Price: You do get good prices for the quality of material that you get. It is a little bit on the heavier side but again you get what you paid for and I would be back in a heartbeat. Facility: Well kept clean, they also have a conference room for you to use while you wait or a seating area with the TV. Jeff Wescott Himself: He's exactly who he is on YouTube and he is a great man. The fact that he took a few minutes out of his day to chat with me really goes a long way and I really appreciate that. Thank you, Jeff. Value: Like most shops this is a specialty shop so you will pay for a premium but again you're getting quality and I cannot stress enough again. The customer service is above the rest compared to most shops. You will not be disappointed. PS special shout out to Carlo as he was amazing.

I worked with Gregg via messages, then by phone to get the wheel offset and tires for the look that we wanted (ultimately Method 318s and my specific request Bridgestone AT Ascents for their winter performance) - it's my wife's truck and she wanted an "OEM+" look to handle Truckee conditions in the summer and winter - she clearly stated that a monster truck was a NO. Gregg helped me get this dialed in perfectly - he actually recommended an SL rated AT Ascent for better ride quality and my wife's occasional trail use. I actually drove to Phoenix from San Jose for the install - I wanted the guys that designed it to install it. They did a great job - no tire clearance issues as promised by Gregg. When that p/u Friday came around I didn't get a call so I called them with no answer. 2/13/2023 Called again Monday with no answer so I was forced to go to the shop on Tuesday. 2/14/2023 When they brought out my parts I noticed right away there were imperfections. *see pics 2-4* these are obvious areas where there wasn't enough coverage and from them hanging the parts to spray. I had to point these areas out to the guy. They said they "weren't doing white" that day so I would have to wait for them to be resprayed. I got my parts back on Wednesday. FINALLY. Once I got the roll pan and bumper installed on my truck I noticed the roll pan was now warped! *see pic #1* I am beyond frustrated with this company! 2/16/2023 I took my truck back the next day after install to show them the problem. Tony the QC guy, Gary the sales guy and a painter all came out to look and take pictures. I was told by Gary I would get a call back that day after he spoke to the powers that be. It was about noon and they close at 5pm so there was more than enough time to discuss this and call me back. 2/22/2023 As of the date of this review I have called several times with either no answer or no call back. They have NOT even attempted to resolve the issue with the warped roll pan. What is the point of having a QC department if I as a customer is going to be presented with shoddy quality work? And "I" as the customer have to be the one to point it out. And their customer service leaves everything to be desired because it really is nonexistent. At this point my only option is to start the process over with another new roll pan and new shop! Beware of this place! I would NOT recommend this place even if u are looking to powder coat a bicycle! I would give zero stars if that was an option.
