HIRE SCOTT!!! I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a leaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. I have a Tesla and because the paint on this car is easy to chip or damage I made sure to do thorough research on who I hire to wash my car. Had some mild surface scratching all over my car from going through crappy car washes. I called them up and spoke to the owner and he said they get that a lot and can likely buff them out. We set an appointment and a tech came out to inspect. Had a slight issue with one of the techs and the owner Scott called me and personally came out to inspect my car himself. He then drove my car to his shop, gave me his to use during the day while he got mine done and then dropped it back off looking like it came from the factory. We set up an appointment. They told me the timeframe that I could expect them to show up at my residence. Also they can meet you almost anywhere so not limited to just your residence. OK quality service. But very expensive for the services performed. More of a fancy wash than any sort of detail. 75 for a hand wash may be ok but 300 to spray a quick polish on a car is too much. The detailing by Showcase was a birthday present. Yeah me LOL. It's been awhile since I took the wax to the car and was happy to have Showcase take care of that for me. Since it's a black car I was worried about potential swirl marks in the paint. Scott was kind enough to walk me through the process and ensure there would be no swirls. He was 100% correct. The team showed up right on time. We walked the car befor with the team asking if there were any specific problem area's I was concerned about. There was one tiny spot on the interior that I was concerned about, now it's gone. I had two main focus area's. Getting the mirror shine on the exterior and cleaning up the engine compartment.
