My dodge charger oil change that was done in 10 mins was $65-The price was definitely better price than say other businesses that offer 5 min oil changes but charge over $100 for cheap oil that's probably not the best for your car ‍. I had an air filter in the trunk and they offered and changed my air filter for no additional cost. Nice comfortable waiting area with restrooms. I always go to this location since I live in Tempe, Anthony is awesome and always informative and knowledgeable when it comes to my bmw. I feel like I'm in good hands whenever I get an oil change. This location is charges a bit more but I still come here because of anthonys customer service and honesty. I had an issue with being topped off on my fluids last time I got an oil change. I had to go to O'Reillys and buy coolant. I was really bummed so I called Stinky's and spoke to Cory. She was so attentive and listened to my situation and offered to pay for the coolant next time I came in. Like I said before, this is why I love this location and they are way better than any jiffy lube or valvoline, the customer service is on point and genuine! Put wrong kind of oil in my SUV. it requires 5w-30 but they put in 0w-20. i caught it pn the invoice they were drafting up and the lady could not remember what oil was actually put in my car but said it was a misinput on the computer. It says it on the cap, If it was somebody who doesn't know jack about cars they would drive off and destroy their engine and it would be this places fault. They Re-drained/Re-filled but said the best discount they could give is 15% off the $135 plus oil change. This is what I get for not changing my own oil for once. read more

If zero stars was an option that would be the one I would pick. They did an oil change on my car Friday and it was down a quart of oil Saturday morning. Took it back and Ricky the manager treated me like I was stupid, maybe because I'm a woman. I am not stupid. I know rhe difference between oil and coolant. He tried to tell me it was a coolant leak, not oil. I had no leaks before I came in. He begrudgingly replaced the drain plug and said it was all set. This morning the car is leaking more oil than it was yesterday! We had been regular customers but our whole experience this visit was terrible. They were rude when I went in on Friday and even worse when I went back Saturday. I will tell everyone to stay away from here. read more

They didn't have a wait time and helped me to look up my car to deter which oil I needed. Once I got there, I waited no more 10 minutes for them to change my oil. They didn't pressure me to purchase anything extra either. When it was time to pay, they handed me my receipt AND a fresh, long-stem flower!! I was so caught off guard.. it was such a friendly and unique gesture. They had a big vase full of flowers to hand out to customers. I truly wasn't expecting it, but it really made my day. Went in for an oil change, service went fine, but I'm missing the change tray from my center console that held about 5 bucks in loose change, a little pocket knife, and some post it notes. They took the tray too, I'll have to replace that. Can't swear it happened there, I didn't check for it immediately before and after service, but that's more coincidence than I'm willing to risk. I work from home my wife is retired, my cars rarely leave home, and if it happened somewhere else, they'd likely have taken the time to find other more valuable items in my car that weren't taken in the glovebox and back. Whoever took it didn't want to spend time to properly case the car, opportunity theft. Again, can't swear they did it, but will never go back. Too bad, 2 cars just out of warranty that won't go to the dealer anymore and stinkys was close and quick, but I'm not taking cars anywhere that I have to remove loose change from first. No reason to open my center console at all either. Disappointed and angry, now I have to find a new place for oil changes again. read more

We've been patrons here for the last three years or so and our experience has definitely changed from a 5-star type of feeling to where we are with this review today. Today was likely our last time using this as we drive 15 minutes or so to this location but it's certainly not worth the extra effort anymore. A few thoughts: we haven't seen the owner the last 3 or 4 visits (maybe ownership has changed) but he was one of the main reasons for coming here despite the distance. Like everywhere, the prices are going up so that didn't factor much in the review. The employees have begun upselling more than they ever did in the past (another reason we liked the place previously). The service is average at best. For example, today our car was finished and pulled out of the bays for over five minutes before anyone came inside so we could pay and leave. It's a detail that would have never been overlooked in the past. We wish them the best going forward but we'll take our business somewhere closer to home.
