I'm only writing this review based on the self service bays. I have never used the touches wash or any of the detailing services. Overall this self service car wash is good. Good value for the cost and the bays are typically clean and in good working condition. Unfortunately, the last two times I was there, the wax option on the selector switch resulted in a piss-like sputtering of wax that never pressurized. I waited about one minute while spraying what little wax was coming out onto my truck only to give up after it completely petered out. This meant more time added (+$) to rinse off the wasted effort. I look forward to the wax option every time as I have an older truck with good paint. This is a good add-on while in between full details. Hopefully they'll get this issue fixed, otherwise I may have to find an alternative. Not a fan of drive thru washes. They scratch your paint and never really get the dirt off. read more

DON'T GO HERE! The machine hit and damaged my car, leaving visible cracks, and the staff handled it poorly from there. They refused to show me the security footage of the incident and just took my number, saying the owner would contact me which never happened. Accidents can happen, but the lack of transparency and follow-up is unacceptable. If something goes wrong here, don't expect them to take responsibility or help make it right. I would not trust this place with my vehicle EVER again. read more

I recently found about the touch-less car wash this place was offering and went in to try it. The process is simple, you pay and the automatic machine washes your car without touching with sponges or other cleaning things. The basic price starts at $10 which I thought is a little more than average. The was is pretty good but the dryer is just not enough, the water is still left on and doesn't dry up. The vacuum is free and the power of the vacuum is pretty good. Overall a good place for wash your vehicles and avoid those scratches. read more

This place is truly amazing. I went there for a car wash today and, since I don't have much experience, I asked them a lot of questions. This is one of the ONLY touchless car washes in the valley. Highly recommend the auto laser wash! It was thorough and great! Sure, it's not gonna get everything off, but it saves 2-3 hours of doing it my self. I can hand dry afterwards here if I want to and the wash is only $15. I just wish they had a subscription! Wanted to find a touch less car wash for my new Tesla. Turns out that I have one less than a mile from my house. Prices range from $8 - $12 for the touch less washes. The system takes credit cards. They have compressed air after exiting the wash so you can effectively dry your car after the wash. Vacuums are there so a small fee as well. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would. Water is extremely hard even when switched to spot-free. You WILL be spending the rest of your day compounding water spots off of your car. The "foam gun" on the second bay was shooting out mostly air. The "free vacuums" are poorly maintained and you'll spend an hour vacuuming what should take 10 minutes. The hose on the air dryer pops off constantly and barely puts out enough air to be useful, your car will air dry long before the dryer has much of an effect. OH and if you're using card you will pay a lot more because half the time the green "add time" button does nothing and you'll have to continually restart with the $3 deposit and end up spending $18... probably some shady tax evasion tactic to you to use cash. read more

Been 4 times to a self serve bay first time everything went well. The last 3 times iv visited the wand would not pressurize on any of the settings. Pulling the trigger did nothing as well. When everything works its great but so far striking out 3 of the 4 times is frustrating . read more

Yep, gotta love this place. Just spent $7-8 to get the bugs off from my daily commute. Dead bugs are still there & while rinsing the car off it started spitting out car wax. So now I have dried soap & wax over 1/2 the car. By the companies response from an earlier post you can garner the professionalism & maturity of this businesses management/owner. Finally found a truly touchless car wash. The technology on this one is amazing. It does a great job of washing the car. The drying phase was a bit short and didn't do that great of a job. This is a little out of our way, but worth the trip. read more

I feel like none of these people reviewing negatively understand this business purpose. It is contactless because people haven't had great experiences at traditional car washes or in my case have a nice car that I cannot take to a normal car wash because of the cosmetics it has. This is a great place and I couldn't expect more. If you want a normal car wash go get one. read more

This is one of the few car washes in this part of town as I think the next closest is Clean Freak Car Wash (not counting the ones at gas stations). I didn't feel like driving that far today so I decided to give Kelley's a try. Not bad. It has two drive trough car washes, ones where you pump quarters/tokens and do it yourself, and even a full size RV wash. I've never even seen a RV wash, much less an automatic wash so I was impressed. They also have a detail center and a RV dump station (I think $5). So they seemed pretty diverse. I went through the "soft touch car wash" (far left) and it seemed to do well. The automatic car wash on the right was labeled "quick wash" or something like that and the prices were the same. I was a little confused on how the automatic wash worked as I've only gone to the ones where it hooks onto your wheels and pulls you through. This one you drive up and the machine drives around your car and does it's thing. Here's a tip for you - before you go in grab the brush in the bucket and pre-wet/pre-scrub any difficult areas such as your grill or wheels. That way when the machine goes you have a better chance to get everything off as automatic cleaners generally do a terrible job on those items. So why the $5 star? I felt like the prices here were a bit higher than other places. I used to have the unlimited plan at Clean Freak where I could go as many times as I wanted in a month, plus I got free and unlimited vacuuming for something like $15 a month - here, the wash is going to cost you $5 to $9. I am no expert on pricing as I either buy the month plan and use it super frequent or I just wash it at home. read more

Tried to wash my truck in the touchless wash, the machine had no problem charging my card the 8 bucks, but i never got a wash. The arrow turned green, had me pull in and keep pulling all the way through. So my truck is still dirty and I'm 8 bucks poorer. Tried calling the number with no luck. Added:. I only take my BMW here because it is brushless. Brushless is actually a difficult car wash to find in the valley, and that doesn't make a lot of sense with all the dust. You don't want the dust scratching the surface of your car in a traditional car wash. The prices are pretty good, and the only drawback is the drying system isn't great. That bring said, this is the only place I take my vehicles. read more

Unfortunately the RV self wash area ended up being a bit of a waste of money. The system is in disrepair. One brush doesn't work, the line leaks so no foam comes out of the brush, just all over your hands. The track on one side doesn't allow a wand to move freely so you end up wasting time getting it to slide. Also, they don't explain that you should pay for half the wash on one side and then finish up on the other side as nothing reaches over. I think if they properly maintained the equipment and checked it regularly, this would be a really nice place to wash an RV. I would be willing to come back, hopefully this will be taken care of. The other problem is no one is there to talk to so once you have your money in, that's pretty much lost at that point. read more

I drive 9 miles when I want to cheat and not bucket wash. I've been coming here for two years. There is plenty of room and shade when you want to take your time and detail your ride. Over the years yes there has been a couple times when the rinse would all of a sudden shoot soap but this is a large place and things happen. I've had more positive then negative experiences here. Staff is cool. They do have a bathroom that says employees only but just ask the guys are cool there. I typically back in to the spots by the detail shop and take my time. No stress. This place is legit for the average person or serious car enthusiast looking to detail their car. 5 stars. read more

I've only been once and don't plan to return. We chose the Deluxe wash. We were half way through the wash by the time all the colors came out. The "brushes" were hard and slapped the windows of the car so hard that we all jumped! The "brushes" looked like they were made of rubber. The pressure of the soaps were low. When it was all said it done my car looked like I threw some soap and water on it. It didn't look like a professional wash at all. I will not be returning. read more

I am all for supporting small businesses but not when it literally cost my family double because every time we leave it's "as good as it can get for now" "it'll do until I get home and have my shop vac" or "just until I can get to a real car wash". The vacuums are awful. I have gone here on several occasions now hoping it was a fluke or that the vacuums just needed to be cleaned. Nope- the vacuums are a bottomless pit- when other car washes are offering free vacuums this one charges 1.00 per 4 minutes for close to zero suction. They are dirty and not maintained. The "spotless" rinse is a joke compared to other places as I still go home having to wipe my car down. I have a fairly clean car with rubber mats so things don't get rubbed into my carpet, I rarely allow any eating or drinking in my car and wash it regularly. This car wash is just awful. read more

Kelley's is just what I was looking for! I am fed up with the long wait at some automated yet - get out of your vehicle and turn it over to ??? type of wash stations. I am so used to this style of wash which allows me to stay in my car, pay, wash, dry and GO! I found that the cost of this is somewhat higher than at other similar washes. Why is that? I gladly paid my $7 and had an average clean. My black car needs frequent washes in this area so I plan to be back. I did notice the For Sale sign on the property and hope that it remains the same if under new ownership. I love a clean car! Thanks. read more

Machine took my $10 bill but then would not refund as it would not take my 2 $1 bills. Numerous emails to try and get a refund. Gave up on the $10 refund and will just go somewhere else. Poor customer service. read more

Only touchless car wash I can find. I drive from Queen creek down Riggs and I always allow extra time for the wait. Touchless bay is ok, but I opt to pay $2 and pre-wash with the high pressure hoses first, otherwise I still have dirt and filth on my car. Problem is, there is always a line for the touchless bay when I'm done. The first time I pre-washed my car I thought I would rinse it in the touchless and I didn't finish rinsing off the soap. I realized it was a bad idea as I waited in line and the soap dried on my car. :( I've never used the vacuums, so cannot comment on those. Whole touchless wash lasts a little over 4 minutes. They really need more touchless bays. read more

Excellent wash for the toys and their hauler!. Be sure to bring your own hose and planning your RV wash will pay off. There are stations on both sides of the RV Bay, but a well planned attack with a talented helper and you can get most of both sides with one station. $5 for dump fee beats most places.
