This touchless wash did a great job on my suv. The back needed a wipe down, but overall not a bad job for a touchless.

As the business owner has pointed out, there have been changes (I won't say "upgrades") from the very first time I came here (the all-in-one brushes and air dryer that blew water droplets back onto your car), but overall the car washes here have never been very good and I'm reminded of this every time I try to give them another chance, usually just because they're so close to me. Now I've had it pointed out to me that the business owner has responded here with several very hostile, unprofessional and inappropriate responses (including profanity) to others who have very valid and consistent feedback on yelp, and it is due to this recent discovery that will now finally stop me from coming here. You can't throw a rock in the valley without hitting a car wash, so I suggest that everyone go anywhere else - you don't need the dissatisfaction, nor do you deserve the verbal abuse. read more

This is a great touchless car wash! I swear there are no touchless ones in the valley and this was great. Pricing isn't even as bad as everyone is saying it is.. I payed for the most expensive one and $15 is great compared to every other car wash. I brought extra towels just in case and you'll definitely need them afterwards just to dry a few spots. read more

As others have said - avoid this wash - Absolutely awful! It's been going downhill for a while, but it's not worth the time to stop anymore. Their brushes fail without soap, their tubes scratch your car, and their system shuts down mid-wash and won't kick back on, therefore leaving your car soapy and more disastrous than I came. Really really sad how bad it's gone down hill at the splash n shine. read more

Don't go there! It's broken. Soap doesn't come out of the side. You only get the top of your car washed.

Trash. Even the self car wash is trash. Do not waste your time here. It's worthless! Even the coin machine doesn't work.. or is ripped out.

Thought I'd run my 1990 Miata through the brushless wash to keep from scratching her paint. I've run her through full service washes and didn't think I'd have a problem. I immediately noticed the strange drips and stains in the paint, almost like acid was poured on her. The chemicals might be fine for a newer car, but definitely too harsh for an older paint job. Cost me $400 to get this buffed out. read more

Really enjoyed this car wash! A little pricer then some other ones in the area but WORTH it! I really think my car came out sparkly and shiny unlike the $3 car washes. I also liked that the automatic washer doesn't put you on tracks to go through! I was a little disappointed I didn't have any of my doggies with me to give them a bath in the doggy station!!! Spent 27 dollars and used all the different washes and waxes. And spent a fair amount of time on the spot-free rinse option and still came out with water spots all over my windows and chrone. what was the use in spending all the time and money when in the end still left with a water spotted truck. With all the "meh" reviews for this place, I thought I'd take the time to give it some love. I need a touchless car wash for my auto's finish, and had been driving to Chandler to find one. Now I find one in my own back yard! While this place only has one touchless bay, I didn't have to wait long on a Sunday after a monsoon dust storm had swept through the area. The wash worked fine, there was an attendant in the vicinity in case of issues. There were vending machines for Armor All wipes, towels, and air freshener hangers. Best of all, they had truly free vacuums that worked well. Everything was clean and neat. I plan to be a repeat customer! read more

I typically utilize this touch-less car wash about two times per week. The prices are a little high:$8, $10 and $12 option. The reason I go here is because I have a new car and believe the more upscale car wash facilities in the area, which use rags, scratch the paint surface. I have been coming to this location for about six months. Recently the place has go e down hill. The trash is almost always overflowing. The hose for sweeping are broken. no air dryer for dog wash even though it states on the pay screen it does. Got thru the wash before I realized they deleted the hose for air... also no cancel button on machine only add time. Off didn't stop it and didn't accept cash so ran up my card. Wet dog and even though I rinsed out conditioner well it left my dog all oily.. sad it's like this now I used to come here with no issues. read more

Review for self-serve dog wash only: They have a metal tub to put your dog while you wash him. $5 for 6 min of use (disinfecting tub, rinsing, shampoo, conditioner, dryer) which is not NEARLY enough time so you'll probably want to bring more $ (machine takes credit cards, quarters or dollars). The dryer is pretty weak so bring towels too. Bring some rags to clean out the hair in the tub from previous dogs. For the price, if you want a really thorough wash you're better off going to a real self-serve dog wash place, which usually are around $12-$15. read more

I have a membership elsewhere but needed a quick wash in the area, noticed prices seemed high compared to most $3+ washes, but proceeded anyway. I believe the car was dirtier when I left than when I got there. I was actually able to wipe my hand over the hood afterward and wiped some dust off. I should've read reviews first, which is why I'm leaving this. Pay the $2 in gas to drive a mile up and pay $3 for a better wash. read more

Card reader in the automatic car wash steals your money. When you tap the screen it tells you to insert your money, card or redemption code. I inserted my card and it charged me $10 for the $5 wash I selected. I read in another comments that the owner says you must select the type of wash prior to paying. Sorry, but it doesn't give you that option. If that were the case, maybe there should be something posted so other customers won't get ripped off and the owner conveniently gets to keep your extra $5. In reply to the owner. When I used your car wash there was NOT a sign posted above the card reader. If you don't keep the extra $5, where exactly does it go? I know I am not the first person that has had this happen. Others just let things go, I don't like getting ripped off. Fix the problem. read more

So I used the automatic car wash. This first part is no big deal it is just rough cause it pushed in my mirror. I think my main concern for this review is that when the car wash was finished I couldn't go forward. When I went forward my front tires hit the tire stops and when I thought that you just drive over it, I couldn't as my tires in the back were just spinning from the wet ground. So I don't know if the tire stops were supposed to move buuuuut they didn't so I had to back out and even then I had to drive over big bumps to get out. But. I don't know. I'd rather go to a different car wash. I paid for "best" package car wash in the touch less car wash bay and my car was still dirty as it was when I went in. Waited 5-7 minutes for this to clean my car. As soon as I got to the vacuums , dirt spots were still visible and i was able to wipe them away with my hand. Never going back here again. read more

This is the best car wash place I've been to due to the service I was given by the owner...I had made a mistake and not hit the stop button and was charged for a $20 car wash when only spending $5. I used the self car wash and everything worked as expected. One plus note: The brush used to scrub the car down with seemed to be some sort of extra soft bristle. I was pretty happy about that. One negative note: Only thing that struck me as a negative was that I went pretty late at night and some of the lights in the stalls seemed pretty dim. Maybe they turn on to full power if someone pulls in? not sure, i just went to a stall that had brighter lights. Only reasons i'm not giving it a 5 star is because I'm one of those people who reserve 5's for something that blew my mind. I'd have no hesitations with going there again. read more

Well maintained wash with everything you need to keep your car clean at a reasonable price. Lots of room to move around, and there are more than enough wash and vacuum bays. I contacted the manager about an issue I had and he responded immediately with a full explanation and provided a great response. I couldn't ask for a better experience and appreciate what this place offers.
