I was really looking for a place to vacuum out my car and found this car wash on yelp. It had better reviews than some of the others closer to where I was. They had a self spray wash, self vacuum and drive through car wash option. I decided to use the drive through car wash basic that was $8. They started out with a prewash. They pre washed it more than other places I have been to in the past. I preceded to drive through the car wash. They did have two men that dried the cars off. I usually just dry that car myself. I liked that upgrade. I also asked for a vacuum cleaning coin. The coin was for 4 minutes so I suggest you have everything organized before putting the coin in. It came with my $8 car wash. I would give this location 5 stars but the vacuum cleaner suction was very weak. I think it would be a great value if the vacuum cleaners were stronger. read more

Self service car wash was disappointing. After you swipe or tap your credit card the machine makes no noise and the digital readouts are mostly broken and unreadable. This leads you to think that the charge did not work. The sprayer also has a huge delay for pressure to kick in so you again think the charge did not work. To stop the wash is a small button on the swiper yet there are old signs showing a different button to stop the charge. This leads to a huge fee if missed. The only thing this place has going for it is the water quality. The water is pretty soft leading to little to no water spots. read more

Really enjoy this car wash. Compared to others in the area it is relatively low frills and low gimmick but the price and service here are unbeatable. Even with their mid-priced wash, I was surprised that in addition to the automatic wash, staff was also manually cleaning my car and getting it squeaky clean! Highly recommend! read more

The self wash bays used to be so much better. Now the water is so hard it looks like they purposely added salt and minerals to it. The spot free rinse wasn't working so now my car looks far worse than before and have to go elsewhere to rewash it. And they don't offer air blow dry setting like many others do. Go to Kelley's in South Chandler or the wash on Country Club and Broadway. Dolphin has gone downhill. read more

He was taking his time so three of us backed out and gave up because it would've took us 30 minutes to get through an express car wash what a joke! Went here for the first time today, got the $10 wash (ranges from $8-12 maybe more). They washed the car before I paid and hosed it off for a good 4-5min. Then I paid at the window and then went through the machine. Good wash and at the end another guy dried it off super detailed and spent another 3-5mins on it. Overall great area and has vacuum spots after if you need. A good experience I'd recommend to others. read more

Unbeknownst to me they only do the outside of the car :-( They lure you in by directing your car into the tire rail then they charge you and let you know they only do the outside of the car well, you are already in their tire track to begin the wash. When I lived in the area I would come to this place all the time. I had things to do in the neighborhood and my car needed a wash so badly. I like this place because it's "okay" priced but I get stressed under time so I definitely don't get a good enough wash in but it's fine. It's better than it were prior. The vacuums work pretty well but I do wish they were longer since they're kind of expensive. read more

They pre-washed my large 3/4 ton truck by hand before I even went into the car wash, including 3 touches of the windshield - spray solvent, soap spray then brush. When I exited, 2 guys hand dried it and cleaned any areas missed by the wash. They even used compressed air to remove any standing water in the crevices of the truck. I got the best car wash I have ever gotten for $8. The workers spray and wipe down the whole car before it even goes through the tunnel. Then the workers at the other end wipe the car dry and use the air hose to blow out all the window crevices. I will never go anywhere else. read more

The car wash and quality when you do the drive through is phenomenal. A pre wash before your car wash is unheard of. One downside is that they do not offer a tire shine with any of their packages. I don't mind paying the $6 add-on. What bothers me is that after years of getting their base wash with a $6 tire shine add-on, now the manager Orlando claims you HAVE to pay for the higher package and that it's always been like that. Mind you there is nothing that states add-ons can only be purchased with a specific package. He is trying to force upsell and it's very unprofessional!! Poor customer service skills. read more

I paid 50 dollars for a premium wash. What I got was a half assed job. They missed areas of vacuuming that was obvious to see. My windows were smeary and they didn't even clean the back one. Unfortunately I didn't notice the poor job until a couple hrs later. I would have taken it back but I lost my receipt. I do not recommend this car wash read more

As far as I'm concerned, Jonathan car wash is the best place in the southeast valley. I've tried just about every car wash and I consistently get great service when I use the car wash tunnel they actually dry my car afterwards. And when I use the power washer, the machines are always working and I also like that I'm supporting a local business that's not a giant overpriced corporation. read more
