There are other car washes in the area that will have better service, a better experience, better customer service, and spare your car from damage. I was involved in a 3 car car accident while inside--YUP....THREE-car car accident. They put cars in here tight and close. I had issues being loaded to start. Somehow loaded my car in and then loaded two behind me. While in neutral--was rear ended not once, not twice, but three times before I had to drive my car out of the car wash. My car--a car I haven't had more than 2 months now has a 2 ft long dent. The manager never came to address any of us. The attendant took our information and photos. It has been a couple weeks and I got 1 phone call asking for me and letting me know it was under investigation and that I would be contacted--I only know that the "investigation" was done and "all" parties were talked to and the lead driver braked and moved their (my) steering wheel--reading responses on my reviews on Google and the BBB....amazing what happens when you're being hit numerous times...no formal follow up. Pretty unprofessional and disappointing. Thank goodness for insurance--they will be doing their own investigation! Please just go elsewhere! Save yourself the stress, nightmare, and headache! Went to this car wash based on reviews even though there is one closer to my house. Got there and there was no line at 1:30 on a Sunday. Promptly greeted and asked if I wanted to buy a membership. I declined and got the best wash. Car went in smooth and came out clean. The car behind me was pretty close when I was getting my car back u into drive, so maybe space cars out a bit more in case. I've been going to quick quack for over a year. I have been pleased with their service until last month when while inside the car washing dome, with my car in neutral and my foot off the pedal, my car ran into the hitch of the car in front of me. Clearly, the person loading the cars did not take the hitch into consideration. So, here is the deal, they filed a report. Never ever have I been able to speak to a responsible manager or representative who could give me information about it. Nothing. Zip. I've written numerous times. I've called. Don't believe that customer care can manage it. They can't. They say they don't have the information. It's a darn shame. They've said someone would contact me for 2 weeks. Nothing. Here I am with damage to my car caused by their own staff, they have the video. But nothing. Deeply disappointed. The set up is weird and the exit is where the entrance is at. I was greeted with and asked with what "plan" I wanted right away. I specified I only wanted the single wash today. They asked what was stopping me from committing to a plan today lol. Idk the economy dude? lol. I didn't feel like getting into it so I just said I don't wash my car often and I didn't want the plan. The single wash was $14. The car wash left some dirt spots and a lot of water on my car, I barely dried anything. There's also I guess a time limit on the vacuums like 10 minutes? Super experience at this Gilbert location! The staff is great, especially Donoven, nice clean cut personable guy, is so helpful. I was using my brother's Tesla and promised to wash it before returning to him but I don't know all the features. Donoven helped me when I got the car stuck, didn't make me feel stupid and was very understanding even though there were cars waiting. The wash itself was effective, the facility is clean and very well-maintained. Highly recommend! read more

I stopped here as it was on my way to my destination and I hate having a dirty car. I feel bad forgetting names of the awesome employee guy in the servicing area because he was a sweetheart. He explained why he added in my license plate into his keyboard and the different offers/ specials that they have. Mars, the awesome guy in the car wash bay, was another sweet guy as he sprayed down my vehicle and when I asked if he could spray more where the bird poop was, he allowed me to do a second wash because he wasn't able to catch it before I was pushed through, which was sweet of him. These guys are really nice here! The car wash is adorable, as you pull in to see duck signs all over. I can imagine that parents driving thru with kids probably love it! The car wash itself, has a track that aligns with one side of your tire and pulls you right along. The machines are light weight and don't seem bulky. The vacuum area has cute garbage cans and drying towel bins under the duck theme. Adorable! The vacuums work very well and will suck the life out of the carpet which is a plus! The drying towels did not have a smell of fabric softners as other car washes but, the towels are good drying towels that soak up the water. I didn't sign up for the wash program here because there aren't many locations near me but it's definitely a good buy with great staff. I already have one membership at another car wash that I'm going to stick to for now, only because of the many locations offered. I recommend supporting this business for having awesome customer service, the wash did its job, and because the theme is adorable! read more

I was pretty happy with my car wash. It was my first time here and I plan to go back. I did just the cheap wash. Then vacuumed my car and cleaned the dashboard and windows with their towels. I think I paid 6.99. It's close to where I work out and that is another plus. read more

Ok, so I had signed up for a monthly membership a while ago. I went almost once a week, and even though the car wash is O-K (it isn't the greatest). the plus is that there are vacuums and air hoses, as well as rags. I think I was using the membership for quite a while. One day my mom went through, I was in the passenger seat. She just goes through and pays for the one-time car wash cause she doesn't sign up for membership things. The young boy comes up nicely and greets us all happy like usual and my mom pays for her choice and when he asks can I get an email for the receipt, my mom said no thanx (she doesn't give out her email to anyone, that is her choice) his attitude went from happy to jerk in a second. Customer service was horrible. I can about 7pm at the end of a very long work day. I usually like coming here because I can just come through quickly and beer in my way. I don't remember the girls name that I spoke to unfortunately, I drive a truck and I had a broom tucked under my tool box and she would not allow me to go through the castrati until I removed the broom from the bed off my truck. Not yes I could have just complied but this head never been an issue before. I've been a customer with a membership at least a year at this point but I will be cancelling my membership immediately. There are Kenny other carwashes near by that won't give me any problems about a broom tucked under my tool box. Worst experience every. read more

Went here cause I was on a tight schedule and it was close. Got the "better"....ha! The dashboard wipe was like a small travel size tissue. Left fibers all over the dash. They do not give you an air freshener. One car behind me. No one else there including staff. Just one guy. He has me wait while he checks in and try's to sell the guy behind me a membership. So much for the time crunch. The wash itself is pretty good, fast and efficient. Out to dry and vacuum. The air nozzles are weak as shit! I swear I could blow harder than the air pressure provided. The towels where 95% dry. (I was there at 8:45 am). Vacuum was strong, same air connection.....Humm. They only offer the wide Matt style vacuum. Not the small style for between the seats. Moral of the story? Stay with what you know. The competition down the street has bigger dash wipes and provides an air freshener. Great air pressure and both vacuum styles. read more

Tried this new car wash today and I have to say that it does a better job than where I was going before! My entire car was clean on the outside, even the tires! I didn't have to drive back through again so I could get my front windshield clean and all the bugs off of it! Thank god for that!! They do have a few workers standing around to make sure things go well because they opened a few days ago. The only real issue I had is that it bent my front decorative license plate forward on each side which is unfortunate but they said they will be making adjustments so it doesn't happen to anyone else. All in all, I did sign up for their Lucky Duck unlimited washes and will make sure I get my money's worth out of it. As you know, June is Monsoon weather for AZ. read more

I was excited to try this place because it's right down the street from me. My usual car wash is up on Warner and Val Vista. I went at 8 o'clock this morning to beat the heat and there were a few cars there but not many. I pull up to the entrance and I don't see anyone who works there so I drive around to the entrance of the car wash and a guy comes out of the building. I gave him my coupon for a free wash that was supposed to include everything I guess but it felt like just a wash. A couple of reviews have said that there were no towels but I saw a bin of bright green towels right in front of me at the vacuums. All in all, it was a car wash and nothing spectacular. The free wash that I was offered was supposed to have been 'The Best' as they call it, but it seriously was quick and didn't seem anymore that just a wash. Amazing car wash provides towels, air compressor everything you need to detail your car for your vacuum and only for eight dollars and the car wash is actually really really really good so I would definitely recommend this business.
