken up where he left off. I had to start over with the new manager, get an invoice from Porsche as to the replacement cost and wait for the claims department to contact me. Now its after Christmas and this still hasn't been resolved. How long are they going to wait to make this right? Be careful when deciding to do business here, when things go right it's all fine but when they don't they don't seem to be too concerned about fixing it. A much better place to patronize (in my opinion) is ICONIC TIRE...too bad it wasn't the closest tire store when I discovered my flat.... I will provide a follow up to this if and when it is resolved...if there is no more information...I'm still waiting. read more

Discounts are usually pretty busy, but this place is the worst. For one, the manager is extremely rude to his customers. Discount tire should do some quality control in this establishment. This is a very busy location and it seems they are a little understaffed. Once I got in and spoke with someone, it was great. Very attentive. I only had a staple in my tire and needed it repaired. Other than not being notified that my vehicle was ready ( they had it for just about 5 hours), all is well. The parking at this location is not good. They also had cones everywhere in the parking lot to redirect cars that just needed air. In my opinion, the cones caused more parking issues for just about everyone. read more

This is pretty much my go to store when I need new tires on any of my vehicles. I bought at least four or five sets of tires here. Always been pleased with the pricing. Always been pleased I can drop the car off and they notify me when it's ready to pick up. Today I had an 8:45 AM appointment for a simple tire rotation. (Tires that I bought at the store) I know it's raining outside and it's a busy morning for the store and their parking lot is flooded but I stood in line for almost 20 minutes to check in for my pre-set appointment and then was told that it would be about an hour to get me done for a simple tire rotation. I told him since I was going to the dealer for something else next week I would have them do it instead as I couldn't wait the hour. No Hey, let let me see if I can get you in immediately (to the open bay in the service area?). Just sorry we couldn't help you today. In my mind this is unacceptable. You had me down for an appointment there was a bay open as I walked out the store yet you're telling me I need to wait an hour for something so simple. Very disappointed with this morning's non-Service. You'll lose a star and a half on this one. read more

The good news is that they offered free tire repair to remove a nail from my tire. The bad news is they scarred up the wheel on my car and now I have to spend $150 to repair it. The people inside were friendly, but the tech who repaired my tire had no concern or care at all about damaging my car. I recommend any other tire repair place except Discount Tire. read more

Unfortunately it's the closest location to our home so we don't have many options when it comes to tire emergencies and that's what's kept us coming back during those rare occurrences. These guys are THE BEST! I've never seen a company own the situation more than Discount Tire. They really back their product. I get certificates with my tires and they have always covered the replacement any time I got a screw in it. The sales guys are FANTASTIC. They are honest. If you still have tread left they will tell you that. They never have to "sell you" or "upsell you". The tires and the service/support sells itself. Also, they will do quick air checks and refill the air (even if you're not a customer)! They also offer 6-months same as cash deals (not sure if you have to qualify financially or if this is for anybody?) We buy all of our tires through Discount Tire. When I called minutes after closing time I was scheduled for next day and told I could drop off my car that night so they could work on it at opening next day. When I walked in and asked if there was anyway they could fix it now they said ma'am we closed thirty minutes ago. I said well it doesn't hurt to ask and I said I would give someone a nice tip. Right around then Trevor walked up and I repeated my request and offer. To my surprise with the biggest and most joyful smile Trevor said I will fix ot right now for nothing. I was so in awe and thankful I just stood and watched this guy and his team take care of my daughters car with love and joy. He ran (literally) from me when I tried to give him a monetary thank you. Blake is the manager, Trevor is the bomb diggity tire fixer and the entire team at this location improved my day and gave me back some time. One night, a curb ran into me. () I ended up needing 2 new tires, rims and all. I tried calling around, but everyone said my tires were "specialty", and needed to be ordered. Which crushed me because I use my car for work. On a whim, I called Discount, and lo and behold, they said they had some, IN STOCK, at the business! Woohoo! Just know that if the tires are not recommended for your vehicle they won't mount then. Which to some would be totally understandable. But if your operating in aftermarket parts it's a bit of a diff world. Need a 8.5" rim to mount a 12.5" tire on it they say. The rim is spec at 8.3". .2" rim difference omg. Lol. Big O handled it just fine. Removed the same style tire after 40000 miles of towing a big ass toy hauler. And a simple replace would have been fine. I quit using them years ago as they wanted to mount two tires where they wanted versus where I wanted back home on a front wheel drive. It's my money put the shit where I ask you to. Simple. read more
