Thanks to Stewart and Brad and their team for taking care of my X3. It came out absolutely beautiful and the tint looks amazing. They have everything in store for you to look at and making an appointment was so easy. The price was competitive with everyone else and the ceramic tint was a game changer for my vehicle. They truly went above and beyond for my car. I got 15% all around and 50% windshield. Any concerns I had they addressed. Any questions, just give them a call and they'll make everything right. Needed to redo the windshield due to a minor defect and it was covered under warranty. A couple of other mishaps happened and they definitely ensured I was set to go. I will definitely come back to this place due to the quality and the excellent service they provided. read more

Always friendly and easy to work with! They have done multiple cars for me and I have referred several as well....everyone was pleased with the work they do! Thanks Smartfilm crew! read more

Have used for many years both on multiple cars and home windows. Great service, quality and product. Highly recommend!

Just got 2 sets of headlights restored this week after getting a new vehicle PPF'd about 2 weeks ago. Been using Smarfilm for for about a decade now for all my window tint and PPF needs. Amazing work...... Never once have I had to take a vehicle back to them for something that went wrong with their work. They also do windshields, so drop Safelite (who has horrible customer service) and switch to these guys! (And they also do the windshield recalibrations). I've been dealing with Brad and Stewart for years and they're the best in the business. read more

I needed to get the two front door windows tinted on my Ram 1500. I found Smart film on Yelp and decided to pay them a visit and see what my options were. I was shown the different films and the pros and cons of each one along with pricing. I asked if it could be done that day in the time allotment I had and he said yes. I was very surprised that the job was finished so fast as I had barely sat down in the waiting room (he had one employee on each door). I highly recommend this company and especially the Mesa location. read more

Went in on a random Tuesday at 11:00am for an appointment taken the same day, The gentleman on the register told me the wait time is two hours. Cool I'll wait, in the waiting room they were playing the match between Portugal vs Uzbakistan. The second round didn't even finish and they finished up my tint. I was home at 12:00. 10/10 experience read more

An absolutely incredible experience; Brad and the team at SmartFilm could not have been more professional. I inquired about bringing in my new Tesla to have Xpel window tints installed. They walked me through the options, explained everything in great detail and gave me all the information necessary to make the right decision. It's probably a little more expensive than your average tint shop, but based on quotes from other Xpel dealers they were the best priced option I found. Being in AZ I wouldn't really consider another brand of film. There were a number of very high end cars at the shop and the facilities were spotless. Definitely inspires confidence when that's the first impression you get walking in. They got my car in and out way faster than expected, it was spotless when it went in and spotless when I picked it up. The tints look absolutely perfect and are a huge improvement over the fishbowl I was driving. I can't recommend SmartFilm enough for awesome quality work and a first class customer experience. Thank you to the owners of Smart Film for true customer service and even more importantly customer compassion. I had a windshield replaced by Smartfilm and left the shop. As soon as I got onto the freeway I heard glass cracking and went back thinking the glass may have been faulty somehow. Needless to say they showed where a small rock hit the edge of the windshield and started the cracking. Not Even 2 Mile... yep felt like I just thew $ away. Smart Film could had walked away rightfully so but instead they made the decision to take care of a customer's misfortune. They got me a new windshield, donated their time, and upgraded the protection on the windshield free of cost. Wow, I was blown away by this gesture and will never forget it! Thank you for your kindness and look forward to doing future business with you. read more

Watch out, look out; cool cruising ahead! Was able to upgrade my ride recently and needed to find a tint shop to stay in sour awesome but hot city. Read up on multiple shops and settled on SmartFilm. For starters, super professional on the phone; set me up with a next day appointment. Get this, loaner car provided - get outta here! That's awesome! The shop is very clean and the loaner car was nicer than some rentals I have had. Dropped off my ride and went on to work in the loaner. That afternoon the shop called and I picked up my car. The tint looks great and I could not be happier. Definitely recommend SmartFilm! read more

I stopped in today at the Mesa location to schedule a time to get tint on my car windows. They took my car in immediately and had it ready in 90 minutes. I'm afraid I don't recall the name of the person who waited on me, but he was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions as I had never had this done this before. He explained all the levels and kinds of tint and never pressured me into purchasing anything I didn't need. I would highly recommend this business. read more

I have windshield coverage through my insurance company and Smartfilm was listed as a preferred vendor. I thought it would be a good idea to add some film and boy am I happy I did! About a month after getting my windshield replacement and film I got a small chip in my windshield. I went back, waited in their Lovely waiting room for 10 minutes and everything was back to normal. Super nice staff, clean office, Internet in the waiting room. Highly recommend! read more

I talked to Brad Evans and he got me in and fixed up right away. These guys are the best pro's out there with The Best Car Bras (Paint Protection Film). I got the 10mil XPEL (the best of the best)10year warranty touring package on my new 2020 Chevy Bolt Premier. It was done so well you can't even see it. Brad and the guys are awesome. They even repaired the rock chip on my transportation car a 2018 VW Golf, in just minutes when I came back to pick up the Bolt. They are big EV guys and just cutting edge. It is like family but the one you choose not the one that you inherent. They have a wide variety of services and this is the place to go for for Windows tint, Windshield repair or service, and of course Paint protection and so much more - If they do it you want it done by these guys. I took my brand new Subaru in to get ppf and they did a horrible job. Because they didn't clean the entire vehicle there were bubbles and Pebbles underneath the film and the edges were not lined up. The owner was totally inconsiderate and just kind of laughing the whole time. They rip to the ppf off my car without any care whatsoever. I do not understand how they have five stars. I have video of the way they took the ppf off my vehicle in case it has trouble in the future. I've also come to realize they left the covers on the door handles and one was very poorly done and feels like a matte finish but now I don't even know if I can get it off. read more

Totally great service. I was skeptical of the price at first, but they have earned every penny. The previous tint needed removing, and they did a fantastic job of that. In addition, while installing the new tint, they did something to the window and it now rolls up and down smoothly. It did not previously. Bravo, on a job well done. read more

I only come up to this side of the valley when I am giving my fur baby a spa treatment day. I am in Tempe but will only get my tint done at SmartA+film. This is my second vehicle getting tint done and we (hubby and I) have been extremely happy with this local business. Each time we have come here to get our vehicles tinted we have experienced great customer service. Even now, they are following Covid rules and very professional. They always give us information on what we can do to make sure our experience with them is superb. Today was no different, I got my front windshield strip tint and learned that this business can also replace my windshield if I get a crack and my tint would be covered. How awesome is that! I am so happy to support a local business such as these guys at SmartA+Film and so happy they are still up and running please go check them out if you ever need vehicles tinted! read more

I live 2-1/2 hours away but needed side window tint, windshield film and a clear bra for my Porsche and on my way down to have the work done I took a rock to my windshield. They helped me get a windshield ordered and went ahead with the side windows and bra installation. I came back the next week for the windshield install as my windshield isn't a common windshield in stock. The problem is the route through the mountains from Globe to Superior has delays so I couldn't get there until 3:00 which they do not like windshield appointments that late incase of issues. Well, once they had my windshield out they discovered the wrong windshield had been shipped. So they found one that would work but would not have the tint on the top. They said they would put a tint strip on the top for me. I declined the tint as I didn't hardly notice it on the stock windshield. They stayed late to complete the job so I could enjoy my anniversary stay in the valley. Brad, Gary and Jason were TOP NOTCH!!! Highly recommend!!!! read more

Called to see if they offer mobile services and got hung up on, didn't even get a chance to ask for a quote. Horrible customer service.

After a great experience with the first car I had tinted at SmartFilm, I have had two other cars tinted here and added paint protection film. The quality of their work and great customer service will definitely have me coming with future vehicles. Excellent job on the full glass tinting on my car! They were able to accommodate within the next day of calling. I dropped it off and it was finished at the end of the day. Usually they have a 3hr completion estimate but I didn't mind since they accommodated me right away. I spoke with Brad over the phone and he was very helpful in answering my questions and wasn't pushy on what I need but rather what my budget allowed. I eventually got the better quality due to my own research and his professional input. So thank you for not being that overtly pushy salesman. Also they have a lifetime warranty on their work so that's a bonus. Plus they're Formula1 affiliate. I'd go back here again for sure! read more

Awesome work! I took my new 2020 Ford in to see about removing dealer substandard film on the driver and passenger windows as they were a lighter shade from the all the rear darker factory glass. Brad was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. Brad asked me when I wanted to schedule the work, and I told him now. He put two installers on the car and I was out the door in less than an hour.. quality of work is perfect. All the windows match as if he did the entire car.
