The owner, Jeff, is also an internet troll. He can't handle opposing opinions on Facebook or off-road forums, and if you share your honest feedback, he'll accuse you of working for a competitor. I mean, who do you think you are with your cheap products? You charge premium prices while taking zero responsibility when issues arise. Even if you purchase shipping insurance through them, they still refuse to take accountability. On top of that, they don't seem to understand the basics of proper packaging and customer service.

We'll, it clashed with all of my other black radio cases, so it was time to do something about it. You could paint the case yourself and save a little money, but if you've ever witnessed the look and durability of powder coating, it's a no-brainer! So, I dropped by Powder Coat AZ and spoke with Rebecca. The case did have a little rust, but she told me that they would sandblast it clean. I was then given the option of colors from a very large color pallet and also told that I had my choice of texture. I was then given an estimate, which I thought was reasonable. I was told the job would take two or three weeks, so off I went. After three weeks, I received a call as promised. I walked in and was greeted by family no doubt. Two of them, furry and long-eared stood up to greet me at the front counter until Rebecca was able to help me personally. The case was perfect and beautiful. The coating is flawless and will be much more durable. If I had painted it myself, there would always be that run that bothered me. Not this time! I am thrilled to have these folks so close by.
