I go to this location and wait over 15 min straight with 3-4 employees goofing off. I ask for help since I am a customer and I am ignored. So I leave tire still blow out driving on a rim. I call this location from my car and the same women flirting and joking with her male employees answers the phone laughing like I called a sorority. I ask for the manager. He answers I try to explain the situation and ask to get my tire fixed and let him k ow what just happened, and he goes bonkers. So I ask for the manager, his manager, said he is the manager. Before I took the car into the body shop I decided to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube and in the process of raising the hood, the warped hinges of the hood caused damage to the body of the vehicle. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until after. I had left the service station for the oil change. I contacted management and shared photos and brought the vehicle in to be inspected at which point I was told that the damage was pre-existing and Jiffy Lube would do nothing about it.
