High powered vacuums, friendly staff [At least the one person I talked to. It was almost 8 and he was prepping to close, but was not any kind of impatient or pushy about my leaving]. They also have a solid stock of coin-op products. It might have been because it was right before closing or my first time being there, but I didn't see any trash cans near the vacuums. It's entirely possible they're everywhere & I just missed them. I'm only mentioning because I thought it was kind of funny, not a criticism & def'y not a reason not take your car here. I like they have a little stack of microfiber towels you can use and then drop in a bin next to vacuums. I'm not a fan of microfiber at home - dryer sheets stick to them, they Velcro onto most fabrics in the dryer, but they're great when wiping down plastic and inside of windows. I don't mean to damn with faint praise, but I think a lot of places like this become known for what they do wrong. Super Star didn't have any disqualifying practices. They don't gouge on goofy stuff, the vacuums don't power off after 3 min, there's nobody doing hard sell on monthly memberships, you can find a human if there is an issue. I have never received such aggressive behavior from a person working here but today was unacceptable. The individual at the pay station was rude and condescending to my husband. He tried to sell up sell us and then asked over and over if we park outside. My husband repeatedly said I would like to just get the $11 clean and call it a day. The individual responded with a smart remark and literally tried to instigate an altercation. My husband said let me just pay for my wash and when the guy tried to take our card my husband said your not taking my card I'll do it. The worker then again kept making stupid comments to my husband tying to provoke. Unsure if the guy was having a bad day but unprofessional behavior is bad for any business. read more

I've been here multiple times and always had great experiences with the staff. I recently got a Tesla and was nervous to take it through the wash. Took my MB S580 there to be washed. Because of the automatic sensors on my car, it caused my vehicle to stop. I had no idea what was going on, why my car stopped, the vehicle behind me kept going and hit me. The manager, Gabriel told me the same thing happened a week ago with a Cyber Truck and I should get the ladies information that hit me and have insurance take care of it. I don't think that is right! I told him that and then he tried to blame me for hitting the brakes even though I told him several times that I never touched the brakes. You are warned, if your vehicle gets damaged there, they will not take responsibility. I had not way of knowing my vehicle would stop like that and was never warned. They knew of the issue as stated with the Cyber Truck that happened a week prior. Their negligence should be enough to stay away! They should leave more room between vehicles so people can stop if needed. They should warn people that luxury vehicles with the systems such as what I had may auto brake and that I should disengage that system if able. They do none of that knowing that known risk is present! read more

It has since been 3 months, multiple escalation emails, calls and visits to the branch with zero help. Since I have a monthly car wash pass, I frequent locations around the valley during my travels across town. This was a first visit to this particular location, which I was delighted it scanned my license plate with no issue. Sometimes with a first visit, the reader won't recognize my car and an employee needs to manually enter for me to go through. Every location has similar stretch of car wash and amenities. This chain has expanded through the years, so it's very easy to find a location all around the valley from my experience. This alone makes the monthly pass worth the money, even if I just frequent the two closest to me. I'll definitely consider this location the next time I'm in the area. read more

Everytime you go here, there's always someone at the kiosk pressuring you into signing up for their bulls**t membership. On top of that, they take your card as if I am incapable of selecting which car wash I want. I told the kid I wanted a basic wash, and he charge me for the most expensive one. Its to the point where i attempt to avoid them, ive had a kid cancel my sale right before i was about to pay just to give me the pitch... its annoying, i am close to going to cobblestone up the road and paying more because they dont try and hassle me. the carwash isnt bad, its not the greatest but its ok. My stars only apply to Mike the Manager who accepted responsibility for the damages to my vehicle. I was on a time crunch with only 15min to waste and since I was in the area I stopped here with a text cpn offering a free car wash. I belong to another establishment but try others when in areas where my regular establishment is not near. I pull thru at the Sametime another vehicle pulled through who also had a can. Aiden the empire allowed that gentlemen to use the can however he told me that if have to another location to use my cpn so rather than to allow for me to go through to the exit before entering the car wash Aiden told me I'd have to back out which was hideous and he ran off. Rather to argue with him I attempted to back up sliding against the pole but immediately stopped . Aiden returned and I asked why wouldn't he allow for me to pull up. He ran to grab Mike who came out and asked Aiden why he wouldn't allow for me to receive the wash and also why he wouldn't have me to exit forward. Needless to say my vehicle was damaged. Went for a quick wash, nothing fancy just the "Lite wash" which is over priced as it is. An associate was at the self serve kiosk trying way too hard to sell me a membership, touching the screen to go BACK as I was about to put my card in to pay for the lite wash. The wash itself was awful. My car was soaked, not dry whatsoever. The front of my car looked like I hadn't been to the wash at all. Bug bits all over it still and spent about 10 minutes scrubbing them off myself. The vacuums were not working in my spot so I had to wait for the person next to be to be done to vacuum my car. Three scratches on my windshield from the wash. My windows were dirtier after the wash than before because of all the water spots. All around HORRIBLE experience and I will never be returning. read more

This car wash damaged my car! It literally took off the fin on top of my car! I went in for a simple $7 car wash and left with an expensive repair. It is not my responsibility to fix this. The car wash is liable and needs to amend this situation ASAP. I have a midsized sedan that was well below the clearance and this should have never happened. Update: after zero response, I returned to the wash. They found the piece and refused to do anything about it. Refused to speak when I asked for the bare minimum which was a refund and blamed me for having a "damaged vehicle" Darnell is incredibly vile in the way he speaks, or refuses to speak to individuals. All I told him after he yelled at me was that I was not interested in his verbal hostility and he should not have responded even more inappropriately than he already had. UPDATE: STILL ZERO STARS January 25, 2023: I called the headquarters as suggested by Jeanette in her reply below. The representative that answered the phone was helpful and escalated this to the VP of Operations, and like magic, I was contacted by the Site Operations Manager, who previously had ghosted me. He had stated that he never received any of my texts or voicemail. Although, he did call me from the exact same number that I sent those all to. So, I sent him my VIN number again, along with screenshots of the prior texts that he claimed that he had never received. Next, I get a call back after he talks to the dealership, and he tells me that the sunroof was not "original equipment", and was installed after the car was manufactured. Then proceeds to tell me because of this, none of the cost will be covered by Superstar Carwash. Since, I bought this car when it was a year old, and the sunroof has always been there, this is news to me. I asked to speak to his boss, he told me he DOESN'T HAVE ONE, HE IS THE BOSS. When I know very well, everybody has to answer to somebody. So now, I ask myself, what difference does that make?! He already committed to paying half of the replacement cost, regardless.....On the original phone call we had on December 16, he told me just to "save face", and "not admitting any liability", he would go half with me on the cost of replacement. Now, things have changed? This is bunch of crap!! We are talking about a company with stores in three states! This is like pennies to them, but so much to me! They have insurance cover these types of issues, and I am ONE PERSON with a small expense to a huge company!!! Why don't people just do the right thing???? So, I called went to a sunroof repair place, and spoke to the owner. He informed me that this model of sunroof is used by dealerships all the time. He also said that the fact it's "aftermarket" shouldn't matter, and that it was most likely installed BY THE DEALERSHIP at the time the car was originally purchased. This is a sunroof people! It is flush with the roof, not some obnoxious custom equipment hanging off of the vehicle!! The bill came out to $557.23. Thanks for nothing, Mr Site Operations Mgr (the man with no boss)! read more

I was getting a car wash here since it was on my way home on June 11 ,2023 at 3:40pm I went through the wash , as soon as I got out I saw scratches on my 2022 Dodge Durango . A scratch on my windshield and a scratch on the front body by the drivers door . I went into the store and they hand me a card to file my complaint . The man in the store saw the security video of me going through the car wash . And mention it was the wiper machine that made the scratches. Hopefully this car wash is closed for maintenance for the machine to be fixed . Avoid this car wash at all costs! I took my car here to get washed and in the middle of the washing cycle, had a car in front of me stop while my car was in neutral and still under the rollers, this ended up turning into a bumper car situation involving five vehicles that lasted more than five minutes. The safety rep was not paying attention and left the conveyer belt on the entire time, further damaging everyone's cars. The manager promised we would be taken care for repairs yet Stephanie Maldonado from the claims department contacted me three days later indicating the company was not accepting liability given the car in front had stoppedand caused the accident. Worst $10 choice of my life. I am reporting them to BBB and plan to take them to small claims court. What a nightmare! read more

This place is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get. I pay $28.95/month for unlimited washes. There's never enough soap, it barely rinses my car, and the last wash left a nasty film on my car because the back window wasn't cleaned, nor was it rinsed. This place is crap, the guy guiding you into the wash is a crab, and never pre-sprays my car. I see him spray front and back windows for other cars. I guess a smile is too difficult these days. Quick and easy carwash. If you have a subscription, you don't need to interact with anyone or anything; you just pull into a lane that reads your license plate then move on to cleansliness. Towels, vacuums, compressed air and mat cleaners are "free" for you to use after. They give you an antibacterial wipe and air freshener. This is the next generation of carwashes. If I had to make a complaint I would say that the clean towels they give us to dry down are always damp. Still, not enough of a complaint to take me from 5 stars, they still work. I cannot understand how this only has 3.5 stars on Yelp. I got a monthly subscription a month ago and before I committed to that, I went online to see how easy it would be to cancel, it appears I can do all online. I had the intent to try it for a month then cancel, but today Peter and Patrick really came thru. I'll keep it for a few more months. At least until I fully commit to a hermit lifestyle. read more

Simple. It's a car wash....no it's not. These dudes and gals know how to keep a clean/honest business running properly. Always on point with communication/smiles and attention to detail. Always happy go lucky even after standing with a rubber arm to wave people into there wonderful washing machine for seven hours!!!
