This used to be one of my favorite location, until I came after the dust storm and the long lines were blocking off the exit, I would usually go around but now they have half the exit blocked off with cones so I had to wait for the line to go down. My car wash also had streaks of dirt from the car wash and I Didn't want to get back in line just to rewash and have a difficult time getting out again. I now drive to the Chandler blvd location, Less hassle and they always have fresh clean towels. There was an elder gentleman who used to work here, he was very friendly and kept the place stocked and clean haven't seen him in a while I wonder if that's the reason why this place is starting to go downhill. read more

Unfortunately, my experience with one of your employees, Gabe, was extremely disappointing and has caused me to reconsider becoming a customer. Throughout my visit, Gabe ignored me on multiple occasions and was not helpful when I attempted to ask questions. His attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and I did not feel that I was treated with the level of courtesy and respect that customers should expect. Not awful but seriously not good. Showed up to get car washed after being parked in a dust storm. Didn't go with the lowest package just to ensure all the dust gets washed. Attendant tried selling me monthly package as opposed to listening to my question which package will wash this dirt off.... the Cobblestone at Baseline and Kyrene was closed at the drive thru.. went down the street to Cobblestone on Kyrene south of Guadalupe rd. There was a young lady at the check in that was very polite and waving Hello! The gentleman at the entrance to the wash was greeting as you enter. upon leaving there were people waving goodbye. I was absolutely astonished when told by this car wash that my business was no longer welcome. It has an automated system, yet for some reason they still have an employee "help" you use the machine. I drove my car in and was intending to get a quick wash, but was informed that I was no longer welcome. I had an unlimited wash package and although I was happy it was a little overpriced. I forgave the fact that towels weren't always out or the vacuums weren't ready for use in the mornings at multiple locations. What was unforgivable was them raising the price 30% without notification. No email, no text, just an increased charge on my credit card. I promptly cancelled my membership! In response to the Cobblestone's comment - I think you're missing the point here. It's not the price increase, it's not notifying me and trying to sneak it in. The closing time is posted as 8:00pm. I have tried to run my car through the wash at 7 and 7:30 the last two nights and they were closed.

Best car wash experience I've found in Tempe! Cleaning bays are always clean and working properly, micro fiber towels are constantly rotated by staff & never dry (even in 115° heat). Wash tunnel has a belt system, so no need to worry about damaging rims trying to perfectly align like most car washes. Staff is friendly, helpful & attentive to customers. Special shout-out to Jackson; He went above and beyond in helping me get setup with my wash pass for my new car. The overall experience provided here truly makes the extra 5 minute drive worth it! read more

I live out in Maricopa so hard to just go to any cobblestone, I often go to the one on Baseline and Kyrene. For the last 5 times I've gone there they have been out of soap. I went on Tuesday and not only were they out of soap but they were out of the wax shine read more

One of the worst car washes I've had. Seemed like everything was delayed when my car went through so the front half of my car didn't get any soap or water, just mixed around the dust in my car leaving awful streaks. I'm the end I spent $11 for nothing because my car was just as dirty. I've been to other Cobblestones that have been great, just maybe wouldn't recommend this one. read more

He neglected to mention that we would be charged monthly thereafter. I did contact the main office, after being looped around by their answering system, left a message and never got the courtesy of a return call. If this is how Cobblestone operates, I'm out. This carwash has gone downhill. Lack of management in my opinion. Just a bunch of young kids who don't take their jobs serious, the towels are usually not restocked and when they are most smell musty like they don't get washed and dried responsibly. The parking lot is always gross and never gets cleaned so you just track in dirt and debris after vacuuming out your vehicle, I feel like half the soap dispensers don't even work in the drive through. Do NOT take your car here unless you want to leave with damages! Last week my fiancée's car was spit off of the track halfway through a wash and crashed into a piece of the machinery, causing a good deal of damage. After "reviewing" the tape, we were falsely accused of having the car in drive or "sliding into neutral too slow" during the wash and refused to take responsibility for what their faulty machinery did. They showed absolutely no care or empathy for what they caused. This is a typical move from a greedy, capitalistic company that doesn't care even a little bit about the people they impact. They didn't even offer to refund the $13 we paid for the terrible experience. I will be sure that none of my friends or family give their money to a company like this because they certainly don't deserve to get away with damaging someone else's car. I LOVE the express location at 7425 South Kyrene Road, Tempe, AZ 85283. The man that is there every Sunday around 7am is wonderful. I didnt get his name, but he is why I come to only this company and this location. He wears a beige wide brim hat for the sun and is very friendly and personable. Never had any issues. read more

The attendant at the self service drive in was helpful unfortunately the soap dispenser wasn't working so I backed out whilst they figured out amongst themselves. They came back with a coupon saying that I get the wash that I didn't get free the next time I return. I told him that the manager needs to understand customer service better. For inconveniencing the customer ie., no car wash plus the wait time, I should be refunded the amount paid plus get an upgrade or something for future wash. It is ridiculous to say I get the wash I already paid for for free. I should have gotten a refund but by then I didn't have any more time to waste. Go to another properly managed cobblestone. If someone from management reads this, can I use the coupon in a different cobblestone? Thanks. read more

This express just opened down the street from the full service one and it is amazing. My came out better than when I get a full service. This location also has great vacuums and hand towels on site for you which is so helpful. I am thoroughly happy with my results and will be returning soon read more
