My car was due for an oil change and I decided to bring here to Stinky's. Got there early when they opened and were welcomed by the mechanics quickly. Got my air/ cabin filters along with transmission oil change. The mechanic, Jimmy was communicative about what he noticed and if I wanted the service. He also mentioned my battery was not starting so he for that ordered for me too. The battery price was a bit more than what I was used to at Costco, but overall glad he was able to get me in and out safely especially on knowing cars can be tricky and didn't want to be caught calling a tow truck. My dodge charger oil change that was done in 10 mins was $65-The price was definitely better price than say other businesses that offer 5 min oil changes but charge over $100 for cheap oil that's probably not the best for your car ‍. I had an air filter in the trunk and they offered and changed my air filter for no additional cost. Nice comfortable waiting area with restrooms. She was so attentive and listened to my situation and offered to pay for the coolant next time I came in. Put wrong kind of oil in my SUV. it requires 5w-30 but they put in 0w-20. i caught it pn the invoice they were drafting up and the lady could not remember what oil was actually put in my car but said it was a misinput on the computer. It says it on the cap, If it was somebody who doesn't know jack about cars they would drive off and destroy their engine and it would be this places fault. If zero stars was an option that would be the one I would pick. They did an oil change on my car Friday and it was down a quart of oil Saturday morning. Took it back and Ricky the manager treated me like I was stupid, maybe because I'm a woman. I am not stupid. I know rhe difference between oil and coolant. He tried to tell me it was a coolant leak, not oil. I had no leaks before I came in. He begrudgingly replaced the drain plug and said it was all set. This morning the car is leaking more oil than it was yesterday! We had been regular customers but our whole experience this visit was terrible. They were rude when I went in on Friday and even worse when I went back Saturday. I will tell everyone to stay away from here. read more
