Interesting they had time to respond and deny this happened- which is utterly ridiculous- considering cameras clearly show the damage was not there before entering and was there afterwards, it quite clearly occurred DURING the wash cycle, but they have no time to call me or reply to my email requests for resolution. Terrible service!!!! The roof of my vehicle is glass, so the only place there was paint to scratch was the hood. Quick Quack Car Wash is responsible for this damage and will not take responsibility. I've been coming here for several years. I ALWAYS receive the most amazing service from the staff.

Steer clear of this place. Machines scratch and damage your vehicle and the manager makes every excuse and to why "his machines" could and would never scratch a vehicle. Brought my 3 week old 2025 vehicle to get QUICK wash here, I pull through and as I'm in the middle of the wash where the roller brush that goes over the hood I hear a QUACK on the front of the vehicle. I pull through the wash and park it. Immediately get out to check the front of the vehicle, there is a huge scratch on the hood. I let the manager know immediately. Mind you, this truck has never been washed prior to this event.... After a week of reviewing the camera footage with no attempts to contact me, I decided to stop by and get an update. After the manager acted surprised that I was there, he tells me that after his review of the video he cannot tell if the scratch was there prior to me using his machines so there is nothing he can do. I tried to explain to him that this is a brand new vehicle that has never been washed...he interrupted me to display "car washing machine" motions as to how his machines perform and continually saying that there's just no way his machines could scratch a vehicle like that. I was at the point of fuming so I asked for a card and politely left. Working with insurance now to get my vehicle fixed. Crazy part is- I have 3 other vehicles on the unlimited monthly service that they just lost as a customer for life... and the 5-10 neighbors I know that use them. They nor I will be back. read more

This car wash is terribly hard to get into. I have a full-size pick up with an 8 foot bed darn near impossible to get in this car wash. This car wash does not completely clean my truck. Quick Quack has repeatedly signed me up for their membership WITHOUT my consent. I don't go to their car wash often, as I usually wash my car at home, but sometimes when I need a quick wash I will drive through. I've explained this to several team members and asked for a one time wash as the membership makes no sense for me. 3 times now they have started me on a membership when I said no. This most recent time was the most upsetting. I was in my brother's car and was driving it through for him as a surprise. I explained this to the team member and they continued to heckle me for 20 MINUTES. They said I could switch over a membership from my brother's car to my car easily. After finally going through the wash, I get the email that I once again have a membership and I decide to take my car through the next day before I cancel it. When taking my car through, I do as the previous team member said to switch the membership from my brothers car to mine, and the new team member says they don't know how to do it and charge me once again. Quick Quacks sales tactics are scummy and deceptive. I am deeply disappointed in the way they've treated me the few times I've driven through. read more

I'm pretty bummed about the SCRATCHES on the back of my trunk lid. I went through last night. I know every inch of my car's exterior condition. As I was drying the excess water I discovered the scratches. They say they use soft foam material but SOMETHING SCRATCHED my paint. Of course I started a customer incident report and got the phone number of the Manager/Store Leader Josh Saur. His inbox was full so I could not leave a voicemail message. I called/texted him first thing this morning but so far no response yet. It took forever to get the incident report written And I had to just sit and wait. There was only one cashier on duty so every time a car pulled up he had to tend to them and left me waiting. The cashier asked if I wanted to sign up for their plan and save some money, and I feel like I declined respectfully if not politely. He made his second push, which I again declined respectfully. But then he had the gall to ask me why? It felt unnecessarily confrontational and was totally off-putting. If a customer declines your dumb rewards program or whatever, that should be it. You sort of have to be okay with me saying no to a service that I didn't ask for, nor did I show any interest in. If that's how you're training your employees to talk to customers, then I will not be returning. read more

I went to this car wash to get my car washed one time. I felt very pressured to get their membership, even after saying no multiple times. When i finally gave in to getting the membership, after what felt like 5 minutes of being hounded, i was told the membership would only be 19.99 a month. I didn't necessarily agree with that price, but i figured if it did a good job cleaning my car, 19.99 would be okay. The next month i got charged 29.99 without my consent. When i went to go cancel my membership, because that was not what i was told, the process was very difficult. I was also told i would be refunded and received a call from the supervisor as to why i was charged more than agreed upon. They never called. Needless to say, don't waste your time or money here. The car wash did not clean my car. It's not worth being basically conned into this scam. read more

went through the car wash with several cars and after the 3rd damage complaint finally escalated it to the manager was wanting to see the video showing my car coming and leaving without a huge fender flare being ripped off.. a month or more later after going there twice trying to find out if they checked the video they tell me theirs a stack of more than 30 complaints already on the desk and that mines still there in the pile.. I let it go and cancel my membership and start going somewhere else and then I get this email from the manager. my other car that was damaged was 4 years old and it caught the rear fender and pulled it out from the tire area and that was 6 months ago and nothing was done and my grandpas jeep was scratched all over and he told me not to go there. This location doesn't seem to wash my SUV at all compared to the Power Road location. My SUV would be super clean and the wheels and tire shining after the Power Road wash; but this location not only doesn't seem to wash correctly but it has a horrible curb maze that I have to backup to make the turn every time. You guys didn't cancel my subscription when I called to cancel it even though someone on the phone said they cancelled it for me, and when I called again the supposed supervisor that would only give me his first name "Will" (if that's even his real name) said I never called to cancel it and he will not reimburse me for the months they've charged my card. He said he can only cancel my subscription and refund the last time they charged me. When asked for a higher up he refused to give me a number, email, or name of a specific person. I was hesitant at first about a monthly service, but am so glad I decided to do this with Quick Quack. We have the middle tier and was able to add my daughter for not much more. The convenience is great, the staff is friendly and omg if I could just figure out what the smell of the soap is as I'm driving through with the awesome light show it would be perfect. Like seriously that scent is amazing... The only downfall I'll say is it's a bit of a tight fit in a truck trying to navigate INTO the actual wash part, but the staff are always so patient with me and help make sure I'm lined up where I need to be. If you have a smaller car, or even just a large car (Dodge Charger) it's not bad to get in on the first time... trucks you may need to reverse once to get to the right spot. read more

I was a happy customer getting single washes as I needed once every couple months and things were initially great. However one month, without my knowledge they started charging me for a subscription without my knowledge. Not until I went back 3 months later did I realize this. And when I spoke with their customer service line, they had the audacity to say well, "you have ONLY been charged twice." They only offered to refund the current month as well, despite seeing in the records that I never got any washes in between. "Sam" on the customer service line was very rude the entire time, refusing to acknowledge that what they did was wrong, and refusing to give me a refund for all three months. In the end, after telling them that I would be filing a report with the BBB, she finally offered to refund 2 months. She then proceeded to say she can't refund the first month because I technically used it once(this being the time that the monthly charges were initiated) So, I learned my lesson. Will be staying away from this place. I recommend that if you are not on the subscriptions, and you are planning to get single washes make sure you pay attention that they have charged you the correct price and did not sign you up for the subscription despite you saying no. read more

This was my first experience at a Quick Quack car wash. I have to say it was a very good one. The young man that greeted me when I pulled in was outstanding. And I'm sorry to say that I can't remember his name it was either David or Robert. He was tall and thin with glasses.. I say that as a shout out to him because, he was so professional and nice . He gave me a little cleaning cloth in the package, for cleaning the inside of the car. The car wash was very nice ,fast and convenient. The whole car wash area was clean and neat. As well as they have shaded areas with complementary vacuums and air blowers. The only thing you really need to bring with you and some towels so you can polish up the water spots before they dry. I would totally return here again. Not sure if they have punchcards for repeat visits or not . read more

Great car wash. Horrible customer service. On June 23, 2024, I added a second car for $5 for the first month and $13 for subsequent months. On June 28, I get billed $17 in addition to the $5. I emailed customer service and asked them to honor the agreement or cancel my membership. Instead of trying to work things out, my membership was canceled. After some back and forth, I was told to call the 888 customer service line. I called that on June 29 and the customer service rep agreed to refund me the $17 but refused to reinstate my membership. This location is easily the worst one out of the 5 other locations that I have been to so far. Entering the washing area with an SUV is just silly. No reason to have an entrance so tight that you are dangerously close to hitting the wall. Also this location does not dry your vehicle very well at all and you spend 20-25mins drying it. The other locations have easy entrance and actually drys your vehicle nicely. Great staff however!! read more

I went on for a car wash and ended up getting this monthly pass. Tbd car wash was about $10 but they were having a sale on the monthly pass. I got it for $1. Couldn't pass that up. The only problem is the locations of the business. I am in the process of moving here and I'm not familiar won everything yet. It is out of my way to use this pass. Although I will now I guess. I have the highest membership and so far I have shown up twice at around 8:15am on a weekeday to this place being closed with no notice. Just blocked off with no explanation. Drove out of my way for nothing. At least put a sign out saying why youre closed and when youll reopen. This is repetitive and annoying. read more
