Came to wash my car that was filthy full of dust. I like quick, effective service and that's what I got here. There's not many places that you can get a $6 car wash. It gets the job done and does what a $6 wash would do. The attendant rinsed my car and made sure to get under the spoiler, which is something I usually have to mention. TLDR; fast and cheap but also will scratch your car and not take accountability for it. I used this place a few times because I trusted the reviews that said it was soft brush only and a quick car wash when you're in a pinch. It's definitely quick and cheap but you get what you pay for. It does a mid job to clean the car at best but on my last visit it also scratched the shit out of my hood. I have an all black car that I wash weekly so I know what my hood looks like, when drying it immediately after the wash I noticed small scratches in an even distribution (almost like a consistently spinning/moving brush hmmm). I pointed it out to the guy at the front, who is always very nice by the way, but he insisted that it couldn't have been from there and that they have video of cars as they go through. He was unable to provide that video though so I moved on with my day hoping it wouldn't be too noticeable. As dust collected over the week the scratches are even more apparent. You try to reach the place and can't get in contact with anyone plus they have a sign posted that they aren't liable. I stopped at the vacuum and started with the driver side when the worker came out and said no reverse parking, no sign in sight. When there was an issue with the card machine, Mario came to save the day. In fact, he even gave me the most expensive car wash to improve my experience! He checked in on me several times to make sure everything was okay and offered me any help I needed. One of my rubber straps on my roof came undone and he came and put it back on. Overall, a reasonably good car wash. Plus: it only takes 3 minutes. Minus: 3 minutes is not long enough to dry the car completely. The car wash did competently clean the outside of the car and the windows came out with no spots. The rest of the car was throughly washed. There is a $7 basic wash and an $11 "manager special" which I got. There was also an "add on" prompt that asked for $3 more for "tire shine" and something else, which I forgot. If I lived here I would definItely opt for a monthly pass, which I have at my local car wash. I appreciated the free drying towels. That was a big plus and a nice surprise. Another plus item was the compressed air sprayers (my floor mats had a lot more dirt that I thought!) Overall, a very good experience for a drive through / self serve wash. read more

My boyfriend and I went through this car wash and halfway through the car wash, the track malfunctioned and shoved us out the other side, breaking his window and scratching the entire side of his car. The employee on duty said they were contacting their manager, but refused to give us their number. They said their manager was checking the cameras, but they never got back to us so we had to contact the proper authorities ourselves . I would definitely recommend going to a car wash that won't destroy the entire exterior of your vehicle... UPDATE: We filed a police report and my boyfriend's insurance deemed the car wash at fault. Mario helped me out today. He was smiling and super friendly while working the rush of cars before they closed. I loved how he was super detailed and spent time spraying our cars before going through the tunnel. He also was on top of stocking towels as he manned the drive thru. Super quick and efficient guy. I needed to get my car washed and went out of my way to come here during rush hour. When I arrived there were cones blocking the entrance to the car wash bay. The open sign in the window was illuminated and I check the hours on their website and called. They were supposed to be open but were not open. I knocked on the door and a man said they were closed at 8:30 in the morning. I'm not sure why they didn't block the entrance but thanks for wasting my time. Will not come back here ever again. Then verbally (head-nod) cancel your subscription when requested. They can keep charging you. SHADY. Dispute submitted. Not recommended. 2. Their vacuums don't suck. Their blowers barely blow. Their complimentary microfiber towels are semi-existent. Staffing problems likely. 3. There is no visual notifier at end of wash to engage drive and pull out. 4. I have a monthly pass for this place even tho there are closer car washes to me, I just can't cancel because the staff are my buddies now. Been going here for years, had an older gentleman working with an attitude get in my face and had an issue with me parking in reverse to clean my truck out. Said I had to move my truck to a different spot when only 2 other cars were parked at the location. Said I've never heard that policy about the office saying I couldn't be reversed parked. Terrible experience customer service was shitty and all I got was ugly looks. I would recommend the clean freak on broadway over this dump with shitty service. I walked over to grab a towel and there weren't any and 1 minute late he walked over with some microfiber towels and apologized there weren't any in the bin. Car wash was fine for its price. However, I had a membership with them while I lived in the area and it has proven IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. Many attempts to text, call, and emails later I ended up having to just have my bank block the transactions. It's been over a year and I STILL get the email every month that my auto payment is scheduled (thankfully my bank helped me out). Be warned if you have a membership, other than that it's fine. read more
