This Quick Quack Car Wash location is near my house and I'm up here at least once a month. It's clean, quick and convenient for turning my car from a dust-spotted chameleon back to its true color and shine. As you drive up, they have a worker who go over your car wash options. Typically, they have a deal on the premium wash for $20/mo for all the washes you want, and that's what I always select. It's really nice during summer months and rainy seasons. They take record of your license plate so you can use the members line in subsequent visits (can get through the gate w/o a team member assisting you). Your car wash account is easy to access and cancel online with a single click. You can also add vehicles to your premier membership for an additional $10/car/mo. Your membership is good at all of their Phoenix valley locations (and maybe all, but haven't tried anywhere outside of my city). I've never had any problems with the wash itself, you place your car on the track and put it in neutral and the wash does the rest. I've heard of issues in automated car washes like breaking items or scratching paint, but I've never had any events. Once through the wash, you pull into a parking spot and have access to towels/wipes, vacuums and air hoses to finish off the drying and cleaning process. Thanks Quick Quack for having all the resources to make my car sparkle! read more

No Clue What's Going On... But I wanted a clean car for my birthday!? Guess I better pack my patience or pay for a car wash somewhere else! *** Carwash entrance was blocked with signs, so no one could enter and no one knew why. Cars lined up behind me and then backed up to leave. Looks like the employees were inside the car wash with a broom and trying to get something from ceiling. I just decided to follow suite and backed up to go vacuum my car. My car actually wasn't too dirty, I just cleaned a few sticky spots from the kids and called it a day. No need for additional support. All is well, thank you for reaching out. Sure I'll be back soon, I'm in that area a fair amount. read more

A convenient and cost effective way to keep your vehicle clean! This location is located conveniently on Pecos down the street from Costco. They have multiple options for single use to memberships. Price: (4/5): The car wash has continued to raise prices, would recommend a membership if you are washing your car weekly. Wash quality (4/5): What you would expect from an automatic car wash. If you have a fairly dirty car (bugs, mud) you'll have to likely run your car through a couple times. Amenities (4/5): they have your standard cleaning tools (vacuums, air tool and towels). Some other locations offer dash wipes which would be nice. They have multiple locations and the memberships work for all locations! read more

Let me save everyone the time reading the business response--like others when incidents have happened here. Please read reviews BEFORE coming here. There are other car washes in the area that will have better service, a better experience, better customer service, and spare your car from damage. I was involved in a 3 car car accident while inside--YUP....THREE-car car accident. They put cars in here tight and close. I had issues being loaded to start. Somehow loaded my car in and then loaded two behind me. While in neutral--was rear ended not once, not twice, but three times before I had to drive my car out of the car wash. My car--a car I haven't had more than 2 months now has a 2 ft long dent. The manager never came to address any of us. The attendant took our information and photos. It has been a couple weeks and I got 1 phone call asking for me and letting me know it was under investigation and that I would be contacted--I only know that the "investigation" was done and "all" parties were talked to and the lead driver braked and moved their (my) steering wheel--reading responses on my reviews on Google and the BBB....amazing what happens when you're being hit numerous times...no formal follow up. Pretty unprofessional and disappointing. Thank goodness for insurance--they will be doing their own investigation! Please just go elsewhere! Save yourself the stress, nightmare, and headache! No I don't want to come back either. read more

Went to this car wash based on reviews even though there is one closer to my house. Got there and there was no line at 1:30 on a Sunday. Promptly greeted and asked if I wanted to buy a membership. I declined and got the best wash. Car went in smooth and came out clean. The car behind me was pretty close when I was getting my car back u into drive, so maybe space cars out a bit more in case. Used the free vacuums and hand towels after. My car was clean. Great experience and will be going back! read more

I've been going to quick quack for over a year. I have been pleased with their service until last month when while inside the car washing dome, with my car in neutral and my foot off the pedal, my car ran into the hitch of the car in front of me. Clearly, the person loading the cars did not take the hitch into consideration. So, here is the deal, they filed a report. Never ever have I been able to speak to a responsible manager or representative who could give me information about it. Nothing. Zip. I've written numerous times. I've called. Don't believe that customer care can manage it. They can't. They say they don't have the information. It's a darn shame. They've said someone would contact me for 2 weeks. Nothing. Here I am with damage to my car caused by their own staff, they have the video. But nothing. Deeply disappointed. I had not canceled my membership hoping they would step up, but apparently they don't need my patronage. Buyer beware. read more

The set up is weird and the exit is where the entrance is at. I was greeted with and asked with what "plan" I wanted right away. I specified I only wanted the single wash today. They asked what was stopping me from committing to a plan today lol. Idk the economy dude? lol. I didn't feel like getting into it so I just said I don't wash my car often and I didn't want the plan. The single wash was $14. The car wash left some dirt spots and a lot of water on my car, I barely dried anything. There's also I guess a time limit on the vacuums like 10 minutes? Probably won't be back. read more

Super experience at this Gilbert location! The staff is great, especially Donoven, nice clean cut personable guy, is so helpful. I was using my brother's Tesla and promised to wash it before returning to him but I don't know all the features. Donoven helped me when I got the car stuck, didn't make me feel stupid and was very understanding even though there were cars waiting. The wash itself was effective, the facility is clean and very well-maintained. Highly recommend! read more

Great car wash. Memberships are reasonably priced, staff is friendly, service is always consistent. I enjoy my experience here every time.

They don't have a hood cleaner, it's weird. So every time the hood is dirty. I don't go here anymore. There's much better ones.

The customer service here is amazing!! William is so helpful and kind! I definitely recommend getting a membership here!!

Best car wash in town hands down and props to Meyta she was the best and a perfect attitude and loves her job

I stopped here as it was on my way to my destination and I hate having a dirty car. I feel bad forgetting names of the awesome employee guy in the servicing area because he was a sweetheart. He explained why he added in my license plate into his keyboard and the different offers/ specials that they have. Mars, the awesome guy in the car wash bay, was another sweet guy as he sprayed down my vehicle and when I asked if he could spray more where the bird poop was, he allowed me to do a second wash because he wasn't able to catch it before I was pushed through, which was sweet of him. These guys are really nice here! The car wash is adorable, as you pull in to see duck signs all over. I can imagine that parents driving thru with kids probably love it! The car wash itself, has a track that aligns with one side of your tire and pulls you right along. The machines are light weight and don't seem bulky. The vacuum area has cute garbage cans and drying towel bins under the duck theme. Adorable! The vacuums work very well and will suck the life out of the carpet which is a plus! The drying towels did not have a smell of fabric softners as other car washes but, the towels are good drying towels that soak up the water. I didn't sign up for the wash program here because there aren't many locations near me but it's definitely a good buy with great staff. I already have one membership at another car wash that I'm going to stick to for now, only because of the many locations offered. I recommend supporting this business for having awesome customer service, the wash did its job, and because the theme is adorable! read more

I was pretty happy with my car wash. It was my first time here and I plan to go back. I did just the cheap wash. Then vacuumed my car and cleaned the dashboard and windows with their towels. I think I paid 6.99. It's close to where I work out and that is another plus. read more

still had alot of mud /dirt on rims and running boards, both sides tail gate/bumperripoff scammers... Had a issue, called customer service request to be contacted and never was. I do not recommend this location. Had to go same day to another chevron to get my truck rewashed. Wished I didn't have to give 1 star! After wash there was still a lot of dirt on the car, no towels at the vacuums, pushy sales tactics. Better off at the $3 car wash down the street. Ok, so I had signed up for a monthly membership a while ago. I went almost once a week, and even though the car wash is O-K (it isn't the greatest). the plus is that there are vacuums and air hoses, as well as rags. I think I was using the membership for quite a while. One day my mom went through, I was in the passenger seat. She just goes through and pays for the one-time car wash cause she doesn't sign up for membership things. The young boy comes up nicely and greets us all happy like usual and my mom pays for her choice and when he asks can I get an email for the receipt, my mom said no thanx (she doesn't give out her email to anyone, that is her choice) his attitude went from happy to jerk in a second. I know how they act cause I go there ALOT. he then said..oook... take care and walks away.... wow... I thought to myself. Well, guess what? You lost a customer. I canceled my membership and went elsewhere because of that blonde kids' attitude.... read more

Customer service was horrible. I can about 7pm at the end of a very long work day. I usually like coming here because I can just come through quickly and beer in my way. I don't remember the girls name that I spoke to unfortunately, I drive a truck and I had a broom tucked under my tool box and she would not allow me to go through the castrati until I removed the broom from the bed off my truck. Not yes I could have just complied but this head never been an issue before. I've been a customer with a membership at least a year at this point but I will be cancelling my membership immediately. There are Kenny other carwashes near by that won't give me any problems about a broom tucked under my tool box. Worst experience every. read more

Went here cause I was on a tight schedule and it was close. Got the "better"....ha! The dashboard wipe was like a small travel size tissue. Left fibers all over the dash. They do not give you an air freshener. One car behind me. No one else there including staff. Just one guy. He has me wait while he checks in and try's to sell the guy behind me a membership. So much for the time crunch. The wash itself is pretty good, fast and efficient. Out to dry and vacuum. The air nozzles are weak as shit! I swear I could blow harder than the air pressure provided. The towels where 95% dry. (I was there at 8:45 am). Vacuum was strong, same air connection.....Humm. They only offer the wide Matt style vacuum. Not the small style for between the seats. Moral of the story? Stay with what you know. The competition down the street has bigger dash wipes and provides an air freshener. Great air pressure and both vacuum styles. read more

Rating for self car wash basic wash in comparison to nearby self done car washes. Check in: 1 out of 5. Don't have ability to use self purchase option. So you have to deal with a person who tries to upsell you on everything. Also only one lane unless you are a member. They push unlimited program pretty hard. Wash: 3 out of 5. quality of the wash itself is fairly similar to competitors. Post wash : 4 out of 5. Vacuums generally always working, don't play music, air nozzles generally always working. Towels generally have some moisture on them and aren't dried out. Overall 3/5 improve the check in purchase process and I might use more often. read more

Adde was super awesome and helpful don't go to any other car wash if you're in the area make sure you go to this one.

Always great customer service! Never any lines and they always have fresh towels available.

Tried this new car wash today and I have to say that it does a better job than where I was going before! My entire car was clean on the outside, even the tires! I didn't have to drive back through again so I could get my front windshield clean and all the bugs off of it! Thank god for that!! They do have a few workers standing around to make sure things go well because they opened a few days ago. The only real issue I had is that it bent my front decorative license plate forward on each side which is unfortunate but they said they will be making adjustments so it doesn't happen to anyone else. All in all, I did sign up for their Lucky Duck unlimited washes and will make sure I get my money's worth out of it. As you know, June is Monsoon weather for AZ. read more

Love this carwash! They never disappoint when it comes to making my car sparkling clean! Can't go anywhere else but here!

Love the late hours! I thought for sure at 7pm all car wash places would be closed. I'm glad we saw the kid who was twirling the sign because my car needed a wash before a busy work week! Both attendants were so helpful and engaging. I'll be sure to frequent this location! read more

I was excited to try this place because it's right down the street from me. My usual car wash is up on Warner and Val Vista. I went at 8 o'clock this morning to beat the heat and there were a few cars there but not many. I pull up to the entrance and I don't see anyone who works there so I drive around to the entrance of the car wash and a guy comes out of the building. I gave him my coupon for a free wash that was supposed to include everything I guess but it felt like just a wash. A couple of reviews have said that there were no towels but I saw a bin of bright green towels right in front of me at the vacuums. All in all, it was a car wash and nothing spectacular. The free wash that I was offered was supposed to have been 'The Best' as they call it, but it seriously was quick and didn't seem anymore that just a wash. I think their prices are a little bit high so I will stick with my regular car wash. I tried.. read more
