First time at this location , I've been to the one in Gilbert. This location the staff is friendly. I paid for the membership and after the full day of rain and heavy winds the GM Chris shared for best results and to get my money worth I could go twice to seal the protectant in case it rains again. Great recommendation and both he and the man at the kiosk were friendly! Super quick wash , you receive a Dashwipe & an Air freshener! Love that! Plus they have towels for drying in the vacuum section. AND FREE air in tires! Major , and I don't notice that at the location but love it!! Five stars for the staff - they are always friendly and helpful when needed. The towels are always well stocked and the vacuums work well. -2 stars just because the machines need a little update. The roller doesn't always come down, the rinse is hit or miss and the dryers are weak compared to other locations. We keep our monthly membership because it's got a few convenient spots but this location isn't our favorite. read more

Before you go, this location is a little hard to figure out how to enter and exit depending on the direction you are coming from. Once that's sorted, this car wash has friendly service and a quality was like the other locations in the valley. Definitely feel like it's a decent value for your money, and I do enjoy my monthly car wash pass since it works at so many locations in the valley. read more

I now give it a one star overall. I come here quite often due to proximity. This place probably pulls in thousands of dollars a day. And they can't bother to upgrade or replace the vacuum hoses. I have never seen an organization mess up an account so badly. then they choose to not follow up to customer service request - the send initial reply and promise to resolve but nothing. the local wash managers are helpless and have no access. what a joke for an organization. I would highly recommend the Quick Quack as they allow the local wash to resolve issues and they provide superior customer service. for only a few $ more it is worth it. can you give someone zero stars? read more

My car looks terrible! 1 star is too good of a review. I got a coupon in the mail for a free car wash. When I went to redeem the free premium wash and try out the new place, the employee gave me a hard time for not buying a membership. I get it. That's the point of the free wash: to get clients and memberships. However, his attitude was pushy, but after holding my ground (and not getting the membership), he let me get my car washed. His customer service was rude! Here's my real issue: it was a terrible car wash. My car is streaky, still dirty, and I will NOT be going back, getting a membership, or recommending this place to anyone. I will be going to get my car washed someplace else today. This is a pretty decent car wash. It gets the dirt off your car pretty well and they have an area to vacuum your car or dry it thoroughly after driving through the wash. It was broken one time I went and cars had to back up out of the line. We were stuck waiting for about half an hour and no one came to inform us of lord what was going on so we had to get out of our car and track a worker down. We weren't given a refund but were told to return at a later date and to let the staff know. So like normal car washes, they can have maintenance issues from time to time. read more
