Hope you're not claustrophobic

This location continues to live up to the bar that is set.... very low. One day the location was closed early without any indication why. The vacuum stations are just dingy and dirty. A little detailing of the site and equipment will go a long way. I wish the vacuums actually sucked litterally instead of figuratively. I'm pretty sure the FLOWBEE (look it up) could do a better job. Get these fixed. If you stretch air gun hoses to its extended length, the air will stop blowing. Good luck using the air gun on the rear of your vehicle. One thing I was surprised by is the air hose with tire attachment available for inflating your car tires. If it worked, that I don't know. But it's there. On top of everything the company raised their monthly pass price twice within 6 months. This all makes me want to cancel my service. The kids that work there seem to be nice, but sometimes it's the details that count.

Very lack luster express wash. Car still dirty and greasy

First time here in several years. Used to come when it first opened. Came here because I cancelled my Superwash subscription because I am moving out of the neighborhood. Severely disappointed in the wash. Granted my car was filthy from a visit in the Rio Verde area, but zi didn't like the wash. I got the $5 express wash and it just didnt cut it. Also no towels to dry car. The vacuums work good but barely extended to my trunk. Maybe visit would of been different if I would of gotten the higher grade wash...but not confident. My car wasnt all the way washed. My car felt greasy. Luckily I had a towel left over in my car and extra swag from Superwash. Should of just paid for Cleanfreak or Superwash. Also Covid wise, you have to speak to person versus machine ... ugh kinda of a bummer.

They are always so friendly and helpful here. The place is well kept and all of the vacuums have great suction. They keep the trash cans empty. What more can you ask for.

Everything was fine and car got washed. The only thing was that the vacuum's had no suction. This location actually had blue towels to dry and wipe down the car.

I don't expect to pay $10 and then have to dry my car and reset the mirrors. It was just as bad when it was $3.00.

AUTO SPA-NTANEOUS STOP…read more The first time I went to this location, the woman working seemed disengaged was kind of put off by the cold reaction. But after spontaneous stop today, she was much more pleasant. She must have been having a bad day that day and I empathize with her. Plus it cannot be fun or enjoyable standing in the heat day in and day out. So may be easy to become irritable. Too bad she couldn't just WASH her sorrows away. Overall the entire staff is friendly and welcoming and seem happy to assist at their stations. This site is small but efficient. It has quite a few stalls for vacuums. The cleanliness is on point. No litter or visible trash was present. There's never a line for the wash on the weekday mornings, which makes it really convenient because I can stop in, and be in and out within about 5 minutes if you skip the vacuuming and drying.

Perhaps they will bring the other 2 back up to par soon. I also am not a fan of the old, pull your vehicle in and on the track which requires fitting your left side of tires on track. This is so 1980s... update to robots and catch up with the time please! You could be ahead of everyone else by installing robots. The other locations that I usually go to, have a belt where you pull in and the belt pulls you thru, using soft towels, providing a hands free carwash. Those are best!! This location is a bigger one, where you could go inside to grab a snack and have them wash it for you. It's flabbergasting to see the one sided track used here! I noticed that the dirty towels were piled up and that the clean towels bay, weren't full so I had to walk to the other bay to find clean towels. In this heat, you'd think that these car washes would also keep the nice clean smelling towels in a closed environment in a towel mister to keep them fresh and damp ... using dried out towels for the body of the vehicle while it's not completely dry, is ok but not for the windows or interior. Perhaps they are short staffed but it wasn't that busy so I'm not sure why all of the dirty towels were piled up and there were limited clean towels. Back to my other location I go, until they update this one! The one staff member that I encountered was awesome though!

I do Salem when some heavy-duty grime has hit the car, and it definitely got the job done! They have I believe 4 Bays available to wash, and most vehicles spend no more than 5-10 mins so the wait isn't so bad. The nice thing is the bay takes a credit card, but be advised to monitor your time as you're doing each item, as it will continue to roll and charge after the base time provided. It's pretty straightforward if you've ever used one before. Make sure to actually switch & push stop and cancel on the dial when done. For this recent trip, I spent about $5 & yes, I managed to scrub off all of the bugs in the front and hit on some other areas that the typical car wash misses (unlimited wash one). When I'm done, I didn't stress too much about cleaning the interior or drying it down and just drive it over to the unlimited place and let them deal with it when I have time. The location is important to me and one of the few that offers/has a "touch" approach to cleaning the car at a very low price.
