I had put in a review of the disappointment in John, and it was removed, I saw the reply and wanted to reply back, after reading it and being told I was lying that it didn't drive before you damaged the radiator support, as being asked by a "guy" why my fender was so low , attaching the oil lines to the turbo incorrectly, per your employees comment. Being in the rust repair field as I am the minimal rust is nothing, compared to the damage you have done. We have 2 I's, Intentional or Ignorance, which 1 is it ? He prides himself on being transparent about pricing and not taking anyone for a ride, like a lot of these other large shops do. He saved me over $150 from a quote I got on a new belt and on top of that told me that the other things I was quoted were not as big of a deal as the previous shop had made it seem. "WAS" a happy customer with Peoria Ford's service dept. I've used Peoria Ford for years and always took my 2011 Ford Fusion to them for all service needs. Well... my last service was terrible. (See Google Review) After a disaster with Peoria Ford's repair shop, I took my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL to this recommended Auto Repair Shop "Sundance Auto Service & Machine Shop". The shop may not look as snazzy as Peoria Ford's, but the mechanics at Sundance Auto Service and Machine Shop know their stuff. John quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem within a few hours and gave me a great price to do all the work. Apparently the "Vehicle Control Arms" needed replacement as the bushings were totally worn out. A dangerous situation if not repaired. Something the Peoria Ford service department should have noticed and informed me of. But no. Not one peep about control arms from Peoria Ford. After I gave John the go ahead, Sundance not only repaired the car perfectly, but it also only took them one day to do everything. Dropped the car off that morning and picked it up the next day before noon. And I believe the price would have been nowhere near what Peoria Ford would have charged and probably still not fix the problem. I have nothing but great things to say about this business and the owner John. To me the most important thing about a mechanic is integrity. I am willing to pay the price if it really needs the work but with John I now feel that I never have to worry about what needs to be done. Last year he worked on my Air Conditioning and original estimates were $2700-2900 for my Toyota Tundra by two places in Chandler. I was referred to John by the Golowatschs and will be a loyal customer as long as I am in AZ. Ended up $1000 less. This year I had issues pop up and I am sure some could have told me things needed to be replaced. John just charged me labor and all good now. Thanks John. read more

John the owner, is amazing! My husband and I live in Sedona Arizona and were headed to Phoenix to MD Anderson cancer clinic because my husband had just been diagnosed with 2 types of kidney cancer as well as 2 other types of bone cancer. We were at Black Canyon City when the AC turned into heat. It was horrible! My poor husband was already in enough agony. I call another auto repair person Phil Briggs here in Phoenix and he Refered me to Sundance Auto Repair in Phoenix proper. It was closed by the time I was able to call. I left a message explaining the situation. JOHN opened the shop early and got me in right away even though they were swamped. He had one of his guys drop me off at my hotel so I could rest. I needed to be back at the Hospital to pick up my Husband at 4 exactly. Given the pandemic they don't let even patients linger. John kept me posted almost every hour. They had to go pick up a part across town! He got it done with time to spare and sent an Uber to pick me up. I was absolutely blown away when I went to pay the driver, John had already paid for it! He followed up personally to make sure everything was working ok. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! He was honest about what I needed to have fixed. He could have told me anything and I would not have known the difference, but he showed me a diagram of how the AC unit works and made sure I understood. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN and his team.
