Fast and quick service and if you want a clean car always, then get a subscription. Workers are always friendly and helpful. There's several stations to self vacuum your car and complimentary wash cloths that must be turned in after use. The monthly subscription is definitely worth it!!! read more

I generally prefer Cobblestone to most washes in the valley but I don't think I'll come back to this location. I pulled through and paid for the best wash - the $22 one at this location. Came out still with soap all over the car so I drove back through, showed proof of payment and they let me go back through. After twice I realized the car was not going to be as clean as the "best wash" should be and how it is at other locations. It was incredibly disappointing to not have the service paid for. The photos were taken at the gas station near by when I stopped for a drink and noticed just how bad it was in the sunlight that was not immediately evident under the shade of the vacuums. I understand the risk of automatic washes, but the wash was set to go so fast through the tunnel that buying the most basic wash would have done the same job. read more

Would not recommend this car wash to ANYONE. After receiving a "car wash", my car was returned to me with a piece broken off. They tried to be sneaky and not address it, so I had to speak to the manager and tell him. In addition to a piece of my car being broken off, the interior detailing was done lazily and they failed to wash the compartments on the passenger side, which I unfortunately did not notice until I got home. They did not offer a refund, they took my car back to do some "touch ups" after I complained, only to find that they STILL did a lazy, incomplete job. Very, very disappointed. read more

I got my car washed here two weeks ago and immediately noticed a crack in my windshield after going through the wash. I reported this to an employee Chris who was very nice and made an incident report. he told me the general manager Ian would reach out the next day to solve the issue. I reached out to corporate 6 times and even stopped by the location over the next two weeks to get an answer but no one knew what I was talking about. Finally I got a call from Ian saying they lost the incident report and apologized for the delay. He asked me to stop by and show him the crack, which I did the next day. within 5 seconds Ian claimed he felt the machine did not cause the damage to my window and said let's go check the cameras. the cameras show clear as day my window without a crack entering the car wash. There was ZERO sign of any cracking and we both agreed on that. Ian says he "felt" like the window crack was not caused by the machine and that it was from the cold water coming into contact with a hot window.... They took no accountability and basically told me to take a hike. What a lovely experience... NOT! read more

They are scammers. Sold us a $7 car wash that was good for one month with unlimited washes but our bill showed $11 and it was auto renewing each month for $21 which they didn't tell us which was never mentioned. The attendant said it wouldn't auto renew but they are liars. Beware! Not going back again! Stay away! read more

So not good. Spent $300 for a detail and full interior cleaning. Total waste of money. Did a horrible job. Wow, my tires and rims sure are shiny. But they totally did a sh*t job vacuuming the inside. I mean come on, it's vacuuming. It's easy. Just put your hose to the favorites and suck up the filth. I pointed out to the attendant all the missed filth in my car and he just laughed and walked away. Horrible service for the money. If I paid $50, fine, I wouldn't complain. But $300 f**king dollars for this? The fact that the guy just laughed and walked away is really the insult. Here are photos. To preface - I drive a Kia Rio and my boyfriend a GMC Sierra... I think it's super cool how you don't have to get your tire lined up to that tight conveyer belt, instead they have a large open conveyer belt that fits all tires! It's a very powerful car wash - knocked my side mirrors backwards, yet I still had bird poop on my car when I was done ‍ Another thing - there is a lot of soap, but the final rinse doesn't get all the soap off... the final drying process blew the extra soap off. Amazing service here! The property is new and the updated features make me feel so safe bringing my car here. (My tires have been stuck in past older model car washes). I really like the towels they provide and the spacious spots for parking after the wash to vacuum. The manager Tanner was so helpful in correcting a refund situation for me and all the staff were attentive and kind. Definitely my new car wash location! read more

We were looking forward to coming to this new location as it's pretty close to our home and fairly cheap but after our third issue in less than five washes we won't be coming back. First time I got scratch on my back passenger window, second issue was a crack on my windshield that was maybe 2 inches at max grew to cover the full length of the windshield during the dry cycle, third issue was a tiny chip in my husbands windshield grew to a five inch crack so now we have two windshields to replace. At this point we can't chalk it up to just an off experience and to protect our vehicles we won't be coming back. read more

My first wash was good but the second time I went the roller brush on the right side didn't touch my car. The rinse didn't wash off all the soap and the blower had to try and blow it off which it partly did. They need a pre-wash station like Clean Freak does on Shea west of Scottsdale rd. They have a wash bucket with bug washers you can pre-treat and wash your front end with and it helps in getting rid of the bugs. read more

Purchased an unlimited car wash membership here. Even though interaction is limited with staff, they are always friendly and alert. They need to train the cobblestone staff on FLW! Car wash is always reliable and vacuum stations are clean and in good working condition. read more

This car wash caused $900 in damage and refused to pay a dime! As recorded in an Incident Report May 24, the "shark fin" antennae cover of my 2016 Hyundai Sonata was torn from the roof of the car in the car wash. Cobblestone replied that their equipment "was operating as intended" and "we do not take responsibility for antennas". The cost of the repair is $900!! I will never use Cobblestone car wash again. read more
