Absolutely so impressed with the entire team AZ auto aesthetics I was greeted with a very genuine and warm smile when I first walked in and the team took amazing care of the work they performed on our Grand Wagoneer. This was our first time getting a car wrapped and we loved working with AZ Auto Aesthetics. They were incredibly helpful and patient, answered all our questions, and kept us up to date during the process. It's not just the owner that is extremely personable but all of their staff in the front and back of the shop. We wrapped our Model X in a Miami Blue Stek/PPF and are extremely pleased with the job that AZ Auto Aesthetics did. Thank you!! :) read more

Consumer beware - there is a reason AAA has mediocre reviews. Initially I came to AAA from their referral. Last year I was in a 2025 Lexus, I had them do the paint protection (front half) and ceramic coating. The front portion of the paint protection around the hood/lights was bubbled so I took it back for repair. Even thought I live quite a distance, I was willing to overlook. Fast forward to a couple days ago when I took my 2026 Lexus (I've had for 2 months) in to have the wheels ceramic coated. "Mysteriously" upon completion my back rear rims are each scratched in the same place. Brennan was less than customer service oriented and instead of asking the tech that performed the work, he fought up and down it wasn't their fault and tried faulting the dealership (even though I inspected the car fully upon purchase) and a car wash (even though I have a gentleman come handwash my car at my home). Needless to say I paid $400 for the ceramic coating and another $300 for a company to fix both wheel rims. There are plenty of other companies with much better service work, reviews and customer service protocols. This is not one of them. read more

When it came time to add Tint & PPF (Paint Protection Film) to our brand new Tesla Model Y, we searched the usual suspects (Google & Yelp) for the best company for the job. We called AZ Auto Aesthetics (recommended by - Distinct Teslas in Chandler) and received a quote from Joren. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The process couldn't have gone smoother. We dropped off our car the day before and the project began the next morning. We received updates and photos of the process in real time. They even offer a loaner car for a reasonable fee which we needed. It's been a few months and everything is still perfect. We received a discount for multiple projects and they also offer 5% off for Veterans. The finished product is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Thanks again to Joren and the rest of the team at AZ Auto Aesthetics for doing an amazing job. You can feel confident contacting this company and I highly recommend them for any kind of Auto detailing work. I'm sure we will be using this company for future projects. 5 stars all the way! read more

If you're in Phoenix (or in my case Yuma), and you're thinking about XPel or ceramic you could do worse than to call these guys. I had multiple issues with delivery and I had to reschedule my appointment with them 3 times. They were super nice and understanding. When I showed up they gave me a tour of the shop and I met the guys who would be working on my car. There were 2 other c8s there and I got to see how they looked at the various stages of completion. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. The price was competitive with other quotes I had received and I was satisfied with the work when it was done. read more

I have trusted Brenan and the AZ Auto team for years to get multiple vehicles, my RV, Motorcycle, and Can-Am detailed and protected to perfection. Brenan and team are friendly, communicative, and competitive with pricing. Honestly, there is no one in the valley that comes remotely close to the level of attention to detail and overall service. I wash my truck weekly with Dave and have never had any issues, it is perfect every time. Simply put, no one can compete with AZ Auto Aesthetics. read more

So the information at the beginning of the process was great. They walked me through everything that they recommended for my car and everything sounded good. The car was in there. They ended up giving me a rental car that was different from the one they had told me I was going to be getting, and it turned out to be somebody's personal vehicle with half of their belongings still in the car. Once I got the car back, the touchup paint was a different color than the rest of the vehicle and looks polkadotted. I reached out to them multiple times by text and by phone as they forgot to connect the rain sensor for the windshield and then I noticed a dent in the clear bra that they put on the front of the car. I never heard back from them. So great at first, not so great during and after. read more

Brennan, Josh, and team do amazing work. When I first called the shop to get some information about everything I was fortunate to speak with Brennan first hand. He spent a good 30 minutes going over all my options, the process, and the costs. From there we got my new car scheduled to have Xpel PPF, Feynlab Ceramic, Xpel XR tint, and leather protection applied. The drop off of my car was a simple process and I received updates on the progress of the job over the course of the week they had it in the shop. Even got a few photos sent my way as well. Upon picking up my car it was like delivery day all over again and the shine on the car was just amazing. Looks even better than when I took delivery of it from the dealership. Definitely recommend these guys and I know I'll be back if I need any top coats applied or it I happen to get a new car and it needs the same treatment. I was disappointed in the amount of coverage I received on a partial wrap. An extra inch to go to the top of the headlights wouldn't have killed them cost wise. On my drive back home, I noticed that the headlight bezels were broken. I called the next day and asked what they might do to remedy the situation. They denied everything. Said it arrived that way (not true). At no time did they comment that they noticed the bezels were loose. Took the car to the dealership, and they confirmed that the bezels were broken by someone trying to pry them off. Will never do business with these people again. Avoid them. read more

We had a PPF applied to our new Tesla Model Y. We live over an hour away but chose them because they took the time to explain the process to us, answered all of our questions, and never felt rushed. They also had amazing prices. I dropped the car off in the morning and utilized the loaner vehicle for a really modest price. They completed the car ahead of schedule and sent me pictures as they were working. Everyone was professional, patient, and friendly. Overall, it was just a really great experience. I have never dropped so much money on something "extra" for a car before, and we don't regret it at all. It was worth driving over an hour to have them service our vehicle, and we will definitely utilize their services again. read more

Absolutely stellar experience; they've earned my business for life. I booked an appointment for tint, chrome delete, ceramic coating, clear bra, and rim powder coating. From the second I entered the shop I was treated like a king. They took me in the shop area and showed me vehicles they were working on (some amazing before/after transformations), and gave me a great feel for the shop. But their stellar service didn't stop there. The entire time my car was in the shop I received text updates almost daily with photos of the progress on my vehicle. I've never, ever had such solid and proactive communication anywhere I've taken my vehicles. AZ Auto Aesthetics takes the cake when it comes to service. Picked up my vehicle and reviewed all the work that was done. Everything was exceptional. I'm so happy with my vehicle and the work done here. Wouldn't dream of taking my cars anywhere else. PPF wise (did the roof) it was an okay job but instantly regretted when I saw all kinds of swirl marks and fine scratches, not visible under sunlight though, on the doors and quarter panels suspiciously caused during the roof PPF installation. I have waited 3 years to get the jeep of my dreams...as jeep no longer made orange we decided we would wrap my new jeep. to say I'm disappointed is an understatement...not only did they do a horrible job ( I am attaching pictures ) they are ignoring the calls from the dealer to rectify the situation. we all paid thousands for this wrap that looks really bad. they really should own up to their way less than satisfactory work and refund the thousands we paid. there is absolutely zero chance I will ever use or recommend this company as I find it incredibly disrespectful and rude number one, to not return calls and number two, not to accept responsibility when you mess up. obviously the car needs to be re wrapped as the work they did barely lasted the ride home. the driver mirror has bubbles and 3 out of the four doors are either lifting or not in a straight line. there are also certain parts of the car that were not put back on with the greatest care. I could add more pictures but I know the dealer sent them plenty and they are flat out ignoring them. I am devastated as the jeep of my dreams turned out to be a nightmare. bottom line...they will not be rewrapping my jeep, even if they offer...which clearly they won't. It is just a car...but it was meant to be used for a photo shoot to raise tens of thousands of dollars for ms research. I guess that's what photoshop is for... read more

Needed to have a newly replaced windshield tinted and the team did a great job on recommending a grading of tint that fit my needs, and for a reasonable price. If your car is not "Brand New" or it needs more than a simple paint correction I would not recommend. We took our car in for paint correction, front end PPF and stone chips that needed to be taken care which Brenan said they could do. We were called and told it would be better to wrap the entire car which we agreed to. The stone chip in the passenger door was addressed to Garrison and was not taken care of and the PPF was put over the top of it which is noticeable. Front bumper was sanded and there is a chip about 1/4 inch from the front bumper on the front fender which they didn't sand and just put the PPF over the top of the chip which is also noticeable. Why wouldn't you call the customer to inform there are other areas in question rather than just put PPF over the top? Garrison's answer was we'd be on the phone all day if we had to call our customers on issues like this. How can you call yourselves professionals when you answer like this?? There are several stretch marks and wrinkles and was told by Garrison it's the nature of the film. Well we've contacted XPEL and it is NOT the nature of the film. I'm sure there will be a million excuses for their actions and it will be my fault and not theirs. Bottom line not professional and they also need to correct their moto of "Correction, Perfection Reflection. read more

So I though this company did a great job initially and then bubbling from my bra started happening. I reached out and after a lot of back and forth they offered to fix it at cost which was $300. I ended up canceling that appointment because I honestly did want to pay for them to fix it and then have it happen again. Which it did happen again in a different spot. Owner Brennan isn't customer service focused. I took my car to 1armor who uses the same product and was covered under warranty and didn't charge me an application cost. read more

I would not use Brenan Jiran with Arizona Auto Aesthetics because of poor customer service, poor quality and not on time. I had Brenan detail my car when he was detailing cars in his Garage and it was top notch! We took our Sonata on Friday May 22, 2020 and had a bad experience. We made the appointment for 9 am for a basic detail $150. By midday no correspondence. We called to check on the car and was told they were behind and it should be done by 5. Called again and no answer. Called again and they said 6:30 even though closing was at 6pm. Showed up at 6:30 and it wasn't done. Waited until almost 7pm. They made us pay before seeing the car and my husband tipped them $30. When the car was pulled out front, no one walked us out to show us our car. We looked at the vehicle and the trunk was not vacuumed. On Monday was the first time back in our vehicle and the visor which we had pointed out was dirty was not cleaned and there were drink drips on the glovebox and under the steering wheel. Called to speak with them to discuss our concerns on Tuesday and their reply was they are no longer detailing and have too many high end projects. He was going to refund us $25 instead of addressing the lack of quality of work. Horrible customer service! We felt like they just squeezed us in and didn't pay any attention to our car or us as valued customers because we weren't spending the big bucks. I'm all about supporting neighbors and small business but felt totally disrespected and not valued as customers. Not a great way to expand your business! read more
