Car went through the wash system just fine and was met by a couple of people who went right to work with drying. They weren't particularly busy so that was nice! I've experienced high pressure to purchase the membership or the more costly wash and this time I started by saying what wash I wanted and when asked about the membership, told him no that I wasn't interested. He said I was the first person in 5 years that had asked for prices to be matched from another nearby mechanic shop. He even said that the prices that they quoted me, that I should go to the other shop instead, was a $60 difference by the way. Was also told by Ken that I wasn't a good customer because I had only done one oil service with them in a year and a half. Will never give Crawford's my business and they're just another auto shop that's dishonest and takes advantage of their customers. Hard to find integrity these days!!

Before I took the car into the body shop I decided to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube and in the process of raising the hood, the warped hinges of the hood caused damage to the body of the vehicle. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until after. I had left the service station for the oil change. I contacted management and shared photos and brought the vehicle in to be inspected at which point I was told that the damage was pre-existing and Jiffy Lube would do nothing about it. The only thing is, the damage was not pre-existing and now it's on me to repair.

The ladies cleaning the car did an excellent job, and I was able to quickly grab a coupon from their website via text, which made everything feel really convenient. The only downside was that the physical location felt a little worn down, and I was weirdly sad that the classic fountain I remembered wasn't running. But honestly, I can live without it. I've been sold some buy 4 get 5 hand wash deal 2 or 3 times now with now issues. I drive up, give…read morethe person my ticket and they take the car away for a hand wash. Today I do the same thing, walk into the waiting room and I see my car go through the car wash machine instead. I tell the guy that's a mistake, my car cannot go through the machine because it has a matte wrap. He was apologetic but what I assume was his lead or supervisor did was start blaming me saying I am supposed to tell them it needs to be a hand wash and the ticket is just for their deluxe detailing. Problems I have: it has to be double digit washes I've done with these tickets I never had to specify hand wash, I was not told I was sold deluxe interior tickets so that's deceptive selling, blaming the customer is not the move, the wash was absolute garbage, ESPECIALLY THE INTERIOR that my ticket is supposed to be for a deluxe cleaning. I'm attaching pictures but a lot of them don't do the pathetic work justice. I will not be returning and I advise caution purchasing any coupon deals.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sun Devil Auto…read more I went in with a Groupon for a synthetic oil change, but I later found out I was given a conventional oil change instead. To make matters worse, I was charged full price for a synthetic oil change because they didn't want to redo the transaction. They simply told me to use the Groupon next time. About 600 miles later, my husband changed my oil and immediately noticed it wasn't synthetic because it already looked like it was near the end of its life. That's when we realized I hadn't received the service I paid for. Shortly after my oil change, my car started making a strange noise, so I brought it back for a diagnostic. Without taking the time to ask questions or look into common maintenance issues, I was told I needed a new transmission and was quoted nearly $10,000. After doing more research, we found that my vehicle has a CVT transmission, and in Arizona's extreme heat these transmissions commonly need the transmission fluid changed every 30,000 miles. That's all my car needed. I went to Sun Devil Auto because my husband had recommended them and trusted they would take care of me. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. I can no longer recommend Sun Devil Auto, and neither my husband nor I will be returning.
