Never have I ever been in and out so quickly for an oil change! The office was clean and inviting. The staff was busy but polite and got in to help me asap. My oil change was a fair price and definitely less than I had been paying at the dealership! My hatch is broken on my Subaru. Horrible Service! I received an oil change for my car 5/24. was later told that my head gasket was broken due to negligence when changing from previous oil change 6/24. This was explained to me by two mechanics! I stopped by the business to explain what I had been told and was advise the owner would call me. He gave me a call and refuse to take any responsibility. Ironically he offered to the other mechanics who advised this as "mom and pop places " as if he was anything more. He yelled and was very aggressive. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! It definitely was a huge inconvenience but the way the husband and wife spoke to myself and partner was uncalled for and completely unacceptable, unprofessional! read more

Not sure of what I feel the rating is. I usually stick with who I'm comfortable with, but as it happened, I couldn't get in with my regular guy. I'm going out of town and don't want to worry about my car when I get back. So. I call around, and these guys seem pretty friendly on the phone. The quote $70 for synthetic oil change. COOL. I show up and see the Valvoline sign and ask if that's what they use. Dennis says yes. And tells me the price is ....$80. I say ok, as long as I get it at the $10 yelp checkin discount. Which wld be $70. He says that's right, and again..I'm cool with that. I'm trying to save money. I'll be doggone if I didn't just walk out feeling bamboozled into paying $86.69!! Valvoline is a $15 upcharge! Their price for THAT oil change is $89.99! So all in all, I only saved $4. Nice guys, but I don't think I'll be back. ************UPDATE *********UPDATE************* Dennis called me immediately and wanted to make this situation right. Unfortunately I couldn't respond as I was at work, then afterwards had to immediately catch a flight. Fast forward to a week and a half later...I finally was able to respond, called Dennis, and he reassured me that it was a mistake and wanted to not only correct the situation, but also make sure I was pleased with the outcome. TOP NOTCH response!!! I went in today, Dennis greeted me by name and made me want to come back, due to his professional handling of this issue. The front desk lady acted as if she either hated her job or hated that I had interrupted her day. Either way, it was a very uncomfortable and extremely unfriendly interaction. I found this place by accident while driving on Scottsdale road. I stopped by this small place which have the manager greets you upon entry with a smile. Very friendly staff and welcoming, he recommended the full synthetic for my car and had it ready in 20 minutes.
