Went to Cobblestone today and had a really easy, stress-free experience. They greeted me right away and didn't push hard on upsells, which I appreciated. They just let me choose the wash level I wanted and kept things simple. My kid absolutely loved the water shooter guns and getting to spray the cars with soap while we waited. They also had free popcorn and coffee, which was such a nice touch. Since the weather was beautiful, we sat outside and relaxed while the car was finished. The ladies cleaning the car did an excellent job, and I was able to quickly grab a coupon from their website via text, which made everything feel really convenient. The only downside was that the physical location felt a little worn down, and I was weirdly sad that the classic fountain I remembered wasn't running. But honestly, I can live without it. I stopped in to wash my car and realized my tire was low. So I asked one of the wash employees if I could use their air compressor for filling up tires. He said yes, there was one in the shop. I went to the shop and looked all over, but there was no staff there. I waited for a few minutes and there was still no one around. I was in a hurry and The bay doors were open and I could see the air hose right there So I grabbed it to fill up a tire, but I accidentally filled it too full. I was in the process of letting air out when the so-called manager from the shop came over and said I got this. I got this. Before I could even explain to him that I was trying to let Air out, he grabbed the air hose from my hand and was about to add Air. I held my hands in front of the tire so he wouldn't do that and touched him in an effort to stop him from putting more air in. He proceeded to lecture me on how I shouldn't touch anybody and how when someone says "I got this" it means I got this. He was a total prick and extremely disrespectful and would not leave it alone. I only wanted Air and nothing more, but it was one of the worst experiences ever. He said I should've not grabbed the hose, and I explained to him that he was not around and clearly hiding somewhere. He continued to berate me and treat me extremely disrespectfully. Yes I was disrespectful back because that's what he deserved. You don't treat a customer the way he treated me. I'm 60 years old a retired cop and don't need to be treated that way by anyone. He said Edward Brown was his boss, but I'm sure he was not being truthful. I had a really disappointing experience at Cobblestone Auto Spa. I brought my car in for a simple cleanup--it honestly wasn't even that dirty. All it needed was a basic wash and a very light vacuum. I paid $40 expecting at least a decent interior touch-up, especially since they said they would wipe down and vacuum the inside. Instead, my car was just run through the wash. No wipe down, no vacuum, and no attention to the interior at all. For that price, I expected at least the bare minimum of what was promised. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I left feeling like they didn't care about the quality of service at all. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

A nice day to start had to be colored bad by rude service at a place we were trying to give money too. Drive up to this location for a full service car wash, cashier Price was friendly and when he wrote our ticket instructed us to go inside to pay as we wait for our car. Inside there was no cashier for about 8 minutes. Went back out to check in area and asked where to pay the cashier. Isaac said " let me call someone on the radio to come up and help you" I saw other people paying at P.O.S. terminals at the checkin area and asked if I could just do that? Isaac said 'If you want " I just asked why they didn't offer that to me in the first place and he seems to get mad and said " Sir, sometimes we get busy" understandable and logical but why then make us go through even more steps, increasing the time necessary for us to just check out and leave if busyness was a factor? And why did it upset Isaac so much that I was simply trying to pay instead of driving off without paying? Won't come back to this location even though we live nearby. read more

We brought our EXTREMELY filthy car for a wash...had a $5 off coupon and purchased the Ultimate wash. As typical they always try to upsell and in our case he tried really hard to sell a detail cleaning...interested but budget can't afford the cost right now. Considering how much dog fur we had in the back seat, they did an excellent job. Also asked if they could vacuum the grate at the top of our hood and he said no problem and sucked up all of the leaves and pine needles. We left a generous tip because of their hard work. The facility and the overall service is good, but with just about any Car wash service, they never "get it right"... I stay aware from the one stop shop items (oil changes, transmission, etc) and only focus on getting the car clean. I know it's challenging when we talk about "what a clean car should be", and that's because we all got some type of OCD around what the word "Clean". For me, it's no excessive or hidden water. I hate streaks of water running down the side of the car or some place else all because it wasn't dried correctly. The compressed air nozzle was a game changer many moons ago and should make it easy. I see it getting used, I hear it getting used, yet when I'm done, I still drive into the self service bay, grab a blue cloth and the compressor to get all the excess water from my gas tank, side door trims, my side mirrors, & from the trunk.... In short, Drying is key!!! read more

This place is not that good. When you drive your vehicle in, they basically care and try to sell you on 2 things: 1) Make you a member for a monthly fee (unlimited), and 2) Run up your bill by adding extra services. I used to go frequently, but their service has degraded. Last time I went on Feb 27 (Friday morning) and informed the attendant that I was not happy within the cleanliness of my last service on my other car 2 days prior. His answer "we cannot guarantee...). Really???? Paying you $40 for an ultimate car wash does not guarantee I will get back a clean car??? Then he tried to add a "bug removal" service for $10. I told him "I am the customer, he should not be arguing with me and trying to sell me additional things, but instead asking what he can do for me". He kept arguing with me anyway. They broke my side mirror on my new vehicle and won't pay for the damage. Initially the mgr said they got a new brush and it wasn't aligned right so it broke a couple of cars mirrors and stuff. Despite admitting the problem, they have been giving me the run-around for months. Finally they said they would pay for damages, but then the check didn't fully cover it, and an 8 page release of liability was to be signed that even released responsibility for any future damage to my car! Now they are just not communicating. The next step is arriving with the police to make a report and get insurance information. If that fails for any reason it will be handled in court. Sheesh, what's a guy to do to be treated fairly by a company that doesn't even wash my car very well? How is Cobblestone (Spotless Brands) still in business? My boyfriends job made their Cobblestone car wash sites into haunted car wash tunnels . This was a fun and a great family experience. Me and the kids loved it and will be back next year if they decide to do this again. New family yearly event may be in the making. Ha! Side note.. I took my vehicle there today to get it washed, and they didn't even wipe the inside of the car. They weren't even busy. The door jams were not wiped down, which they never seem to wipe down. My finance also had to tell them to wipe the back of the car as well. I could understand if they very busy, but finishing up with the only car there when mine came out from being washed is ridiculous. I was very disappointed with my service today. Why pay for a service when you get a half ass job. Especially when it wasn't even busy. I believe we were in and out of there in 15- 20 minutes. That included the car wash. I pay for a membership for 3 vehicles and to not get have the inside cleaned is very disappointing. I am tempted to cancel my membership and go somewhere else. read more

I had a great experience at Cobblestone! Yes they upsold me, but what I truly appreciated is that they upsold me on something I actually did need. I purchased the interior carpet shampoo detail & then added the interior doors detailing. This also included a wash. Jeremy did a phenomenal job. My car was definitely gross. I have a corgi & a toddler. Jeremy also deep cleaned the seats at no additional cost. It was superior service & definitely worth the cost. read more

I've only used their self service express car wash and have been pretty satisfied overall. Prices are fair for what you get. Usually when I pull in to any Cobblestone to pay, some employee magically appears seemingly out of nowhere to try to sell me a monthly unlimited pass. Lemme tell you, based on my experiences at another location I will pass on those since it can be an enormous PIA to get your monthly plan canceled should you change your mind. Anyways, it's easy to pull up to the wash area and there's an employee that sprays the windshield of your car before you enter. There are plenty of self service vacuums available with towels for wiping off any other spots your car might need. Vacuum pressure is good and it's easy to get my interior clean-ish. With all the pet hair, playground sand and pet hay in my car, I'd probably have to hire a detailer to make my car spotlessly clean so until I decide to splurge on that, I'm good with using the self service from here. read more

I have been to a few cobblestones but never experienced the lack of detail that this one has. Usually I clean my car myself but I'm pregnant and cannot currently clean it. I paid for the middle tier wash for my car that is only a month old. When I got back in the car, it doesn't look like anything on the interior was even cleaned. The cup holders have streaks down them from condensation and it easily came off so they must have never even wiped them. The dash still has dust on it, glovebox still has fingerprint marks on it and all controls were not cleaned. Lastly, while they did clean the inside of my windshield it wasn't with glass cleaner so as soon as I pulled out into the sun I couldn't even see through my windshield. I won't be going here again as it's definitely a waste of money. read more

It is amazing to go through a car wash and mind you my car was not terribly dirty some mud spots from the rain recently but overall not that dirty. Go through and buy the platinum and come out with the mud splatters from my tires still there and dirty all along the rear end of my car which is often when I go through cobblestone but I came for the free vacuums and decided I should just get my car washed and I am pretty bummed to pay $22 for platinum when I pay $30 for an amazing hand wash service instead. I want so badly to get an unlimited pass for the convenience but I think it would be wild if I had to loop around 2-3 times each time to get a solid wash. Eh not great. $31 service and the car was still not clean on the inside. I had a $10 voucher from BMW so I gave it a shot. It was super fast- but the interior isn't clean. I also tipped $7. At approximately 12pm on 10/06/2024, I went to wash my truck (2021 Ram 1500) using my fast pass that I have had for a number of years - I have the better option where I pay just over $30 a month. After all my years of being a loyal & respectful customer, I have never had such a negative experience as I did today at the location: 9969 S Priest Dr Tempe, AZ 85284. When I went to scan my fast pass (that is located on my door) - an older male by the name of "Jose" (I believe the last name start with the letter "A") came marching to my window very aggressively saying that I will not be getting a wash today. He failed to let me know the reason at the beginning and this came to me as a complete shock. After moments of him exchanging very degrading and disrespectful words - he kept yelling "Loose Ticket, Loose Ticket, Loose Ticket". I was trying to understand what that exactly meant. He did not give me a chance to even speak as I was trying to remain respectful and deescalate this situation. I then asked if there is a number to call or someone that I can speak with that would be able to help me understand what exactly the issue is. He said that he was the only one that I can speak with that kept pointing at me to leave in a very hostile manner. After that situation, I drove around to see if I can speak with someone inside. The lady at the front counter was very understanding and stated that she does not know why Jose's reaction was the way it was. I waited around for the General Manager; however, he never came out to speak with me. I did not have all day to wait so I walked out of there without getting the chance to discuss my experience and the aggressiveness that was completely uncalled for. All of my friends and family have Cobblestone's fast pass - I am looking now to cancel my membership and will be looking into alternate car wash's. I left Cobblestone today with a terrible taste in my mouth as I was completely dehumanized. I truly feel like I was attacked for no reason at all. Even with other employees trying to reconcile my experience, I did not feel comfortable proceeding with a car wash, and I lost total trust in letting them near my vehicle. I hope no one has to experience what I did today - Jose is an individual that is a liability to any company's image and his employment absolutely needs to be reevaluated. read more

I love the oil change service people. They do an excellent job of taking care of the maintenance of my car. However, the individual washers can be quite careless. As I waiting for my car, I also noticed that the workers were more interested in socializing. When I was called to my car, I was blocked entrance from my car by the washers who were circled up and chatting, and one was even on his cellphone. Also, as I was driving away today I noticed that they had pulled off a part of the plastic on the passenger front seat of my car. No one cared to tell me before I drove off that they had done this. When I came back, the manager was kind enough to offer services in exchange for when I get it replaced, but took no responsibility for having done the damage in the first place and was quite rude about it. When I asked how to make sure I could come back and receive store credit, he rudely claimed "Well, I am not going to pay you for this, ma'am" and when I asked how I could insure that they would follow through, he scoffed,"Oh, we'll remember you." While this discussion occurred, the washers were standing by and made no attempt to acknowledge that they had caused the problem. Bait and switch+ scare tactics = former customer. A few months ago Cobblestone offered a buy one get one free offer for oil change. With the price of oil I thought this was strange but ok this is a good deal. My son brings his car back three months later and they don't offer non-synthetic blends any longer and they wanted to charge the difference which is $47. So I drove to the store. When I questioned this they stated that my car is supposed to use synthetic anyways. Well my owners manual states "you may also use synthetic oil if it is labeled with the API Certification Seal". What I don't like is they saw a 17 year bring his car in and they would of taken advantage of the situation. What they did do is give me a learning experience with my son. read more
