I can't say enough about these guys, I just had a great experience for my first time at their shop. Oscar and Alex helped me out big time and went above and beyond for me. Nice people but lack of attention to detail... I was driving across country coming from VA and my check engine light came on going through AZ so I stopped in after reading good reviews and a (local) friend said they did a good job on her car. I needed new catalytic converters and CO2 sensors which cost me around $3,000 but after driving 300/400 miles, I quickly learned that the wiring/tubing wasn't tucked in properly and my fan ended up splicing through, leaking radiator fluid all over my belts and engine... I pulled over immediately which saves my engine from blowing up... however it was another $1,000 repair just because they didn't finish/secure the job properly. Not happy and would not return but it's life... Make sure to look at the work before leaving any car place. read more

One of the few 5 star auto repair shops for a reason. I called in for an inspection Wednesday afternoon, took my car in Thursday morning, and got my car back Friday afternoon. A very simple and smooth process. Additionally, they offer a SNAP program that allows you to finance the cost of the repair which is extremely helpful to pay the total in increments. I've been coming here for 2 years and couldn't be happier with a mechanic. They are legitimately so honest and caring! My assistant was driving to California yesterday morning, and she needed peace of mind since she recently was told my another mechanic that she needed "all shocks and struts replaced". Alexander, Oscar, and their crew are top-notch with communication and repairs. Although I'm now a 45-minute drive from the shop, I still go there for anything my 2001 Toyota needs, including a recent oil change. My wife also tried out the shop last year and swears by them. The crazy thing about the place is the interesting clientele it attracts. While waiting in the cozy customer space, I've met politicios, restaurant owners, customers bringing in doughnuts for everyone, and Alexander himself has some great stories. I'm so thankful for Alexander's Auto Repair, they were so kind to me and helped me out of a difficult and scary situation. I was 30 minutes from home when I hit a rod on the freeway. Alexander is an HONORABLE MECHANIC! Took my car in because it was overheating on long drives. Thought there may be a leak in one of the hoses or even the radiator itself. Turns out that it was just my radiator cap that needed to be replaced. You know have an honest mechanic when you take your car in fully expecting to pay several hundred dollars for a repair and he tells you he solved the problem with a $10 radiator cap. Not only that, it was such an easy fix that he didn't even charge me for the radiator cap itself or the time it took him to diagnose it. Who does that these days?! I called in to discount tires next door and they told me they would install a new battery I had just purchased while they were repairing one of my tires. I immediately made my way to their location with a nearly dead battery- only to be informed that the person I spoke with on the phone didn't know what they were talking about. Great! Truly one of the most honest nicest group of people car repair that I have ever come across Alex was able to save me actually a few thousand dollars I got a quote on a problem with my jeep that was quoted as a $3000 fix Alex looked at it immediately said that's a bunch of crap he fixed my jeep and it was done and perfectly done this was over a year ago so no problems with the repair whatsoever and the total charge was $800 now that's being an honest human and an honest businessman Oscar was wonderful and kind as well. I have lived behind Alexander's for a few years now and I wish I had come here to auto service for my families cars. Recently I purchased tires from Discount Tire accross the parking lot for my daughter and she needed an alignment done as well. Alexander's coordinated well with DT to get my service done quickly. When the car was in the lift, Oscar showed me some suspension issues I needed to address and some he said coils be put off. I'm grateful that they fixed these items for my daughter's car. I was AMAZED at the low price and appreciate some extra things they took care of at such a low cost. Alexander communicated well with me from quote to pick up. The front office was very clean, infact the employees wore masks, used a plexi barrier at check in/out and sprayed my key clean!
