Terrible. They're supposed to be open until 6:00 PM. I arrived around 5:40 just needing a basic oil change, and they told me they were already closed for the evening. It's not like they were busy or swamped or anything. There was only one car there. If you're not going to honor the posted store hours, then just change them. People get off work and go to get their oil changed before close and then are turned away. I will never come here again. read more

Excellent service and fast. Sometimes you have to wait because they are very busy, but today we were able to drive right in and they got started right away. We were back on the road again within 35 minutes. No upselling pressure and a AAA discount made this a pleasant experience. I travel throughout the Southwest pretty often & I've been to a handful of Jiffy Lube throughout the United States (multiple times)- Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, California. My experience as a company 8/10. My experience here was a zero; horrible, horrible customer service. When I pulled up to the garage I was greeted with "what am I working on" no "hello" or "welcome in" lol and that was from the Assistant Manager; his mechanic followed suite and were just as bad (if not worse). I walked out because I didn't want to contribute to bad customer service. When I walked out the Manager yelled out "DON'T COME BACK" lol lol like I would. If you're in a pinch with time and enjoy good customer service, Take5 down the road was excellent and super helpful! read more

I've done over 40 oil changes here and I always get fantastic service and I also get super quick service unusually always out the door in 10 minutes and my car is already got 460000 miles on it. U can NOT trust just anyone, especially with your vehicles. I Came in for a Simple oil change, and all went well. Guys were detailed and looked to have done a nice job! Very pleased! $45 for the basic oil, synthetic blend is 75, and the premo full synthetic is $95. $5 for a top off of coolant. read more

I can't recommend enough to NOT ever go here. I would absolutely give zero stars if I could. My wife brought her car in for an oil change and the tech recommended that she get her tires rotated. When they were taking the tires off, the technician broke one of the lug nut studs on her car, and then proceeded to tell her that whomever worked on her car must have stripped it. Then they told her it was fine to drive without fixing that lug stud and sent her on her way. I am so glad that she happened to tell me about about it shortly afterwards, because it no way is a car save to drive with a missing or broken lug stud. If she had driven that car on her planned trip to Sedona this weekend, there is a very real possibility that this broken stud could have put pressure on all the other studs and caused them to break and her wheel could legitimately come off altogether! I immediately took it in to Camelback Subaru where I normally take her car to for service, and they found three other lugs on her car that Jiffy Lube had damaged. They told me that this is something they run into rather frequently, and replaced them for me at no charge. I feel that Jiffy Lube took advantage of my wife not having any car knowledge, and not only did they not own up to their minor mistake with a simple fix, they sent her out to drive an unsafe car that could have resulted in real damage and injury. Needless to say I will never take another vehicle to a Jiffy Lube and I can't recommend strongly enough that you don't either read more

Saw the large sign up front said 'free battery testing' so I pulled up with no one waiting and the guy came slouching out, slowly moved the cone from the bay entrance, and when I asked if he would check it for me, he said 'oh I don't have a battery tester on me' and so I stated that you guys are advertising on your sign that you do free battery testing and he just replied "yeah I don't know" and gave me a shrug. No apology or "we'll make sure to change our sign"... nothing. So frustrating when I was willing and did spend $200+ elsewhere for them to take care of me. I find it hard to believe that a Jiffy Lube doesn't have a battery tester AND would take the time to change their marquee outside to say it. I went in for an oil change about a week ago. A couple days later I noticed big oil spots in my driveway. So, I called and asked them if I could bring my car in as it has never leaked oil until after they did my oil change. They asked for my phone number and license plate number and then insisted I had never been there for an oil change and they have no record of me ever being there so there is nothing they could do. I went to my friends house so he could look at it, he went to twist off the cap and it practically fell off into his hand. They never put my oil cap back on properly, and if it had fallen off due to their carelessness I would have lost all my oil and my engine would be toast. Thanks jiffy lube for not doing your jobs correctly, almost ruining my car, and refusing responsibility! Took my daughter's new vehicle in for it's first ever oil change. The next day the tire pressure light came on because they didn't check the tire pressure, even though they indicated on their paperwork that they had. First red flag. (When I brought it back the employees were clearly upset with the new employee that serviced my car the day before) Then when she went for her second oil change she was told by another Jiffy Lube that the last Jiffy Lube (this location) had damaged her oil plug and it would need to be extracted. They couldn't perform the oil change and gave her the number of a mechanic. I then took it to the Subaru dealership to get the plug extracted and the oil changed. The dealership informed me that the oil pan was beginning to crack near the oil plug because of the mishandling at Jiffy Lube. They recommended replacing it to the tune of $500. This one initial oil change on the vehicle will end up costing me for an entire new oil pan!! When I spoke to Russ, the franchise manager, he had no intention of rectifying this. He was combative and rude and took advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars/oil changes. He said essentially according to his report they did it correctly which is a total joke because they also said they checked everything on the vehicle when I had to bring it back the very next day! This is a rare instance when the liability is traceable back to THEM because NO ONE ELSE had touched the cars oil!!!Why would I want this hassle? Why would I make this up? Why would another Jiffy Lube make this up? Think about that. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Read the other reviews, I wish I had! My vehicle is now totaled. From other reviews I have read not only on this site others, this location has done this to others before. I am sitting at the Jiffy Lube, past closing hours mind you, getting my radiator hose replaced. I called Richard, the manager, in a panic from the Safeway down the street with smoke coming out of my hood like gangbusters. He said he closed in 2 minutes but would wait for me. Additionally he called Checker and ordered the hose I needed for me, and advised I dump a gallon of water in the radiator and put a piece of duct tape over the hole in the hose (both available at Safeway). I made it to checker for the part and pulled into the Jiffy Lube just as the car began smoking again. He set me up and changed the hose, all after hours and in the name of customer service. 'nough said. I would recommend this location to anyone, as it will here foreto become my 'go-to' Jiffy Lube. Thanks Richard! read more

Great experience here today, these gentlemen made my morning by being friendly, fast & providing great service! I came in needing a regular oil change & air added to my tires. My oil was changed in under 20 minutes, tires filled, car vacuumed & exterior wiped! They're friendliness really added to experience & their free coffee was actually pretty good! I usually would go to the jiffy lube on 12th st & northern but this one is much closer to my home & they provided great service! I checked out this location based on the one review I read. I showed up and there was nobody in line, so it was helped right away by a very nice woman (forgot her name). She got my information and since I used their Chandler location, I was already in the system. Richard (who was mentioned in the previous review) came to talk to me about some services that were needed, but not pressing. I was happy that he wasn't a pushy salesman like most places. I got some new windshield wipers on top of my oil change along with a filter. i was out the door with about $70. I was happy. I appreciate their honesty and their timing was perfect. I was there probably about 20min max. Would definitely go here again!! read more

Update: I'm dropping my amount of stars for This place. The last time I came I received wonderful customer service. I was told by the gentleman who did my oil change that I could come in an unlimited amount of times in between my changes for "top offs". He told me he set me for 5000 miles and even said "if you're only coming in once for top offs - up it to 3x". So I'm here for my second top off between changes and the assistant manager is telling me I need a complete change. I explained that I was told to come as many times as needed in between and he said that would be "taking advantage" of it. I had to explain to him that it was HIS employee that told me this. Always trying to make a dollar I guess. I had high hopes that these guys weren't like that. read more

As far as Jiffy Lubes go, you're always waiting for them to upsell you on something you might not need. This was the first time that didn't happen. They did tell me a few things that I needed to do but things I could do cheaper on my own, like replacing wiper blades and I was missing my power steering cap (which I know I forgot to put back on last time I filled it). But they didn't even try for a new air filter, which was new but I was waiting for them to go for it. On top of that, their demeanor and customer service was great! Took my vehicle there yesterday for an oil change. Engine started making noise about an hour after I was there, had a friend check the engine and there is hardly any oil. So basically they drained my oil and put none in. I paid for full oil service, and even was charged more because my tank takes extra. I'm lucky that I caught it and didn't blow my engine. I have never before had an issue with my truck leaking oil...until visiting Jiffy Lube. I've been back to get them to fix the issue and the same leak still exists. I was worried about visiting a Jiffy Lube to begin with...this just confirms my earlier skepticism. Spend a couple more bucks and take your vehicle to the dealer for service. My time is valuable and it's not worth having to take the time out of my days to continue to go back to have their problem addressed. Never again! read more

While the service was good, in an out fairly quick ... but the price was not acceptable. An oil change and air filter costs me $110+. That is too expensive for a simple oil change. I wish I would have taken it to me normal mechanic which would have costs me $50 or less. I won't be back. Update 2/5/14: I went to honda for a new oil change - it was $32.00 for the exact same service. Lesson learned - don't go to Jiffy Lube. Just go to the dealer, let them try to sell me on $900 worth of service, decline, and walk away with a $32 oil change. read more

This Jiffy Lube is exceptional! I have been coming here for years and have noticed it is more popular than it used to be--the word must be out that this is a good, reliable place. Despite being busy, they always make time for my car, do a great job, and finish quickly. The manager is exceptionally friendly and the staff go the extra mile to check on my car's health and tidy up the little things that I don't have time or know-how to worry about. Just left here from getting an oil change. Not only were they too lazy to rotate my tires (asked me to take my business somewhere else) but they claimed to have put air in my tires and didn't. If your business practice is to say you did something and didn't, and also to encourage people to get their tires rotated elsewhere because you don't want to do them, then you should be out of business.
