We had these old vintage lounge chairs and two rocking chairs that were chipping really bad. I did not want to throw them out and decided to see if we could give them a new life. Well, Lorena and her team did just that. We couldn't be happier! The finish is a beautiful matte black. We can't wait to use these all year long without having to worry about covering them. Price: You do get good prices for the quality of material that you get. It is a little bit on the heavier side but again you get what you paid for and I would be back in a heartbeat. Facility: Well kept clean, they also have a conference room for you to use while you wait or a seating area with the TV. Jeff Wescott Himself: He's exactly who he is on YouTube and he is a great man. The fact that he took a few minutes out of his day to chat with me really goes a long way and I really appreciate that. Thank you, Jeff. Value: Like most shops this is a specialty shop so you will pay for a premium but again you're getting quality and I cannot stress enough again. The customer service is above the rest compared to most shops. You will not be disappointed. PS special shout out to Carlo as he was amazing.

I worked with Gregg via messages, then by phone to get the wheel offset and tires for the look that we wanted (ultimately Method 318s and my specific request Bridgestone AT Ascents for their winter performance) - it's my wife's truck and she wanted an "OEM+" look to handle Truckee conditions in the summer and winter - she clearly stated that a monster truck was a NO. Gregg helped me get this dialed in perfectly - he actually recommended an SL rated AT Ascent for better ride quality and my wife's occasional trail use. I actually drove to Phoenix from San Jose for the install - I wanted the guys that designed it to install it. They did a great job - no tire clearance issues as promised by Gregg. I love doing business with Mom & Pop's!…read more I have an antique Ham Radio that I am refurbishing. It was built in the 70's, when round cases and turquoise was cool! We'll, it clashed with all of my other black radio cases, so it was time to do something about it. You could paint the case yourself and save a little money, but if you've ever witnessed the look and durability of powder coating, it's a no-brainer! So, I dropped by Powder Coat AZ and spoke with Rebecca. The case did have a little rust, but she told me that they would sandblast it clean. I was then given the option of colors from a very large color pallet and also told that I had my choice of texture. I was then given an estimate, which I thought was reasonable. I was told the job would take two or three weeks, so off I went. After three weeks, I received a call as promised. I walked in and was greeted by family no doubt. Two of them, furry and long-eared stood up to greet me at the front counter until Rebecca was able to help me personally. The case was perfect and beautiful. The coating is flawless and will be much more durable. If I had painted it myself, there would always be that run that bothered me. Not this time! I am thrilled to have these folks so close by.
