Derek was a big help explaining the issues and he provided an extensive report I was able to show the warranty company. Bought another used car this week and took it in to Christian Brothers for a pre-purchase inspection. Fortunately, this one was in fantastic shape and needed no repairs. The honesty, communication, and quick service were exceptional. Online scheduling and after hours dropoff were a breeze. He said I was the first person in 5 years that had asked for prices to be matched from another nearby mechanic shop. He even said that the prices that they quoted me, that I should go to the other shop instead, was a $60 difference by the way. Was also told by Ken that I wasn't a good customer because I had only done one oil service with them in a year and a half. Will never give Crawford's my business and they're just another auto shop that's dishonest and takes advantage of their customers. Hard to find integrity these days!!

I decided to go here for $150, which was the cheapest but not out of line. My husband called to make the appointment and he was quoted the same price. We showed up and were told it has to be $250 because the truck is diesel. We both specifically said it was diesel when we called. So this seems to be a bait and switch. I can pay that price to get it done at the dealership- so why would I come here? Needless to say we have taken the truck somewhere else.

What was supposed to be 40-50 minutes ended up taking an hour and a half and despite the car being aligned it still favors the right side.

The Cons are basically what every negative review has touched upon, their pricing. Except for a few common things like oil changes, they rarely do bundle pricing for labor and parts. Instead, they write estimates on most operations like they're a dealership shop, including mechanical labor rates which are of course well over $100 an hour. I had an oil change and got a tune-up (new spark plugs) and it costs $900+. There's nothing necessarily wrong with that way of writing estimates, it's just very expensive for the consumer. They need bundle pricing so things are cheaper for the consumer. Overall, they are reliable and trustworthy mechanic shop. They just aren't the most value-priced mechanic in town.

I witnessed him use GD, F, MF, and even called someone a Dick, while checking in a female customer. This was around 1 pm on March 7th 2026. He was VERY rude when I declined to have my cabin air filter replaced. After he hung up the phone he called the people MF's, and was so intimidating and hateful, my stomach was in knots and I felt like I was go to vomit. They also left the cover of my cabin filter laying on the dash. To start with, I only asked for an oil change and NEVER asked them to do anything other than that. They weren't authorized to take my cabin filter apart. What should have been a 20-39 minute oil change, ended up taking an hour and 40 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I watched from the lobby, and they didn't check air in tires, or brakes, or serpentine belt, however they said I needed an alignment, brakes, and a belt. My tires were just rotated 5 days prior, and are new as of 3 months ago, and they said they saw extreme tire wear, so alignment was bad. Also stated my belt was cracked and coming apart. Not true. Also brakes were replaced in December and they reported only 5-7% left on them. These people are scammers and thieves!!! Liars!
