Paid $22 for a premium car wash and my car is still dirty. If you have any kind of roof rack bolted down or not they turn off all scrubbing features and still charge full price without any kind of disclaimer. A class action lawsuit may be in order. You would think they would be more accommodating to off road style vehicles since they are directly across from total auto pros (a business dedicated to off road upgrades) and one the closest car washes to all the major dealerships on camelback. If you have a roof rack like this or similar get the cheapest wash here for a "quick fix", otherwise go to Super Star car wash on 7th st and Rose lane. I still need another car wash and I personally won't be returning here ever. read more

This is a great little car wash. The staff is friendly, it cleans well and they offer free towel service. The prices have crept up on the monthly premium plan but there's all different types of plans available and if you come often it's a good value. Overall, I've tried several car washes in the valley and this is my favorite. Highly recommend! read more

I've been going to this Cobblestone location for a number of years and have always been pleased-I've been an "Unlimited" member for a couple of years. On September 2nd of this year, I went to wash my car and was denied access. The rude young woman explained to me that my sticker was no longer valid-I said no, and that I had the amount taken out of my credit card each month. She said: "...I know how the system works." I responded so do I...with that she insisted on taking a photo of my sticker and disappeared. Some 5 minutes later, as cars backed up behind me, a male employee came back to tell me that my sticker was no good because "...you aren't paying the right amount." (?) He said my rate had gone up from $29 to $37. This was the second time they had raised the rate, without notification since I'd been an "Unlimited" customer. He then asked if I wanted to continue being an "Unlimited" customer? I realize everything costs more, so I said sure. Then, he cancelled my tag and took a different credit card to sign me up for the new $37 rate. That $37 charge showed up on my next bill. It was bad enough that the unprofessional little girl was rude, but then I find out my rate had gone up again. But here's the real kicker: The previous tag was cancelled (supposedly) on September 2nd with my new tag and the higher rate however, Cobblestone charged my original card the lower $29 amount 3 days later on September 5th. I have emailed and haven't received any response so far. I contacted my bank about the seemingly fraudulent charge and they are going to take care of it, even to the point of issuing me a new card. If I hadn't been careful about checking my bill, I never would've known they were double charging me. To tell me I need to be paying a higher amount, and then be billed the lower amount demonstrates terrible customer service. I wouldn't have signed up again if I'd any inkling they would do this. A word to the wise: Don't sign up to be an "Unlimited" customer as they will raise your rate without notice and doublecheck your bill. read more

Cobblestone damaged my paint and denied it despite the exact damage was done to another black pickup truck that went through their car wash after me. I plan to submit a claim through an attorney, so if anyone experienced the same and would like assistance in resolving this matter, please let me know. Here are the details On April 8th at approximately 330p, I went through their car wash. When drying my vehicle, I noticed about 20 small paint chips that were very noticeable because they chipped the paint down to the bare metal. They were equidistant on the right side of my vehicle about 4.5' from the ground. On a car, this would likely be window height and it may not damage a car. I asked an employee to look at it and he called the manager. They stated that it could be pre-existing condition. I purchased my truck brand new about 6 months ago and wash it every week. I am certain those chips were not present. The employee refused to turn off and inspect the car wash. He and the manager decided that the best they could do is check the cameras and get back to me. After the employee obtained my contact information, he also provided me with the corporate number. I have since left two messages with no return calls. While driving my vehicle, I noticed another pickup truck had just gone through the wash. I walked over to inspect that truck and noticed the same damage on his vehicle. I asked him to take a look and if those were previously there. He was upset and also talked to the car wash employees. The employees continued to deny that it was caused by their machines and refused to turn off the car way. I had to leave at that time because of prior commitments, but I am certain there were additional vehicles damaged that day. If you experienced the same, please let me know. Review updated to 5 stars! I was still downtrodden about the loss of the cute Scrub Bot mascot. Honestly, this Cobblestone does a great job, I've heard zero complaints from my car. I get compliments on how clean and shiny it looks! Scrub Bot lives on in my heart, but Cobblestone gets the job done. read more

I've tried several locations of cobblestone and they are one of the worst car washes around. I prefer to go to Costco and pay $7.99 and get a much better car wash as well as a ceramic coating. The only thing that makes cobblestone slightly better than Jackson's is the fact that they have self vacuum options, but the vacuums often times are clogged up or barely work as far as this location is concerned they have your standard VULTURES standing beside the machines that allow you to pay with a credit card and select a car wash. I personally don't like being swarmed by vultures with bad breath leaning in my car window asking me if I need any help selecting a car wash. When asked about certain carwashes on the menu, the vulture didn't even know the details of the wash or the coating I was asking about. Seriously it's a waste of money to hire these vultures to stand there and fly in when most people who drive a vehicle are perfectly capable of entering a credit card and selecting a car wash! if a day comes where I'm unable to do either the good Lord must help me because I shouldn't be driving!!! this location invariably leaves my Toyota Highlander dirty and I've tried other locations and it's the same thing. I have roof racks so it doesn't clean the top if there's any Stuck on bugs or bird deposits, they are always left on. I don't think the quality of the wash is very good at all. The prices are ridiculous. The last time I went through this car wash my vehicle was still dirty and I didn't have time to go circle around again as the employee wanted me to do when there was a big lineup of cars so I left. read more

I had a good experience today .. there was a girl helping at the purchase screen. The platinum all service UNLIMITED package is only $20 for the next 6 months .. the vaccuums were awesome there's a skinny end and a fatter end on each side which made it easy to vacuum the interior then use the skinny one for the crevices.. damp clean towels .. my car looks good. read more

I just had the most pleasant experience at this Cobblestone location. I had the pleasure of having Anthony Lopez help me out secure a new monthly membership after I canceled a membership from a competitor. Anthony went above and beyond to ensure my experience was made. He and was incredibly knowledgeable and offered world class customer service even cleaning my windshield with Goo Gone to remove my old bar code from the competitor. It is because of his service I opted to go for the Platinum Package. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a quality car wash with exceptional service. It's crazy what a world of difference it makes when the staff greets you with a smile and is happy to be helpful. Thank you Anthony! read more

I have a membership and so does my son - we go to this new one on 16th st and to the one on 7th st and Hatcher - the workers are super nice at both locations so no complaints there - washes are great!!! I purchased the premium car wash for $22 dollars and it barely cleaned or dried my car. There are water spots all over my car and dust. My car was barely dirty to begin with. Never coming here again. Super Star Car wash on 7th St does a better job even though they are rated .5 lower on yelp, but never have I ever left there with water spots and dust still?? read more

They are a small business. They pay very close attention to detail and my car always looks great after I have been there.

They are a good quick place to get your car washed. Always expect to give your car a good wipe down at the end.

The manager at this location is completely incompetent and rude. 2 out of three times Ive been here there was no one at the car wash. They have you wait until someone shows up. If they show up. Today they did not show up. I went looking for someone and could not find them. Then another car enters the lot and the manager comes out of the office chewing his lunch I assume. Then he tells me it's an excessive heat warning, that's why he didn't come out when I was waiting at the car wash. Lie after excuses after incompetence.... Hey upper management. I was a member of the previous establishment Scrub Bot. Regretfully it was sold to Cobblestone. Cobblestone cost more for much less. They have zero customer services and do an absolutely horrible job at the simplest of tasks. Avoid giving this company your hard earned cash they do not appreciate business. read more
