Was greeted very friendily and the gentleman explained the wash and the store. They pre scrubbed my truck a bit and free vacuum and plenty of cloths afterwards. The dryer of this wash was better than other places, only a few drops here and there. Trash cans at each vacuum station. Well done! read more

BEWARE -- CO2 refill rip off! Never ever go to this place for CO2 refill. They are very dishonest. I took my 10-lb tank to be refilled there for the first time and after several minutes the guy came back and handed the tank back to me. It felt lighter than usual but brushed it off thinking it was me. Then, I heard the guy talked to the cashier about CO2 running out. I went on to buy other things in the store. I got home and decided to weigh it to confirm. The screenshots show my baseline weight, holding the newly "filled" tank, and the calculation to get net weight. I barely got 2 lbs!!! I emailed them about it and got a reply apologizing and asked me to bring it back. I brought it back the next day and when I got there, the attendant said they were out of CO2 until Monday. I told him I just got the tank refilled the day before and when I weighed it, it's only 2 lbs. He smirked and said "we attach the hose to the tank and it stops when it's full". Well, what if the thing stopped when they were filling my tank because it ran out!!! I didn't want to make a scene and argue with them in front of other customers so I just left. I wouldn't have mind if they admitted they made a mistake and made it right. But to blatantly lie and charge a customer almost $40 for a 10-lb refill but actually only give them 2 lbs is ridiculous. I will never come back to this place and I've told my friends about the dishonest people there. There are other places that fills CO2 tanks and better prices for alcohol! read more

From the outside it looks like dinky little gas station, but what's waiting inside will surprise you. For all the beer snobs, a multitude of different beers on tap with the selections changing every so often for filling your growlers. You are allowed to sample 3 beers if you are filling up your jug. The 'Beer Cave' is a refrigerated cooler stocked with a huge assortment of beers from your typical cheap beer to some more exquisite craft beers from around the country and the world. It's unbelievable there is such a great variety of beer, liquor, wine and tabacco crammed in the building for such a small place. They have every type of liquor imaginable. There is not much room in there as it is so tightly packed with merchandise, snacks and beverages you have to walk almost single file through the aisles. You can purchase trinkets, gift and novelty items and everything you need when it comes to drinking liquor and making alcoholic beverages. There are some things I have never seen before. Pricey but worth every dollar you spend when it comes to a drive-thru car wash. I've gotten two premium car washes for my black Mercedes within the same month. What I like about the premium wash is the free air freshener and the extra shine solution for my rims and tires. I do suggest doing a quick wipe down once you're out of the car wash on one of the designated vacuum areas. I don't think I could just drive off with all those water spots on my car (even when they claim there's no wiping necessary afterwards). read more

Awesome Carwash! They always give your car a generous spray down with a power washer before sending you into the wash. The carwash itself puts out a ton of soap and really rinses the vehicle really well too. Employees really take pride in making sure you have a good experience. The convenience store is awesome too! This is by far the best drive-thru car wash in the state of Arizona. It's connected to a convenience store that has a huge selection of beer & liquor (bonus!) and gives you discounts on washes if you fill up on gas there. What I love is that they have late hours, they're open until midnight, and there's always an attendant who pre-spray washes your car with every wash selection, even the basic wash. They have free vacuums and towels to clean inside and out of your car, and the prices are very reasonable. The car wash itself is top notch. It actually thoroughly dries the car unlike some other car washes and it even puts a scent into your car as you go through the wash that smells lovely!! I have not paid the proper respect and for that I must be forgiven. This last Friday, I came to the realization that there are few must stops when hunting beer, bourbon, tequila, cigar, and many other items in the state of AZ. Quick N Shine has it all and Andrew and Saleh (pardon the misspelling) have made this a welcoming place for all. I stopped here looking for a specific release and walked out with several new beer releases that no one else has had on my hunts. Andrew stated we stay up to date with new releases and make sure you come back. I sure will! If you're looking for Buffalo Trace hard to finds he has them at a reasonable price and he also has those hard to track down small batch tequilas that shall remain nameless as you need to see it to believe it. There are plenty of dusty bottles that need homes and your can provide just that. Get out of your comfort zone and try some older barrel aged bottles at an amazing price point or grabe a fresh IPA that just got released Tuesday and trust it'll be bright and fresh! This place is a fun maze of great bottles of all kinds and should be your next stop as you're hunting for yourself or family/friends for the holidays and BEYOND! WARNING: This place has gone WAY DOWNHILL in recent years! I have been a monthly car wash customer for about 5 years but have been coming for over 8 years. I have been paying $33 a month for their top of the line unlimited car washes. Recently their car vacuum hoses are falling apart and their auto sensor on car wash gate stopped working to let you in, several months ago. I told the owner himself about these problems yet they never got fixed and it just keeps getting worse. Today was the final straw. I went in and had to manually let myself in again because the sensor wasn't working and instead of giving me the ceramic wash, which is what I pay $33 a month for, it gave me a basic wash, which only cost like $10 a month. So I told the attendant about the problem and he said I had to go in and talk to the owner. So I did and when I told him my ceramic wash, monthly plan is only giving me basic washes now he said "that is not possible". And when I said well, it is possible because it's happening and could you please check he said, no I can't check. I have to call somewhere and they let me know. I said well I want to get a wash now can't you check your computer or call them and he said no just leave me your name and license plate number. I said, but I want to wash my car now and he gave me no other solution so I told him to just cancel my plan and he said he couldn't even do that without calling somewhere and getting back to me another time. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous for the owner of a professional car wash place to operate this way. I am canceling my many years with them and going to move to another car wash service. The owner was rude on top of it so again I would highly advise anyone not to use this establishment for car washes. The sad thing is I would have highly recommended the same establishment just a few years ago. read more

I've bought beer and gasoline for 6 years from them since I moved to Arizona but not any more. It's convenient has a good selection of craft it's really close to my house. I've spent at minimum least 10,000 dollars at that place mostly on craft beer and gas at that place. Whenever I'd go camping I'd even buy firewood too . I bought 2 4 packs of Tombstone IPA beer as I always do. This week as it turned out when I opened the cans it was clear that they were bad the wrong color and real funky. I've already purchased a case from this place earlier in the month. Not a big deal it's never happened before. All I asked for was a refund. I opened more than one to check if they were all bad and I was missing one can when I brought them back. The owner only gave me credit for 7 of the 8 beers. I told him I opened more than one of the 4 packs to make sure they were all bad and if I found one that was ok I'd probably have not said anything at all take the loss of a few cans At 19 each 4 pk I felt justified in asking for my money. This guy knows me and has rang up my beer purchases a million and 1 times. Total bullshit BTW Quick N Shine also has a lot of old expired beer that they try to sell to people. So if you go in there flip those cans over and check dates good IPA's and lots of craft beer only have a 3-4 month window when they're fresh and acceptable to drink. It's only fair when you pay top dollar for good quality craft beer it shouldn't be out of code. This spot certainly has a lot going for it and I am a frequent customer here, but that's only because it's a Shell and it's close to me. The car washes are consistently excellent, the attendants always do a good job and the washes definitely provide a "mirror finish" as the description says. Gas pumps are always hit-or-miss and are either broken, near-broken, and the software has been slow and glitchy for years, which means I hold my breath every time I have to run my card or enter a discount, which, the discounts may or may not work as advertised (more below). The store definitely is a treasure trove of items, particularly if you drink or smoke (similar to GCM up the road), but none of that appeals to me specifically. The in-store employees are usually useless and play dumb, just so they don't have to assist you on a greater level, so if you need a refund or have an issue with a discount (one current advertised national Shell discount did not get applied to my fueling, even when I fit all the criteria), you will probably be out of luck. Otherwise, if you desire for a mini Pilot or Flying J, this is probably the place you're looking for...just hope that you don't hit any snags. read more

These owners are shysters. I bought a church music growler and a nut brown growler for the playoff games. People at party said the nut brown is skunk. I bring it back for refund the next day. They tell me because I don't have my receipt which I do on my phone but it is not itemized. The other guy there confirmes that he sold it to me. Then the owner changes and tells me I should brought it right back. They will not honor their own product. These owners are criminals and will use all possible ways to weasel out of honoring their service and product. I strongly recommend going somewhere else where they back their product and service. Sad thing is this used to be me and my friends go-to but I'll never go there again and I'll tell everybody I know about my horrible treatment. If you do decide to buy product and service from these crooks you better pray it's not bad product or service since these unscrupulous owners will weasel and squirm their way out of honoring product. Careful when you are getting your CO2 tank refill for your Kegerator. I have a 5lb tank and normally when I get it fill at Sun Devil Liquors then charge $10 and get about 4.5lbs of CO2 into the tank. Today I came here so I did not have to drive so far but for $14 including tax then filled my 3lbs and 2oz. So they don't do a full fill. I asked if I can pay per pound and the guy behind the counter said they don't do it that way.....only by the cylinder. I asked if he can put more in and he said that was the max. He said to go somewhere else next time. Well I guess I will take the hint. read more

I don't get what the fascination idea with this car wash. I guess it'd have to chalk it up to the booze inside. You have to repeatedly turn on the vacuum because it shuts off after doing one seat. The suction is crappy. Everyday normal dirt on the floors didn't come up very well. Worked great on the seats where dirt doesn't get caught in carpet fibers. Over half of the vacuum stations are in the sun. The glass cleaner left smears. Had to go over it again with paper towels. Same with the dashboard package. Left smears on my dash. Ick. They have hard water because my mirrors dried before i could get to them & I couldn't get the spots to come off. No rags to soak up the water. I guess you're supposed to blow it off. No idea what the white cotton sheet was for. Too harsh for your paint, not really soft enough to be a paper towel. So glad I didn't pay for a monthly membership!! read more

This is the best value car wash in my opinion. This car wash is set behind a gas station so it doesn't seem too busy. First off the gentleman that assists you at the start of the wash was very nice. He power washed both sides of my truck even before I enter the wash. All the equipment seemed to be taken care of and it was clean. There are free rags to use as well as vacuums you have to turn on manually. Overall great value experience! read more

Came here on recommendation of a good Bloody Mary Mix (CutwaterSpirits) in stock from a co-worker. I had been here several times for gas and car washes but never inside the store. The gas is already some of the cheapest around for Shell quality. Wanting to take advantage of the $2 the car wash with in store purchase, and $0.10/gal I went inside to conduct my transaction. I got my Fry's VIP discount and the $0.10/gal off my gas. A very nice $2 off my basic car wash which is nicer than other express washes around. The proprietors set me up on a pump and made sure I got all the discounts. I love little local gems like this that you only hear about by word-of-mouth! read more

As soon as I moved to the Valley I started scoping out the liquor stores in the area. You've got your BevMo's, Total Wine, and a few nice little neighborhood package stores; but this store... THIS store... My girlfriend and I call it 'The Most Convenient Convenience Store in the World", and with good reason. You need something, you come here first. Briquettes for your grill? Check. Toilet paper? You got it. A larger selection of imported, craft, and hard-to-find beers than you can find anywhere else in Arizona... .... uh.... ... check??? I'm not sure that their selection beats other stores, because honestly I haven't been to any other stores in God-knows-how-long. Full disclosure, this place IS just right up the street from my house, but every time I come here I've discovered something new and amazing. Scenario: You have a day full of chores that you just don't know how you're gonna do. You've got a box full of old clothes for Goodwill, you're planning a grill-out with your brochachos, you need to mail off your tax return, and you think you might like to try a nice cigar. Normally you'd have to pop all over town... or you could just come here. Donation box out by the pumps. Full walk-in humidor. Amazing selection of beers, wines, and liquors. AND IT'S A FULL US POSTAL SERVICE LOCATION. Yeah, you need something 2-dayed, you just holla at my people at 777. Seriously. So come check this place out. Better than the average $3 wash, and the $6 wash gets you extra pre-rinsing by the attendant. Definitely WAY better than the typical gas station drive-thru wash! This is the "smaller" type of car wash where the washing mechanism is basically the same as others but they don't have a bunch of guys for the extra drying and additional services. Last time I was here I had just driven over 700 miles from CA and my car was covered with dead bugs, so I got it washed before heading back and the $10 wash did as good a job as me spending $10 at a self wash with a brush for 15 minutes, but with much less time spent washing! read more

Do not, I repeat, do not buy any draft beers/growlers from this place! They sold me a growler of church music and when I went to drink it it was very syrupy and had no CO2 or bubbles. I put my girlfriend's picky ass drinking butt on FaceTime and walked her through the beer cave to find some crappy watered down spritzer beverage I'd never heard of.... a million flavors of that crap too. Hello, my name is Juan Ramirez and I went through the Quick'n shine car wash located at 777 S Gilbert Rd, 85296 on January 9, 2020 around 7 PM and purchased the basic wash. There was an attendant who power washed my vehicle and I went through the car wash. About halfway through the carwash tunnel one of the brushes knocked my passenger side mirror forward and as the machine pushed me forward through the car wash, it got stuck on the side of the carwash sprayers. It cracked my lower mirror and plastic housing. I called the manager and he told me to come back the next day for them to look at it. He told me it was not the car washes fault and that he was not associated with the car wash and it was another company operating the car wash. But he would call them and have them look over the footage. A few days went by and I still didnt hear from him so I went back in and he had told me they didnt look over the footage. But this time he told me the car wash was apart of the shell gas station, but they were not his employees. I asked him for the contact information of the employees business, and he told me," No I can't do that, they don't speak with customers". I left very upset and confused why I couldn't contact the carwash employees and about a WEEK went by with NO phone call. I went back in and spoke with the manager yet again and this time he offered to help pay for it or trade a few free car washes.. I told him all I want is my mirror replaced, or for him to at least help pay for it.. at this point I am getting frustrated as I have to drive 4 miles out of the way to visit this gas station. He says to bring in an estimate and we can talk about how he can help. I went home and printed and estimate out for him and brought it back to him, he said no way he could pay for it and that all he could do is give me maybe $50.00.. That same visit he remarked it was basically my fault it happend and that he would contact whoever owned the carwash and see if they would pay for it. That's when I asked him who owned the gas station so I could call them.. yet again. This time he told me shell owned it and admitted it was his employees. He said he will call corporate and get back to me, yet it has been another 2 weeks and still no reply. Very disappointed with the customer service and professionalism of this establishment. If I could give a lower rating I would. This is pathetic. read more

My car gets bombed with bird poop on a weekly basis and I've been all over the valley to have it washed regularly. Quick N Shine for $6 does a better job than the $25 wash with oil change at Cobblestone. My kids love the multiple signs with flashing lights within the tunnel. Favorite car wash for sure! read more

Save your money and just wait for it to rain the dirt off. This was my 2nd visit trying the carwash, no improvement. Overkill in the soap, which doesn't get completely washed off. Once you make it through to the end, the dryers blow off the soap as it slides down your windows and you have to go home and wash the DRY SOAP off the windows. May I suggest an attendant be placed on the end to touch up the car??? I failed to mention that the attendant stationed at the beginning, may want to wait 5 seconds to let the driver roll up all the windows!! Stop advertising a car wash and just stick to selling alcohol. read more

What a fabulous little hidden gem! It's a gas station. I went to get some gas. I walk inside and instead of a bunch of junk food there are all different one-of-a-kind beers and spirits! Did I die and go to heaven early? Then as I sit there slack-jawed with excitement, I notice all these people coming in with growlers. This isn't just some gas station. I've been getting my brew here for a few years now. Like what others are saying they have a remarkable selection and also carry some hard to find brews e.g. Hopslam Ale. Sure prices are a little high but this is a convenience store not Total Wine. The growler selections are usually spot on and I can almost always score some Fresh Squeezed IPA or Green Flash. They also support local breweries pretty well which is good to see. What I hadn't known all of these years is just how good their car wash is. Free vacuums, lots of spaces, and an amazing thorough wash. I feel like such an ass for wasting my money at full service car washes that take 45min. After experimenting with some of the $5 washes I have no need to go elsewhere. Give it a go and I think you will be amazed. read more
