Thank you to the owners of Smart Film for true customer service and even more importantly customer compassion. I had a windshield replaced by Smartfilm and left the shop. As soon as I got onto the freeway I heard glass cracking and went back thinking the glass may have been faulty somehow. An absolutely incredible experience; Brad and the team at SmartFilm could not have been more professional. I inquired about bringing in my new Tesla to have Xpel window tints installed. They walked me through the options, explained everything in great detail and gave me all the information necessary to make the right decision. It's probably a little more expensive than your average tint shop, but based on quotes from other Xpel dealers they were the best priced option I found. Being in AZ I wouldn't really consider another brand of film. There were a number of very high end cars at the shop and the facilities were spotless. I took my brand new Subaru in to get ppf and they did a horrible job. Because they didn't clean the entire vehicle there were bubbles and Pebbles underneath the film and the edges were not lined up. The owner was totally inconsiderate and just kind of laughing the whole time. They rip to the ppf off my car without any care whatsoever. I do not understand how they have five stars. I have video of the way they took the ppf off my vehicle in case it has trouble in the future. I've also come to realize they left the covers on the door handles and one was very poorly done and feels like a matte finish but now I don't even know if I can get it off. read more

I live 2-1/2 hours away but needed side window tint, windshield film and a clear bra for my Porsche and on my way down to have the work done I took a rock to my windshield. They helped me get a windshield ordered and went ahead with the side windows and bra installation. I came back the next week for the windshield install as my windshield isn't a common windshield in stock. The problem is the route through the mountains from Globe to Superior has delays so I couldn't get there until 3:00 which they do not like windshield appointments that late incase of issues. Well, once they had my windshield out they discovered the wrong windshield had been shipped. So they found one that would work but would not have the tint on the top. They said they would put a tint strip on the top for me. I declined the tint as I didn't hardly notice it on the stock windshield. I had my wife's Mercedes hood, front fenders and front bumper, headlights, mirrors covered with clear bra. They did a great job on it and it has saved my wife many chips and scratches in the 8 months she has had it on. I also had her windows tinted and it came out great. The upgrade on tint she chose really does make a difference on reducing the inside temp. I had the accordion style drapes installed in her front windshield to reduce heat. When my wife's windshield cracked 1-1/2 months ago I chose Smart Film to have it replaced. They ordered the windshield but Mercedes sent them the wrong one. We had to come pick her vehicle up and wait for the proper one to arrive. This was not the fault of Smart Film but the Mercedes dealer. They were given my VIN number and dropped the ball on matching it to the correct windshield. The Smart Film owner was very apologetic and offered up different solutions to have it completed. My wife was going out of town so I wouldn't have a ride back to drop it off. I didn't want on site replacement due to the blazing heat of summer. Ultimately we chose to have it completed when she returned two weeks later. They took care of us with a gift of service to the vehicle we didn't have to pay for due to the error that wasn't even on their part. Even though the process was not flawless and had issues I did 5 stars instead of 4 due to how well they communicated during the whole process, them handling all the insurance info needed, their bending over backwards to compensate for something that wasn't even their issue.
