Apparently Cobblestone has found a new/novel way to fraud its customers out of their money. In short, they create nonsense policies and hire teenage boys to enforce them. When challenged for the absurdity and stupidity of the policies, they claim trespassing and call the local authorities to have customers removed for trespassing. I have been a member of the unlimited wash services from this company for over a decade now, with mostly good service; UNTIL NOW. I have owned and enrolled over half a dozen vehicles in this service and even recommended it, but that has come to a sad end. Apparently there are morons at the manager level that are not there to explain a policy that is not posted until AFTER you pay your money, and then once they've got your dime, they turn you away over something so simple as having weighted ballast in the bed of a pickup truck. Now I'll be the first to recommend removing a trailer hitch to protect the rotating brushes that do the work of removing the grime from your bumper. And I have absolutely NO issue securing a load or removing items that can blow or be caught in the rotating brushes (from the bed, to be replaced after cleaning), but this location refuses to allow a pickup truck to pass through the wash with 500lbs of double-bagged/sealed sandbags in the bed, out of reach of any equipment mind you. Instead they offer argumentative teenage boys who have no customer service skills and offer no assistance in determining the safety of the policy and how it applies. NOPE. They have your money, AND they own the property, so they can simply have you "removed" for asking for clarity or common sense on the matter. I can say that I would NOT EVER/NEVER recommend this company or its services. I have turned a blind eye to the lack of chemicals when the service sucks and barely washes the car. The service staff doing a crap job of actually wiping interior services, but the ultimate was paying $150 for a detail and then having to take the vehicle home and then cleanse all the armor all off of the armrest to then scrub the dirt from it that was supposed to be taken care of during the detail process. The staff has high overturn rate, and the prices rise for no reason, especially on the monthly plans. They don't even mention the points that can be redeemed, and their online website doesn't allow user accounts to view the benefits and account status. Of course signing up is easy, and they get your money, but good luck on canceling this service, short of canceling your credit card. I hope someone reading this saves themselves the pain and wasteful use of their time/money. read more

Visited this location after recently relocating from Charlotte. I found the location on Yelp and noticed that none of the local car washes including this one are not highly rated but this location seemed to be the best option available. Overall, I thought the experience was average. My main complaint, which I frankly have with all of these types of car washes, is that they fail to clean any real dirt or residue from my car. Now I do have a Bronco, so it may be a bit dirtier than daily drivers but I still had a significant amount of dirt, bug residue and streaking on the front end of the truck. The vacuum stations had strong suction and they provide towels to use to finish cleaning and drying your vehicle right under the vacuums so that was cool. But they don't have the floor mat cleaning machine that I have found in most locations so that was a miss. Overall I would say use it if you don't have a really dirty car and skip the premium as I don't think the included services justify the price. read more

Judah gave me outstanding service. Clearly he was busy, but he dropped everything to help me. He got on his phone in order to help me. But he was so, so congenial and polite. He even wished me a good day as I was leaving. Then he gave me a token gift as I was leaving. Jeremiah was polite and respectful as well but I had more interaction with Judah. This is the second time Cobblestone Car Spa has promised and not delivered--shame on me!! I just left the Val vista Gilbert where I went to receive my free car wash and interior cleaning, which was promised to me by D.J. Well DJ is no longer there and was let go so I spoke to the General manager Gustovo Escalona and explained the situation. He said they will not honor what DJ promised me. I asked him to please give me a good number to contact the company. He gave me a 602 number which I don't even know if it is good. I left a message and they will contact me in 3-days. He was actually not going to not clean my car that was already in line-- All Gustavo had to do was at least pretend he was interested in solving or working with me on this issue, but I guess his professional skills do not encompass working with customers. read more

Thoroughly impressed with the kindness and professionalism of this place. We've been members for many years now and always love this place but today's experience secured we'd be members for life! Our car started acting funny right after we drove through the partition to pick up some dash wipes. The car ended up breaking down, locking a few doors on us, but luckily we could get out to escape the heat. The team immediately came over to see how they could help. They took me and my son to the AC office and gave us cold waters. They helped my husband troubleshoot the car issues and even helped us unload our groceries into a family member's car (this happened right after a Costco shop!). They were just so impressive and even helped move the car to the side of the building while my husband steered. Throughly impressed by the kindness and willingness to get involved and help in all areas! I'd give 10 stars if I could. read more

You guys need some training on ADA compliance. If someone has a handicap placard hanging in the windshield, or handicap plate, maybe do not pull the vehicle furthest lane from the door and require them to walk to get it at the finish line? Doesn't it make a little sense to pull the handicap vehicles in the lane nearest the door? Also, I get that there was an issue with Grand Cherokees rolling in neutral 10 years ago, but the new ones are fine. Can you update your policy to only require the customer drive the car in full service if it's one of the old model years that have issues? And again, can there be an exception if there is a visible disability placard displayed? Again, you are making a person with a handicap placard get out of the vehicle and stand in the heat while you vacuum, get back in and drive through the wash, get out again and walk to the building or stand in the heat while they clean, get back in and pull the car forward, get out and let them finish. Because this location is so close to my home, I have gone here many more times. Most recently it was the day before Thanksgiving. It had rained over the weekend so it was very busy. I had picked my kids up from preschool and headed to the carwash, they love it. They always squeeze cars in very close and I hate it. I find it unnecessary . While going through the carwash and watching my kids get excited, we heard a very loud noise and then our vehicle was jolted forward. I had no idea what happened. My car was covered in soap so I could not see. The car wash was stopped and I was trying to see what was going on. I finally used my windshield wipers to have some view. We sat there for almost 5 minutes and i never saw an employee. Suddenly, the car wash started back up. I was concerned and my kids were scared. We finished and I pulled out and to the side immediately to look at my car and the car behind me did as well. Apparently he was not in neutral and Suddenly gassed his car forward and hit me in the car wash. NOBODY spoke to him or I. Not in the wash after it happened and we were sitting there or after when we were both sitting at the exit. Nobody even checked to see what happened. This is a good warning when something happens to your vehicle from them. They will not take any responsibility and pretend that nothing happened. Fair warning. read more

Needed to kill sometime before my grocery curbside pickup and the car definitely needed a rinse/wash. I paid $9 for the basic wash. The car wash was packed but the staff kept the wash part going quickly. Pluses: if you have a monthly subscription you can visit any Cobblestone location. Complimentary wipes, trash bags and vacuum included. Minuses: I felt the wash itself could have been better. The soap foam was thin, the rinse was short and sparse, and hardly 15 seconds of air dry time. I am going to stick with my favorite Shell station on the NE corner of Warner/Gilbert which is cheaper and the wash is more effective. read more

This place is okay, but the guys who spray your car off before it goes into the car wash only spray the driver's side of the car. I wish they would spray all sides of the car, because other places I go that do, my car gets cleaner. Also, the time in the car wash seems shorter than other places I go to, so my car doesn't get as clean. I'm not super picky, so I still go because I bought the unlimited washes. I just think they could do better. My car never gets as dry as other places, either, so I end up with more water spots. I think it's because it's not under the dryer for long enough. Overall, this place is okay, if you're not too picky. read more

If your car gets damaged when they are in fault, they WILL NOT accept any responsibility. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I keep my car in pristine condition. The air dryer completely ripped off the spoiler/fin/too break light if my Ford Explorer, then making damage to the windshield wiper, and bumper. They "reviewed footage" and said they saw on their cameras a space between and therefor won't take responsibility. My husband and I will be cancelling our memberships immediately. If you want to keep your car in good condition and not have to pay your deductible to fix an error caused by their machine I would strongly recommend never going to this place. read more

This location is currently offering free car washes after reopening after a remodel. So go get your free car wash! They of course will offer you a deal "only available today" which if I remembered correctly was $5 for the first month, two months free, and then it goes to the normal price. They didn't state the normal price but what I could gather the normal price was $16/mo Which to me is a bit high. Vacuums are good and strong, which they should be considering they are new. Car washed well with the caveat that (as typical with auto washes) the rear of the car was not clean/dry. Place is right around the corner so I'd like it to work for me but I believe their basic wash plan is $16/mo. This seems higher than other places as I've had basic plans elsewhere for about $10-12. read more

To be honest I'm pretty upset with this location. I drove 18 mins to come here because this location had some of the best reviews compared to the ones closer to where I live. I was a little unsure how to approach this place. I wanted a full service interior and exterior wash, I'm assuming now you have to go inside to order that? I pulled up to the drive thru not realizing it was only for express washes. I ordered the $16 wash...only to be extremely disappointed when I went to vacuum my car. I noticed there were spots all over my car that didn't come off in the wash. Pretty upset about paying $16 for a half ass wash. I could have gone down the street and gotten a better wash for $3. If you decide to get a basic wash, it might be a fine place to go. However I won't be coming back to get a $16 car wash, I'll tell you that much. read more

It's your standard car wash. I've spent $100's of dollars here over the last few months and nothing too memorable about this place. They clean your car, but before that, you have some poor man trying to upsell you on a monthly membership plan. If you wash your car every day like my neighbor (who we think might just be bored), then the membership might benefit you. Otherwise, don't fall for it. It can take a while so prepare to wait. If you're doing a premium service where they wash the inside for you and whatnot, you could be stuck waiting 2 hours plus. Express option is the best. $10, you drive your own car through the wash and then pull off to the vacuums and wash it yourself. You save yourself $40+ and about an hour and a half of your time. read more

I'm upgrading my review from a 4 star to a 5 star. This is a nice car wash, the self-car wash location. A few months ago I spoke with Nick, one of the managers, about getting towels to dry the cars after they come out of the car wash. And finally when I went a few days ago, I noticed there were towel bins!!! And the towels are very nice. When I first spoke with Nick a few months ago, I expressed it would really be nice to have towels to dry the cars with, since the cars are wet when they come out of the car wash, even though there are blow dryers. The car wash is nicely kept. I LOVE how Nick did something about my request. I had seen him a handful of times after we both spoke and he is always super personable, attentive. He worked with the owners to get the washing machines and towels. He told me they are planning on getting two different colored towels to distinguish between ones you use for the window/car body and those you would use for the tires. Will continue to be a loyal customer. Also, forgot to ask him if you have multiple cars, can you get a discount on multiple subscriptions? Nick also said they may put a dispenser or allow people to get their own air fresheners. I don't really think those towelettes are really necessary and really more a waste now that there are towels. The car wash is very good, cleans, polishes and drys our cars well. The staff is helpful and friendly. The manager on site is Mr. Aaron he and his staff make themselves available to the customers. You don't have to go looking for Mr Aaron because he is visible and ready to serve... Mr Aaron is willing to answer questions regarding the upkeep of our cars and he greets the customs with a positive attitude. Whats more, he is visible, which make the difference between a good car wash and a great carwash/customer service!!! read more

There has been some crazy wind so I decided to give this place a try. Overall this places seem great, prices and plus who doesn't like free vacuum after. I was reading the signs and was a little skeptical since posted signs mean damaged has occurred. Coming in the gentleman helped me out with my card payment (super polite) but entering the car wash the person was not good at directing which I assume is something that happens since it did at my old car wash place. So I went in and assumed I had to put it on neutral (not good instructions) . During process I realized my window had been broken and was definitely not satisfied with my first choice of car wash. If i could leave 0 stars, i would. Went here for a car wash in early March. Specifically told the attendant that i only needed one car wash and when i was asked for my email address, assumed it was for the receipt (1st mistake). Go through the carwash and there's not anyone drying the cars (2nd mistake) so i pull to the vacuums and notice my entire car is covered in green slime. Go inside, no manager due to it being an Express location. Line at this point is wrapped around the building, so late for an appt, i leave and hit another car wash along the way. Get home, open my email and I've been enrolled in an unlimited plan. Fantastic. Start pounding the phones and it takes 3days for a manager to call me back. Get the blanket apology, am told i can cancel online and tell them again- i never signed up, i shouldn't have to cancel, but don't worry- the manager will cancel for me. Today, open my bank account, and have been charged for services. Again. And yes- I am looking at the cancellation email. This place is crap and now I'm sure I'll have 3 more phone calls to be promised it's corrected, I'm now out more money to fix THEIR mistake and beyond annoyed. read more

Brought me car to this car wash for the first time. The brush broke every clip on my spoiler and ripped out my back up camera. There was no previous damage to me car before entering the car wash now I have upwards of $500 of damage and the owner refuses to take any accountability. Told me that This happens more than once a month and to buy parts off eBay and he wouldn't replace the parts with OEM because it was to expensive. read more

I went in to get the 6 washes for 4 special and the computer couldn't find the Promotion but Adrian and his partner overrode the system to make sure I got a free wash this time around. As my husband and I were pulling up to the car wash we remembered that we had some weeds and other landscaping debris in the bed of our truck. We let the worker know, expecting him to allow us to back out and pull around without getting a car wash. However, the Cobblestone employee jumped in the bed of the truck and removed all the waste from the back of the truck! We were THRILLED and so grateful! AMAZING customer service! read more
