10 minutes for an oil change you don't have to get out of your car. What more could you ask for?

I had a great experience with this mobile mechanic. He came out to me and replaced my A/C…read morecompressor, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

I am giving two stars because of the only positives: they scheduled my inspection within a few days…read moreof calling and Justin, the technician that arrived, was very nice. However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

What a shame!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!If I could give a -10 I would. I had them out to do a…read moreradiator replacement and they did a good job so I had them back on a Dodge P/U that was having a misfire issue. He spent about 2 hrs not able to diagnose. He was stating things that had never happened to the vehicle previously. Tried to blame the wrong brand of spark plugs for the misfire. Did an unauthorized procedure and after that he informed me that there was a bad pedal sensor. There was never a problem with it before and no code suggesting he perform anything to do with that part. His explanation was well it must have been going out and it happened to when I was working on it. This part has nothing to do with the issue he was called out for and no reason for it to be tested/worked on. Upon him informing that it was broke and "I" would have to fix it. The vehicle was in the middle of my driveway could not even drive it to where it would be out of the way. When I brought up that it was not an issue before he started on it he and his wife , which sits in the car the whole time while he is doing the repair, argued with me saying that it was not their fault, they could give me the part numbers so I could fix, etc... Having researched the issue I knew the sequence and the testing that needed done to diagnose. When questioned on why he performed the unauthorized procedure before following the steps that even he outlined he had no answer and relied on his wife to jump in and talk for him. Not once did they offer replacing the part they obviously broke even at cost for the part and a discounted labor rate. At that point had they done that due to the vehicle being inoperable in my driveway I would have done it so we could get the vehicle back to where it was when they started and move forward to get to the real reason he was called out. Nothing, no "we can fix it at this price for this cos". NOTHING!!! The only thing they were offering was a discount on the diagnostic fee. Not paying a diagnostic fee when they broke a part that had nothing to do with the reason they were called out. This company does not know customer service, does not know how to handle a situation where they are at fault to come to a positive resolution for their customer. Only, "if you are not going to pay our fee we will see you in court". I obtained the bill from them and they wanted to charge a travel fee which was never discussed on this repair nor in their ad, and not charged on the first repair. Tried to bill for 3.5 hrs/$75hr and a $25 travel fee coming to $287.50. He was there 2.5 hrs. to put into context he installed a radiator on a Corvette and charged $215 and no travel fee. They were content to leave my vehicle inoperable with an issue of their doing, original issue not diagnosed and no solution to move forward to get the vehicle running. The vehicle was left in my driveway inoperable. BUYER BEWARE!! They do not provide you with a phone number at anytime other than for Zelle purposes. No mailing address on the invoice. Say they are insured but did not produce any documentation. Not ACS certified. As stated WHAT A SHAME!! Tried to give a young man a chance because I was there once and got left with an truck that was driving and just running rough to an undriveable vehicle that looks like around a $500 repair. STAY AWAY FROM GREASE HUNTER!!!
