Consumer beware - there is a reason AAA has mediocre reviews. Initially I came to AAA from their referral. Last year I was in a 2025 Lexus, I had them do the paint protection (front half) and ceramic coating. The front portion of the paint protection around the hood/lights was bubbled so I took it back for repair. Even thought I live quite a distance, I was willing to overlook. Fast forward to a couple days ago when I took my 2026 Lexus (I've had for 2 months) in to have the wheels ceramic coated. "Mysteriously" upon completion my back rear rims are each scratched in the same place. Brennan was less than customer service oriented and instead of asking the tech that performed the work, he fought up and down it wasn't their fault and tried faulting the dealership (even though I inspected the car fully upon purchase) and a car wash (even though I have a gentleman come handwash my car at my home). Needless to say I paid $400 for the ceramic coating and another $300 for a company to fix both wheel rims. There are plenty of other companies with much better service work, reviews and customer service protocols. This is not one of them. read more

So the information at the beginning of the process was great. They walked me through everything that they recommended for my car and everything sounded good. The car was in there. They ended up giving me a rental car that was different from the one they had told me I was going to be getting, and it turned out to be somebody's personal vehicle with half of their belongings still in the car. Once I got the car back, the touchup paint was a different color than the rest of the vehicle and looks polkadotted. I reached out to them multiple times by text and by phone as they forgot to connect the rain sensor for the windshield and then I noticed a dent in the clear bra that they put on the front of the car. I was disappointed in the amount of coverage I received on a partial wrap. An extra inch to go to the top of the headlights wouldn't have killed them cost wise. On my drive back home, I noticed that the headlight bezels were broken. I called the next day and asked what they might do to remedy the situation. They denied everything. Said it arrived that way (not true). At no time did they comment that they noticed the bezels were loose. PPF wise (did the roof) it was an okay job but instantly regretted when I saw all kinds of swirl marks and fine scratches, not visible under sunlight though, on the doors and quarter panels suspiciously caused during the roof PPF installation. I have waited 3 years to get the jeep of my dreams...as jeep no longer made orange we decided we would wrap my new jeep. to say I'm disappointed is an understatement...not only did they do a horrible job ( I am attaching pictures ) they are ignoring the calls from the dealer to rectify the situation. we all paid thousands for this wrap that looks really bad. they really should own up to their way less than satisfactory work and refund the thousands we paid. there is absolutely zero chance I will ever use or recommend this company as I find it incredibly disrespectful and rude number one, to not return calls and number two, not to accept responsibility when you mess up. obviously the car needs to be re wrapped as the work they did barely lasted the ride home. the driver mirror has bubbles and 3 out of the four doors are either lifting or not in a straight line. there are also certain parts of the car that were not put back on with the greatest care. I could add more pictures but I know the dealer sent them plenty and they are flat out ignoring them. I am devastated as the jeep of my dreams turned out to be a nightmare. bottom line...they will not be rewrapping my jeep, even if they offer...which clearly they won't. They were also very friendly and courteous (both Morgan and Garrison), so while I was at it, I asked for a quote for a clear film protectant. If your car is not "Brand New" or it needs more than a simple paint correction I would not recommend. We took our car in for paint correction, front end PPF and stone chips that needed to be taken care which Brenan said they could do. We were called and told it would be better to wrap the entire car which we agreed to. The stone chip in the passenger door was addressed to Garrison and was not taken care of and the PPF was put over the top of it which is noticeable. Front bumper was sanded and there is a chip about 1/4 inch from the front bumper on the front fender which they didn't sand and just put the PPF over the top of the chip which is also noticeable. Why wouldn't you call the customer to inform there are other areas in question rather than just put PPF over the top? Garrison's answer was we'd be on the phone all day if we had to call our customers on issues like this. How can you call yourselves professionals when you answer like this?? There are several stretch marks and wrinkles and was told by Garrison it's the nature of the film. Well we've contacted XPEL and it is NOT the nature of the film. I'm sure there will be a million excuses for their actions and it will be my fault and not theirs. I would not use Brenan Jiran with Arizona Auto Aesthetics because of poor customer service, poor quality and not on time. I had Brenan detail my car when he was detailing cars in his Garage and it was top notch! We took our Sonata on Friday May 22, 2020 and had a bad experience. We made the appointment for 9 am for a basic detail $150. By midday no correspondence. We called to check on the car and was told they were behind and it should be done by 5. Called again and no answer. Called again and they said 6:30 even though closing was at 6pm. Showed up at 6:30 and it wasn't done. Waited until almost 7pm. They made us pay before seeing the car and my husband tipped them $30. When the car was pulled out front, no one walked us out to show us our car. We looked at the vehicle and the trunk was not vacuumed. On Monday was the first time back in our vehicle and the visor which we had pointed out was dirty was not cleaned and there were drink drips on the glovebox and under the steering wheel. Called to speak with them to discuss our concerns on Tuesday and their reply was they are no longer detailing and have too many high end projects. He was going to refund us $25 instead of addressing the lack of quality of work. Horrible customer service! We felt like they just squeezed us in and didn't pay any attention to our car or us as valued customers because we weren't spending the big bucks. When touring the shop they guys gave me a great overview of each product and its purpose. I went with the paint correction and 5yr ceramic coating.
